Phòng nhỏ quá, chật chội ! Giờ check in, check out bất tiện cho khách ! Muốn ở thêm nửa ngày chỉ được tới 17:00 ! Còn mọi vấn đề khác đều ổn ! Đặt qua các trang mạng không được phòng như mong muốn ! Xem tiếp

Very convenient to stay if your travelling on budget. Ideal location and just walking distance to lots of different tourist spot. Just need a little improvements in their rooms though. All the staff were very friendly and helpful . Xem tiếp

Small but clean room with decent en suite bathroom and a good shower. I had a room on the lowest floor so was fine but there is no lift so could be an issue with heavy luggage or mobility problems. Street noise is an issue but nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't deal with. Good value for money and fine for a night or two. Xem tiếp

I stayed here twice during my travels in Vietnam. There are 2 staff, although one is more cheerful than the other. I booked a trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels through the hotel but discovered wheone of the other many travel shops that i had paid way over the odds. When booking taxis through the hotel, you get a guy in a (nice) car but who isn't an official taxi. Xem tiếp

The hotel is located in a quiet alley off Phang Ngu Lao of District 1. Hence, it is not noisy if you just need a place to sleep at night. The room that I booked was small and without a window. However, free brakfast was provided. The negative aspect is the lack of a lift. We had to climb up to the 5th floor which means you really need a pair of fresh legs if your request to get a lower floor is not met. Xem tiếp

I enjoyed my stay in this centrally located hotel in District 1 of HCM. Restaurants are aplenty in this vibrant backpacker area and prices are still reasonable. Hotel is clean, though it is without a lift. If you are given a room on the 5th floor, the steep climb can be a torture. The free breakfast is good to start your day. Xem tiếp

This hotel locates in an alley but super near to the nightlife area, we had a great experience in the city as the receptionist is really helpful – she will direct you to a nice restaurant and show the best of HCM (food, souvenir, sightseeing places and other info you need). Also, she advises us the price of things we want and the way to get cheaper! Breakfast is superb with local famous French baguettes and coffee/tea, both are well cooked and delicious. If you see language is a problem in Vietnam, this hotel should be your choice as the receptionist can speak well in English  Last but not least, they can help in reserving ticket for shows and cab to airport, hassle-free  Xem tiếp

Hotel is located close to the shopping center, various restaurants, and many places of interest. Moreover, what makes the stay here superb is that staff of the hotel are very accommodating and friendly. They have responded promptly with all my needs and requests; they have arranged the tours and shuttle service to the airport for me. It has definitely been a homey stay. Xem tiếp

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was fine, and all in all, the place was what it said it was. The only downside was some drunk English men outside one of the pubs in the alley below who were very loud very late, but that is not the hotel's fault, just a lack of manners and consideration. This is not my first time staying in this hotel. The staffs are always very pleasant and the location is no doubt very good. But they need to do something about cleanliness this time. The lobby is dirty. The bedding is dirty. The room is dirty and smell like dirt - with actually barely alive cockroaches. The floor is sticky! Hope you improve :( Xem tiếp

Bad: We were arranged for a double room in the highest floor. And the space beside our room was under renovation, so it is quite noisy in the morning starting 8am. Good: The staff can speak english and very helpful. Has taught us how to the place we wanted to go and help us to talk to the uber driver (most of the Vietnamese uber driver could not speak english). Overall is ok for a short stay if you just want sleep for the night and out for the whole day. Xem tiếp

This place shares a common wall with a demolition site, so for as long as it takes to completely demolish and rebuild the adjoining property any chance of a stay here without piercing drilling,thudding jackhammers or machines that vibrate through walls at all hours, will be impossible. Have a peaceful visit to HCMC but don't expect it to be found at this hotel for months at the very least. Xem tiếp

The hotel bed is so comfortable! Nicely decorated room and great location for backpackers, wifi doesn't work well though. They are renovating the place, the noise was very loud with banging and drills in the morning into the afternoon. A lady kindly suggested bars to go to as we went out one night for drinks, we were sadly disappointed when we got back... the shutter to the hotel was closed with no sign or bell. As you can imagine me and my friends were worried, not being told anything about this. My friend banged loudly twice and then someone came to open the door which was so relieving after being stuck in the street. We later researched this and found it to be maybe a common practice in Vietnam, but it would have been nice for someone to let us know this. Xem tiếp

The payment method of this hotel is “pay at arrival”, when I was checking in at the hotel, I paid by cash all expense for the room. After I returned from the trip, when I was checking my credit card bill, I found that the hotel deducted from my credit card total charge of the room at the fourth day after my booking, and this deducting time is 45 days away from the time I plan to check in to the hotel. In order to make sure, I asked the staff of AGODA for the payment deduct from my credit card and the staff of AGODA explained to me the payment deduct from my credit card is pre-authorize so I didn’t pay attention to it. But now it is so obvious that the hotel charged me the room a second time. When I presented my credit card bill and the receipt paid by cash when I checked in at the hotel and tried to ask the hotel to return to me the room charge they have charged twice, the answer from the hotel is very annoying. It took 5 months since from the beginning that the hotel saying that they didn’t charge the room from my credit card at the time of booking till later that the hotel did admit that they charged my room in advance from my credit card and they were willing to return the room charge they charged twice. When I thought all this finally over, the hotel rejected to return me the money by saying that the receipt I presented without mentioning paid by cash. On the booking condition of the hotel it states the hotel will only offer the receipt to the guest whom will pay at the arrival to the hotel, if I didn’t pay the room why the hotel offered me the receipt; the payment method is to pay on arrival to the hotel, however, the hotel deducted the room charge in advance, so what the hotel did is self-contradict. As I am in China and I can’t go to local to protect my own right and it is also not possibile to ask the hotel to offer the CCTV video back then, it is no hope to get back the money. I wrote my experience so that many others can learn lesson from it ……    Xem tiếp

Very courteous and helpful owners. It is right next to the busy night life. Helpful travel agent next door. Good value for money except that I was not all that keen on the night activities and spent much of my time travelling and went to Con Dao Island have the quieter life away from the tourist.
