Khách sạn có nhân viên phục vụ rất tốt, địa điểm rất tốt, mất 5 phút để đi bộ đến phố cổ, phòng có hơi nhỏ và giá hơi cao. Tuy nhiên vẫn phù hợp cho một chuyến nghỉ dưỡng tại Hội An. Ngoài ra, phòng ở có bancol ngắm cảnh khá hay. Ăn sáng nói chung đơn giản và không có nhiều tuỳ chọn Xem tiếp

Tôi đi du lịch và là phụ nữ,nên tôi rất quan tâm đến sự an toàn. Nhi Nhi Hotel chỉ cách khu phố cổ 10 phút đi bộ nên rất thuận tiện, phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình và lễ phép, khách sạn có an ninh rất tốt. Tôi đánh giá cao điều này. Xem tiếp

Nhi Nhi hotel was our favourite stay in all of Vietnam! The hotel has an amazing staff that works very hard to make you feel at home in their hotel, and the staff helped us out with everything and anything that we asked about. Also, the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Ancient City (recommend having a stroll there both by day and by night as there are many more people there in the evening) so the hotel has a great location. Like most hotels in Vietnam the breakfast is made to order (not buffet) and they serve Vietnamese food or western food, and take the time to talk to their guests after breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel for someone staying in Hoi An! Xem tiếp

I am extremely happy with my stay at Nhi Nhi, upon my arrival my luggage were carefully bring in to my room and the staff patiently explain to me what to do, visit, eat and shop at Hoi An. The room and hotel is very beautiful like old hoi an city design. Room is comfortable. If I had to come out with a thing to improve it may be their water heater system at their bathroom is not that hot. Xem tiếp

We had a very good experience staying at Nhi Nhi Hotel. The friendly staff changed our room to a better one after we complained of insects on the bed. Thebreakfast was good with many choices. The rate is very reasonable . A value for money hotel. Xem tiếp

The staff were very welcoming, but a little pressing to stay longer than 1 night. All rooms have small balconies overlooking the pool and are very nicely decorated. Overall, good value for the money and within walking distance (5 mins) to town center. Xem tiếp

By far the best service I have had in my years of travel. The location is excellent, about 200m from the ancient town. The front desk will organise anything you want at competitive prices. We were overwhelmed with how well we were treated, like family. It seemed every time we walked thru the door there were complimentary cool towels & fresh fruit juices waiting for us. I loved the lay out of the room, small bathroom but everything else was great. We also had a small balcony overlooking the pool. These people are genuinely friendly, not fake. everything is great value for money, we stayed there 2 nights and it's about 15min walk from the river and old city. the staff is very friendly, young but experienced and they took care of us like friends. To be improved is the internet connection; the wifi was not faster than my mobile internet, and is very irregular. One night it stopped working at midnight. But it's true there are computers available in the lobby, so it's fine as long as you don't need to send big files for work. Xem tiếp

i reached hoian early in the morning on a overnight bus from nha trang. i located this hotel easier by foot as it is only about 3 minutes to the west of the old town. Not only did they allow an earlier check in as per requested, they surprised me by ushering me to the breakfast area to enjoy some food while they clean up the room. this certainly was above and beyond any regular customer service. also, the staff were very helpful throughout my 2 days in Hoi An and always tried to engage in small talks. The single room that i booked was surprisingly a lot more comfortable than it looked in pictures. Xem tiếp

All the review below are accurate. The staff are friendly, the food is great and the pool is refreshing. You can walk to everything from the hotel and they book trips for you at the desk. they even arranged the postal service to come to the hotel to mail back clothes I purchased from Kimmy's Tailor. It's worth staying in the city for more than 2 days. I ended up staying a week. I also used the spa they recommended which was delightful! Please be aware this hotel doesn't accept credit cards and you will need to pay in cash. Xem tiếp

This hotel offers the friendliest staff I have ever received. Excellent service and a very good breakfast. I would absolutely no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone going to Hoi An. the staff at eh nhi nhi were very helpful from the moment we entered the hotel. they provided lots of good advice and were always available to help with anything we needed, even organizing a number of local tours for us. the location just next to the old city is very convenient. the breakfast is above average with wonderful breads and home cooked omelets on the menu. I found the staff to be the friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered, and they would do everything they could to please the customers. Going on a tour, or just for a walk around, upon your return, you would be given a glass of water and a cold towel. There were always smiles when they saw you and were very happy to talk to you. When I get back to Hoi An, there will be only one hotel I shall be thinking of - the Nhi Nhi Hotel. It is close to the old town, as well as being within walking distance to the newer areas. This is a town that closes early, so night clubs etc., are not part of the scene, but if you like to have good, cheap food and drink, this is a place to go. Xem tiếp

the hotel is about 10 mins walk from the old town. the hotel staff are very friendly and courteous. they arranged the tour to my son for me and they were very helpful. the rooms were comfortable, large bed, good layout and facilities. the breakfast although a set menu but its pretty good. i would recommend this hotel to couples and solo travellers. the water pressure in the bathroom is a little on the low side. as usual i back to nhi nhi hotel when i back in hoi an. i ask for pick me up in da nang airport and the cab was there. welcome in the hotel as usual and i felt like back home. i read some complains in this page about the hotel, but i feel more comfortable here that in some 5 stars hotels that i've been.
