Near city center and some nice places for tourists. A lot of bars ,lounges and convenience stores near by. Good for someone who likes party. It's not a quieted place to sleep early because the music play until 3-4 AM by all the bar outside. Xem tiếp

If you booked room in this hotel and even pay for it, it is not the fact that your room will be available. When we came to hotel woman on reception (pharmacy at the same time) said that hotel is full. I sad that I'd already paid, but she in asian style repeated "ok, ok, but full". She even show my agoda reservation number and said that she resell our room to another customers, because it's 9pm and she didn't expect us! She call to hotel on opposite side of the street and we checked in there, in dirty and noisy room. Xem tiếp

Location is in the middle of it all. Definitely loud and lively at night. The owner who checked me in wanted a hardcopy Agoda booking confirmation, she was the only one who ever asked for a hardcopy. All other hotels/hostels I booked through Agoda would just look me up by name and booking dates, and confirm with my passport. It was really problematic just to check in. Then she put me on the 5th floor, it was ALL steep stairs. I'm glad I just brought my backpack because anything heavy with wheels would have been a migraine. Xem tiếp

TERRIBLE! The loud music from the bars pumped until 3am. The hammering on the walls next door started at 8am. The housekeeper was surly and was shouting angrily at me in Viet because the owner asked her to move my bag to a different room! The owner said she would fire the bitter employee. The old fellow at night was nice but utterly clueless about the simplest details of his job. I said to my friend several times...must be his 1st day on the job. The old guy knocking on my door 11pm asking for my passport. I told him that I gave it to him yesterday. Ok he says and turns around. My advice: bring earplugs or pick.a different hotel! Xem tiếp

The room was on the top floor at the front it was a good size and the bed was fairly comfortable, it was cleaned every day. Unfortunately the noise from the street at night made sleeping almost impossible, thank god for earplugs. The hotel is located right in the centre of the busiest backpacker street great if you are up for partying until 4am, if not then you should make sure you get a room at the back. It's difficult to communicate with the staff since they can only speak a little bit English. This is the main problem!! We went out for a drinks at 2300, and went back at 0130, we discovered that the gate of the hostel was locked! We tried to wake the staffs up by knocking the gates and called, but no one inside noticed. The hawker outside told us that things like this happened all the time. We then have to move to the neighboring hostel at 0200. The next morning we went back to this hostel and complained to the staff, after a long and hard negotiation with the aid of the newly hired staff who can speak English fluently(she was being hired on that morning lol), the lady agreed to refund but she insisted that she had told us to come back before 0015. I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. The room is really clean and comfortable for 1 person with complete toiletries. The location is good as it is within the backpackers area where there are a lot of restaurants and bar. Money changers and tour agencies are very near the area as well. WiFi was good. The staff were friendly. I can say that this hotel is great value for money. I feel that I get more than what I expected. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers out there! Xem tiếp

This hotel is very good for backpackers, with good location and the rooms are not too small but not very big. just remember to stay on the lower level as possible, their stairs are so steep and small. Xem tiếp

it was a small ugly room and no window. but you get wat you pay for i guess. but close to market and downtown action. good to see good to see, many sightseeing and places to eat and shopping too. the cinemas are too small but live and learn Xem tiếp

this hotel was the worst hotel ever i had. there was busy street bars right in front of this hotel. so i could't sleep almost until 2am because of the noise from outside. we had three rooms. 1st room the bottom of wooden wall was full of moulds. i asked to clean it when i saw it.( it was around 5pm) the receptionist said she can't clean now. tomorrow she will clena it. and plus she said it is not moulds. it is bubble of shower gel. ( haha bubble? color was blue and black. 2nd room it was on the 5th floor. it was full of smell and ants. so my sister couldn't sleep there. she stayed with us. 3rd room. it was ok compared to other rooms. but when i walked into the room, i could feel the air inside was polluted. cause it was new built or renovated hotel.i think it was new house symtom? i can say bad things about this hotel millions more. i never go back there again Xem tiếp
