I can't believe that any company such as Agoda can provide this kind of "services". The "hotel" is the most awful place I've ever been in my entire life. It was stinky, dirty, I was afraid to touch anything in our room. I spent about two hours in that place only because it was rainy outside. You can't event clean your hands in the "bathroom" because of not working sink. I still feel the repulsive smell of mold and moisture that I met in this hotel. The room was also full of insects, I hope we didn't get anything infected. I am outraged by the standard of services of this facility as well as the agent who should have at least minimal knowledge about the services that he mediates. It was by far the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life and really, when I had to stay there for a few hours, I literally cried. Xem tiếp

We have a late night check in (around 3 AM) and we found the Hotel Noi Bai. (Наебай) We try to come in, but the reception was closed on steel door, we only seen a receptionist or security guard who just sleep. We start to make noise and he was wake up. The good thing - he check our booking and said : you can check in: The bad thing - he call another man, and he said your hotel is NOT HERE. So we just went with this stranger and he show very different hotel , with ANOTHER NAME. But honestly , the hotel was okay. I only do not like, when i book one hotel, i must go to another hotel, WTF?? I think this is out of Agoda rules. But who cares? i am sure agoda care only about hotels. Xem tiếp

You cannot be contacted when ever there is a problem on the booking!!! Only via phone but you know it not just possible when abroad. We did not check in at the hotel and therefore ask for a refund. Unless you respond I will cancel my booking with you. Xem tiếp

Dear Agoda-team, Last night me and my friend booked a hotel thru the agoda website. Unfortunately this hotel was very different from what they claimed to be on your site.  We booked a non-smoking, twinbed room at the Noi Bai Hotel (booking number 323073972) for one night on the 24th of October. When we arrived at the hotel they claimed that our room was not available anymore and gave us a room at their other location. When we inspected the room we saw that it hadn't been cleaned for a long time and there were stains everywhere. There were also ashtrays in the room. When we confronted the 'manager' about this problem he pretended he didn't know what we were talking about and at a certain point became very aggressive towards us (!).  We searched for a different hotel in the nearby area but unfortunately there weren't a lot due to the location nearby the Noi Bai Airport, the ones we found said they didn't have any rooms available at this time (we arrived late at night).  We then asked the staff at the hotel if they could change our room to one that had been cleaned, or if they could clean it now. At that point the manager and the staff wouldn't speak to us and pretended they didn't understand us.  As you can see we've had a very unsatisfactory stay here and it wasn't helping that we had a early flight the next morning hoping we could get a good night's sleep. I hope you can help me with this problem by refunding our payment and removing this awful hotel from your website. Regards,  Xem tiếp

The location is not correct, this hotel located in the opposite way with the airport. Our room was in the 5th floor without elevator. Bedsheets was not in good condition. There was nothing in the room, no water, no food, no fridge. The fan is broken. The hot water is fine and the staff was helpful, they also let us use their kitchen to cook and eat. However I will not come back again to this hotel in the future Xem tiếp

The location of this hotel is great, however, can't even sleep at night because the bed was hard as a rock. My back aches so much as I got up in the morning. Lots of mosquitoes! Xem tiếp

The time I booked it online, I was skeptic. I can't find any photo of the hotel, no website and can't contact thru their landline. So when we arrived I was already preparing myself to look for another hotel nearby since our flight arrived at 2am. But when we got their, the staff or owner welcomed us with a smile. And he knows all the info of our booking. Even the note about the late booking. The room was clean, huge bathroom as well and thick windows so you wont here the traffic outside. If we will go back to Hanoi, we will definitely book this hotel again and will definitely recommend this to friends as well. Xem tiếp

i am really dissapointed with agoda and grab car. already booked and paid for the hotel because we arrived late at 22.00 pm at airport. but we tried two hours to book grab car and being cancel almost 20 cars from grab. they refused to take us to the hotel.we try another transportation but taxi just want to take us with 150.000 dong. ehat the ..... its only 10 minute by car. finally we didnt get to the hotel and sleep at airport. i am really2 angry and dissapointed with this circumstances. Good for a catch Morning Flight. I have two thing need say it. 1. The Bed is hard 2. The bathroom light still not enough please add more. If you need hairdryer should tell early to the reception.
