Hoan Kiem Lake and St. Joseph's Cathedral are very near . And it is quiet at night. We have been delighted with the kindness of the staff here. I will be back this hotel if i get a chance to visit to Ha Noi Xem tiếp

+ nice location, clean room, good wi-fi - it says on agoda that room includes air con but they demand additional money for it upon arrival. It's a little money but it's made us feel awkward that we need to ague about that. Xem tiếp

staying in North Hostel N.2 was one of the best experience with accommodation. if you need an easy-going and helpful place, that's definitely here. we traveled from Laos to Hanoi to drop our bags and came back in two days back. our bag was put already in our room which was equipped with lovely old wooden furniture and there was also a balcony. the owner showed us the room personally. fan, old TV, refrigerator were all available and perfectly working. highly recommended Xem tiếp

The family who runs this hotel is the sweetest! Although it may lack some of the amenities that other hotels have, it's a great deal for the price. The owners were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating, and our room was a nice size with a big, bright window! Quiet area within walking distance of the bustling backpackers' area as well. Very good option in Hanoi. Big room with tv. Bathroom and room in general needs and improvement but is ok. Is Clean. Staff is very helpful. Location is in a little hide street but near from all main old town Hanoi attractions. Xem tiếp

The Hostel is located in very center of Old Quarter Hanoi which is walking distance from all the tasty restaurants and sightseeings. However, the building is situated in a very quiet street. Owner and the staff are very nice and helpful to provide any information or help (he even speaks our language - Czech). Our room was equiped very basically (towel Yes, hairdryer No) but enough as you dont spend much time there anyway. You get what you pay for. So dont expect any fancy bathroom or new furniture. Also the walls and doors are not isolated enough so you hear your neighbors or people in the hall. Recommend for budget travelers mostly who dont mind less comfort. Xem tiếp

Once it must have been a really fancy place but as with most vietnamese properties, they havent bothered much with maintenance :P All the furniture was fancy old and wooden, and if you get the room on high floor and balcony, its not that bad at all. The bathrooms especially and rooms can smell like mould though (ours did atleast). Wifi was better than most places we tried in Vietnam tho and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful (as they usually are tho, but they could speak good english) Xem tiếp

Great hotel with great location close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and host speaks czech which can be huge plus for someone. Very nice personal. Facilities are older but we have no problem with that. and you get what you pay for. No bugs in rooms was suprising (in a good way) taking into account old quater of hanoi areound. Xem tiếp

The location was so close to the public sightseeing!! The room was spacious enough for the budget hotel.. and the owner was so so so kind!! I can check in earlier, i can put my luggage for the whole day eventhough i checked out already. He also help us to find the cheapest taxi while the raining was so hard outside!! AND ALL FREE OF ADDITIONA CHARGE!! Amazing!! After i checked out, he sent me a warm message through agoda, and that was my first time after thousand times using agoda.. SUPER RECOMMENDED!!! If you are looking for a great little family run place and want to be in the old quarter but away from the chaos and loads of tourists this is your place. The owner even helped us parking when the street was shut down for a festival. Great guy. We will be staying here on our next trip to Hanoi!! Xem tiếp

The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, polite and courteous. The location was excellent and my room was large and comfortable with hot water, fridge and fan. They even helped me carry my heavy bag up the stairs and let me store it there the day that I checked out. Xem tiếp
