Vị trí rất thuận lợi vì ngay phố cổ. Nhà đúng kiểu Hội An (nhưng không phải nhà cổ), cho dù ở phòng nào thì cũng có cảnh quan khí trời thiên nhiên! Xem tiếp

điểm cộng: 1. vị trí rất gần với phố cổ (chỉ khoảng 2-3' đi bộ), ngoài ra còn gần bánh mì Phượng (theo nhận xét cá nhân thì ngon hơn bánh mì Madame Khánh) 2. phòng đủ rộng cho 2 người ở (với hành lý không quá nhiều), có cửa sổ nhìn ra sân trong nên buổi sáng có nắng chiếu vào khá sáng sủa. điểm trừ: 1. giá trên Agoda đã bao gồm bữa sáng, nhưng chúng tôi không thấy nhân viên đề cập hay chuẩn bị gì vào buổi sáng, nên chúng tôi quyết định ăn ở ngoài. 2. phòng có tủ lạnh, ti vi và máy điều hòa, nhưng cả ba đều không hoạt động như mong đợi. trên thực tế, tủ lạnh chỉ sáng đèn chứ không hề lạnh, máy điều hòa dù mở nhiệt độ thấp nhất cũng không làm mát nổi căn phòng nên vào buổi trưa và chiều ở trong phòng khá nóng, tivi thì không xem được kênh nào. 3. phòng không có tủ treo quần áo. nhà vệ sinh chỉ có 1 bàn chải và kem đánh răng (dù phòng dành cho 2 người), ngoài ra không có những đồ dùng cần thiết khác như dầu gội hay sữa tắm. Tóm lại, chất lượng phòng so với giá tiền khiến chúng tôi rất thất vọng. Chúng tôi sẽ không quay lại đây và cũng sẽ không giới thiệu chỗ này cho bất kì ai. Xem tiếp

This was not what we expected at all. We arrived very late for our reservation as we had taken a day tour out of Danang. When we arrived, they had forgotten our booking and gave our room away. Apologetically, they scrambled to get us an accommodation for the night. This was great and all, but it was far removed from the walkable Old Town area we came for. When we did get to our room, it was not what the pictures looked like. Additionally, the tv cord wasn't even long enough to reach the plug. Why even have it and list it as an amenity? When we had left to go out and explore the town we chose to leave half the room keys to power the AC so our room was comfortable when we returned. They went into our room and removed it. We had to ask them to leave it the next time we left the room. Due to travel restrictions on our part, we had to leave a day earlier then we booked. So on our last day we booked a show in town and asked if they would let us leave our bags at the front desk while attending it. They said yes, no worries. You can just leave it in the room. However, when it came time to check out they charged us for all three nights. I understand the last night as we didn't cancel our reservations in time; but the first night? You messed up and still charged us? That is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. The family was nice and they did pay for the taxi to get to and from the alternate accommodation. I suppose those are some nice extras. I would have been more impressed if they could have gotten the basics that I paid for down first! Xem tiếp

I stayed for 7 nights and had an amazing stay. My room was comfortable, supper clean and the air conditioning was good (Hoi An is HOT!). The owners are lovely people. They treated me like I was one of their family members, always checking up on me and asking me if I needed anything at all. Breakfast was delicious, the coffee nice and strong, and I am already trying to see when I can go back to Hoi An! Xem tiếp

The room is not big, but there have everything you needed. Host family is very nice and helpful. Location is great. 3 mins to old town and 8 mins to Sinh bus station. Recommend!!! Xem tiếp

Breakfast was basic order from menu. Some noise from owners at night. Charges for water in room. Nothing free. Owners helpful and tries to please. I won’t return. Better accommodations else where in Hoi An for less money Xem tiếp

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It is simple but a good amount of space for two people and some nice additions such as hangers and a small bench to put your clothes/suitcase on. also, it is an excellent location to reach both the Old City and surrounding shops and restaurants. The bathroom was not to our taste but it was usable. Unfortunately, it is very hot at this time so the smell of the klong was quite bad. Also it is very hot so we would have loved to pool, which is the main reason why we chose to switch accommodation after 3 days. The staff could not do more for you and the breakfast was lovely. We recommend the local noodle soups. Overall, this was excellent value! Thank you very much to our lovely hosts. 😊 Xem tiếp

We somehow missed the memo that this place is part of a travel company, and in fact you must walk through their front store to get to the property. If you want to stay and really get to know the owners, this would be a great place to stay. We just wanted somewhere to crash at night and I think they took it personally that we had already booked a tour online way in advance. The family who runs this homestay really made the experience. They are kind, helpful, eager to get to know you, and try to find you the best price on tours. It was refreshing to stay in a small place where people care, as opposed to most places in Hoi An that have terrible service. The home-cooked food is awesome, especially the Cao Lau, a Hoi An specialty. The room was small and basic but kept clean. I'd recommend this homestay over the other hotels which are not a good value. For the central location and the wonderful service, Nha Lan is a great option. Xem tiếp

This family run place was fantastic value for money and in a great location. Although the place looks like it is on a main road, the rooms are at the back and very quiet. Our room had a private balcony with lanterns overlooking a lush courtyard with lots of plants. The balcony looked lovely in the evening when the lanterns were on. The double room we stayed in was very clean, had a good wifi connection, a tv with sky if you want that, a well stocked fridge, air conditioning, a fan and a very comfy bed. The family were amazing, really helpful and can book anything you want if you are interested in tours. Breakfast is included as well and the omelet I had was very tasty and not at all greasy. The location is right in the ancient town just a short walk away form the Japanese bridge which is where they have the floating lanterns each evening. I would highly recommend staying at this place, it is very affordable and one of our favourites so far in Vietnam. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our stay at Nha Lan Homestay. Lovely family owners. Good sized room with air con. Bathroom was very basic though. Location was perfect, in the old town. We also hired bicycles from the owners which was handy. Good breakfast in the mornings to start our exploring with. Xem tiếp
