I booked this hotel for 5 days, but i leaved this hotel after 2 days because i'm found mold in my room. Also, photo does not equal with rooms. In my room i found 2 beds, but on photo i saw bed and chair. Hotel service people does not provide to take off second bed, after my 3 tries asked. I didnt stay in hotel for 5 days, i leaved this hotel after 2 days. I got conflict with reception desk of hotel in this hotel. I got my passport back only when i said that i call to police (when i check in, reception desk asked me to get my passport). Reception desk woman asked me my card data, number, year, name and CVC. I arrived on 12th August and checked in early at 9am. First staff told me that early check in charge is $10, which is almost half of the room price. Then she told me to give her $5, she would adjust the time in the system and let me check in early for free, not forgetting to tell me not to let her boss know. The furniture is as the pictures but quite old. Cleaning was done carelessly. Aircon cannot cool the room. I requested to change room for better aircon. Again, the staff talked behind my back that how picky I am and that I only stay 1 night, I better just stay and leave without disturbing them. The new room aircon was the same, I guess they seldom maintain it, so I just had to accept this situation. There is no towel in room, so I dialed to staff for one. After reminding them 2 times, and no one delivered it, I climbed down to reception, seeing staff still playing with the phone. I collected the towel by myself. Besides, room is spacious. It will be a good place if there are more maintenance and staff training. Location is bit weird. It is behind a bar (the address is a bar) which you should walk in at the back door, but there is no info about this. The bar staff showed annoyed when there are many guest going the wrong way, but she still let me pass through the bar instead of walking a big round. There are many better apartment-type rooms around with same price though. Xem tiếp

Really good location. Apartment was lovely. Minor downside that the mattress springs had collapsed but we only stayed 2 nights so put up with it. We were woken up by reception staff singing at 7am though which was annoying Xem tiếp

The rooms were clean and big with a great kitchen for cooking in the room. There was a lot of noise from construction and the busy street below. It is hard to find as it is in the back of a club. Very close to the beach and restaurants/shops. Some of the staff were helpful depended on the time of day. NO ELEVATORS and we were on the 4th floor!! Feel abit annoyed by night shift staff,who sleeps at reception counter below,day shift staff is excillent, need to require room cleaning,no hotel personal usings. Abit noisy by downstair pub,need to climb up if stay at 4 or 5th fl. Good things are,many local restaurants around,near night market,near night club,beer club,close to the beach.must try massage there since cheap but good service Xem tiếp

My short stay at the Nha Trang apartments was pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel was clean and safe, and in the perfect location to check out the nearby shops, restaurants and the beach. There was a bar just downstairs under the hotel, but the noise was not too intrusive - but the food and drink as convenient as can be. Xem tiếp
