Nice lobby, friendly staff, nice pool, bar...view from 14th floor very nice. Construction next door so be caregul of room you get. Staff were good to move us to quieter side of hotel. We stayed for two days. Its kinda expensive compared to other nearby hotels. But its worth it! The amazing pool and view at the roof deck plus the breakfast buffet.... its worth every penny. The staff as well are accommodating. Xem tiếp

We stayed 3 nights here when we first arrived to Vietnam and everything was great. The room was big and the bed huge, perfect to rest after the long plane trip. The location is perfect, surrounded with places for eating and drinks at night and during the day we walked to the main places in Ho Chi Minh. Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a tasty buffet. You cannot miss a relaxing swim in the top roof pool after walk all around the city Xem tiếp

Nice rooftop pool with bar/food service and small dry sauna and steamroom. Good breakfast buffet and room service (chicken club sandwich & mango smoothie to be specific). Basic room with two comfortable beds but well equipped. Bit of hot water hesitation at peak morning time but not serious. Great location for the core of the city Xem tiếp

Good location, good rooms, good facilities - horrible breakfast hours. Ends before 9:30 - no The person who decided those hpurs must have been insane! Very very expensive bar on the lovely terrace. 6 usd for a black coffee is 20 times the price of a black coffee in Vietnam Xem tiếp

The lobby and check in was great, the staff was nice and did the check in quickly. After that though the experience went into a free fall. The hotel room is pretty worn out. The shower area had some paint coming off, and the water temperature was impossible to control. Took minutes to get hot, where minutes later became boiling hot and you have to adjust to the cold side until it gets cold, and you repeat. At 2am check in I was in no mood for that. The deal breaker was when my gf showered she had yellow water coming out. We checked out next morning, non refundable, and walked across to the Renaissance. Best decision ever. Shame that the hotel staff did great just to be let down by the facilities. Xem tiếp

staff were very helpful in helping to book reservations for restaurants etc. room was decent sized and clean. we booked thinking it was a 4 star hotel however arrived and found it was only 3 star (according to themselves). hotel is on a street which is undergoing lots of renovations so currently you have to pass by a lot of construction but it will be good in future and construction noise did not interfere with our stay. bathrooms a little run down but still clean. bathrooms on par with 3 star rating. This is my first time to stay in this hotel. I must say that the experience was good. Good location because it is in District 1 and walking distance to Opera House, City Hall, Bitexco and Saigon Center. Decent breakfast spread but expect that the food is the same everyday. Xem tiếp

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of all the must-see District 1 stops. The staff is polite and our room was clean. The pool bar on the roof is fantastic but the drinks are overpriced relative to the rest of the area. Just remember you’re paying for the view. Xem tiếp

Decent standard hotel would definitely Fall into the 4 star category, a little expensive when I stayed but comparing to Bangkok so not quite level playing field. Pros - good location just away from centre, close to major landmarks. Pleasant helpful staff, rooms functional and tidy, my sweet was particularly large with lounge etc. Great rooftop pool and bar area. Cons - as mentioned, expensive compared to BKK hotels for a similar product. Also a lot of construction noise from 7am-5pm with a large development just starting next door, so expect will be an issue for some time, didn't bother me too much as out most of the day. Rooftop bar drinks definitely overpriced, so stock your fridge at circle K next door if your thirsty. Overall not bad, Saigon is a happening city with a buzz about it, and this hotel has you located to take it all in. There were a lot of nice looking smaller hotels that may be cheaper in the same street and all around, didn't see a lot of them come up on agoda etc Xem tiếp

1. I stayed 2 nights. As soon as i got to the room the TV was out of service and never came back in service until i leave. 2. There was a simply note in a room saying that i can not use the roof top swimming pool for the private party. All day. "Sorry for the inconvenience". That was it. 3. Went for the breakfast and i saw a lot of ants on the food serving table. ON THE FOOD BAR TABLE WHERE ALL THE FOOD ARE PLACED!! Swimming pool is good. that is the only thing i would like even though i couldnt use it on the "PRIVATE PARTY DAY" Hope this can help for others to consider whether staying in this hotel or not.
