The apartment, and seemingly the rest of the building, is in dire need of some maintenance. The rooms are dirty and run-down. The showers only work some of the time, and sometimes you will have to settle for a slow lukewarm drizzle or go without. It was extremely noisy when we visited, with loud construction work happening a few doors down early every morning. Privacy and security is an issue too, as apartments have a window between each other and there is very little separating the balconies. Both front and back doors can be difficult to open/shut/lock and the safe is opened by a key rather than a code. Having said all that, the view is spectacular, and the opportunity for a few drinks on that balcony every night as you look over the city and beach is almost worth the price of the stay alone (we paid $114 AUD per night), just don't expect a decent room or facilities to come with it, or you will be disappointed. these are individual condo units that hire management company to lease out like a hotel. this one is grest. its a 2bdr 2bath. everything worked. they advertise 120 sq meter but half is a patio with great views. highly recommend. the manager is great and easy to deal with. very smooth experience. only draw back us they are higher price than similar unitsvon same floor. Clean, value for money because we came there with big group. We booked 2 pen-houses and the only issue is that there was 1 pen-house with 2 toilets and 1 with only 1 toilets. Staffs was nice Xem tiếp

The apartment is same row as 5 stars hotel, hence view is extremely great! We are very lucky that we didn't spent a lot of times for waiting the lift. Ha contacted me by email 1 day before my arrival for meet up arrangement. Mr.Vietphuong Luong is very kind to helped us. He suggested a great place for mud bathing and arrange car to airport. Nha Trang Seaview Penthouse Apartment offers the best view in Nha Trang. The apartment was spacious and clean. The rooftop deck was sensational, with views to the north 180 degrees from east to west. Sunrise and sunset were both spectacular, as was the view of the beach, which was just across the road. The only downside was the elevators - quite a wait during busy times, and many stops between the ground floor and level 46. The owners will contact you via e-mail before you arrive, so make sure you get clear instructions on where & when to meet them, as this is not a hotel with a reception. The entrance is down the side of the building (the front is a hotel which occupies the lower floors). Altogether, I highly recommend this property. Xem tiếp

适合背包客或是穷游的游客，靠近海边，靠近热区，没有前台，抵达前要约好拿钥匙，属于民宿。只有一部电梯上顶楼，所以你要快就要走楼梯下一层。但全部45层楼也只有3部电梯。还有就是很多人，白天地上都是湿答答，很多人从海边回来都在抢电梯。我订了两天就住了一天换酒店。地点要问对人才找得到，因为在巷子里，车子都很难进去。我不建议去住，除非你有冒险家的勇气。 Xem tiếp

먼저 세탁 및 조리가가능해서 너무좋았고 발코니가 넓고 해변뷰 시내뷰가 좋아서 그것도 마음에 들었어요. 애들이 힘들다고 하루는 호텔에서 하루종일 폰질만하는데도 넓은 발코니가있어 애들을 가두어놓치않은것 같아서 그것도 마음에 들었고 위치가 시내라 은행,마트, 시장등 가까운곳에 볼거리도 많으니까 그것도 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 무엇보다 공항샌딩서비스는 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 단점은 화장실이 좁고 욕조가없었고 물탱크가 바로 위에있는지 밤에 기계돌아가는 소리가 시끄러웠어요 위생은 보통이었고 나쁘진않았습니다. 가격대비 전체적으로 4박5일 편하게 지냈습니다. 안내를 맡아준 가이드분도 너무 친절하고 좋았습니다. 총3개 엘리베이터 중 펜트하우스로 올라가는 전용 엘리베이터는 한개뿐입니다. 나머지 2개는 바로 아랫층에서 내려 1층을 걸어서 올라가야합니다. 방 시설은 굉장히 고급지고 깔끔합니다. 무엇보다도 바다가 한눈에 내려다보이는 뷰가 끝내줍니다. 발코니와 연결된 문 잠금장치가 고장났었는데, 직원에게 연락하니 곧바로 처리해 주었습니다. 수압도 괜찮고, 요리할 수 있는 인덕션, 전자렌지와 식기 구비가 잘되어있습니다. 고급호텔에 숙박할 비용으로 자유롭게 요리와 휴식을 만끽할 수 있었습니다. 꼭대기 층이라서 발코니 쪽에 빨래도 잘 마릅니다. 한낮에 3시간이면 빨래가 타버릴정도로 바삭 마릅니다. 가격대비나쁘지 않아요 일반 로컬 아파트를 대여해주는듯합니다. 담당직원또한 친절하고 위치나 전체적으로 맘에들었습니다 . 다만 로컬인들이 넘많아 엘리베이터 이용시 살짝 짜증이 납니다. 룸컨디션도 평범합니다만 2배드룸 가족이용이다보니 저흰 편히 지내다 왔네요 Xem tiếp
