We have really enjoyed our stay at Noble & Swan. Beautiful old world style Hotel with lovely furnishings, great big bed & everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff are lovely and location in our opinion is perfect - close to local Beer corner and Restaurants, but far enough away from the real touristy areas. Would definitely stay again. Xem tiếp

This is definitely a good area for tourists. There are lots of restaurants nearby (notably the cha ca la vong and the bun cha place where Obama and Anthony Bourdain ate). The rooms are so clean! It's a good place to stay if you are on a budget. Xem tiếp

Located at the edge of the Old Quarter, we loved that it was calm yet convenient to visit the major landmarks on foot. The room was big, comfy, and clean, with a huge bed (too huge even) and a small balcony. Staff were helpful in giving directions, helping to book a taxi etc. Awesome cafe/bar right opposite with great ice yogurt! We will definitely stay here again! Xem tiếp

It's our second booking on this hotel. In our first booking, the manager provided detailed travel information by email. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, however, insufficient hot water for showering. The location is supper, right in the shopping district, therefore a bit noisy. Stayed here for 1 night only whilst waiting to meet my parents. My brother, his girlfriend and I loved this hotel better than the one we stayed in for 3 nights after checking out. We had the connecting rooms and they were so nice. Although 2nd hotel (MK Premier) was in a better location to everything, this was definitely a nicer boutique hotel. The price was a lot better also. Therefore, if you don't mind being slightly on the perimeter of the old town and would like really good value for money, book this hotel as you will not be disapointed. Xem tiếp

It's the bed that was the most captivating part of my stay in this quaint hotel. It was so comfy that I had to replicate it at home. I asked about the sheets and the staff accompanied me (via a motorcycle ride!) to Thuy Ky, their silk shop in the Noble Boutique, to select the sheets that I want. I ended up getting sheets exactly the same as my room's :). Overall, the stay was pleasant. I arrived via a red eye flight in a cab. The fact that it was pretty dark, the driver and I kind of took a while to find the hotel since the entrance wasn't facing the street. It's situated in the Old Quarters but not in a very noisy area so it was actually fine. I went on this trip to "find myself", and indeed the stay was very memorable from the hospitable staff, good breakfast, and unique room. I'd stay here again and recommend the place. Xem tiếp

Great brakfast, hotel staff were helpful and informative. We enjoyed our stay here. Sound-proof design of the room is not excellent, we had our sleep disturbed by guests of other rooms who were enjoying their late night chatting & laughing. But the problem was quickly fixed by the hotel staff. Will definitely opt for this hotel if we return to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Quite a good walk to the interesting spots in Old Quarter Hanoi. Staff was very helpful . Breakfast had little to choose from. Room was fine but the tile design in the bathroom wasn't. They had a shower room in the first floor for those who had a late night flight. Xem tiếp

Hotel is clean but there is room for improvement. Room size is fair. For a small hotel , the breakfast is acceptable. Bell boy double as waiter in the morning. The best thing about breakfast.... French toast or eggs made any style is freshly made to order. I will give a 7 out of 10 for this hotel. Xem tiếp

Hotel is value for money, satisfactorily clean. The real plus point for us was their staff. Upon arrival, we had a welcome drink and staff patiently taking us through a map of the area and pointing out best local places to eat and shop. As we were taking the earliest flight out, their staff kindly arranged our taxi transfer at 4am in the morning and was there with a smile to send us off too. Xem tiếp

Me and my girlfriend stayed here at the end of our 4 week trip in Vietnam, and very happy we chose Nobel & Swan. Great location within walking distance to most sights/shopping and Old Quarter, great facilities and highlight the staff who could not have helped any more :) We both work in 5 star hotels overseas and believe this a similiar standard of these, Thank you! We got a wonderful stay there for 1 night only. The staff, especially Ms.Ly, gave us a very warm welcome and was very helpful to show us directions to the surrounding areas. We asked for a late check-out and got it for free with even a better room (as the same room was book for the following day already). The room was so nice with good bedding so that we slept like a log! Breakfast was very nice with beef noodles (Pho bo), pancakes, breads, home-made yogurt, fruits, etc.We would definitely come back! The hotel is near everything and is just 30meters from Cha Ca Thang Long, which serves a very typical Hanoi food in a nice atmosphere at a reasonable price. We would recommend everyone to try it! Noble and Swan is ideally located to explore the old quarter of Hanoi. The room was very clean with a nice bed and great bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of Asian and Western food. The staff, including Lyly and Thai, were very helpful. As the boutique hotel is located off the busy main street, it offers some sense of quietness and peace although we're not that far away from the 'action' scene. About 5 mins walk to Hang Gai (aka Silk Street) and under 10 mins from St. Joseph Cathedral. Room was small but has enough shelves/drawers to store belongings. Toilet is elegantly designed and well equipped with toiletries and hair dryer. Bed was comfortable to sleep on. Clean. Service was good - most of the staff speak English and they're always friendly and ready to help. Due to the Tet holidays, where many services are not available, the hotel manager managed to book us on a 2D/1N Sapa trip. Xem tiếp

When you are regular traveler, it's really hard to be impressed by hotel service. This time we had been traveling in South East Asia with stops in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Malaysia. On our way we decided to travel from the north of Vietnam and down to the south with final stop in Saigon. So we picked deal on agoda decided to stay at this hotel. It was last moment booking, so we hadn't informed that we would arrive lately by 10pm (we had to check in by 2pm). So when we arrived we were really surprised that people had been awaiting for us. Hotel Team is the best! We really really liked very much girl on reception whose name Lily (Li). We so much like bell boy and other guys who helped us to arrange our comfortable stay in Hanoi! A week past since stay in this hotel, but we still with the warmest feelings recall our trip to Hanoi. Hotel itself is in a heart of the city, but it takes 10-15 minutes to historical monuments, which we liked, because we wish to walk more and burn calories. Breakfast is ok, good value for money, do not expect five star hotel assortment. One moment, since it's colder in the north of Vietnam, it takes a while to warm up rooms with air conditioning service. So be ready for that during wintertime. Ee enyojed our stay very much，if you are lucky you will meet a lady at the reception(unfortunatly didnt ask her name)which makes the world diference in this hotel!super attentive，interested，informative and makes you feel at home(unlike the guys with whom it feels not sincere)，we had one of the smallest rooms but where pleasently surprised!its nicely decorated，altough a bit humid(probably the cement is still sweating)i sugest they put a lemongrass light，good wifi，good breakfast(super cordial staff!)although they could be a bit more pro-active in re-stocking the bufffet.we also had dinner at the vegetarian restaurant，where we had a pho(nothing special)and a spectacular “chicken in mushroom sauce“ which was real the best vegetarion food i ever had!overal this was one of the nicest stays in vietnam，nice luxurious/trendy feeling rooms，nice breakfast，nice and friendly staff!i would give it 5 stars and give the reception lady a raise!as she really makes the diference!!
