Mình cùng nhóm bạn lưu lại đây 2 đêm, mình yêu cầu nhận phòng sớm nên KS cũng ráng thu xếp cho mình nhận phòng ngay khi KS có phòng trống. Mình ấn tượng với phòng tắm, khá lớn và sạch so với giá của KS. Dịch vụ phòng tốt, nhân viên thân thiện. Lần sau có di Nha Trang chơi mình sẽ ở KS này. KS có 2 loại phòng : lớn và nhỏ, cả 2 đều có 2 giường khá rộng, rất thoải mái. Xem tiếp

kỳ nghỉ rất thoải mái với phòng tại khách sạn và các món ăn ngon tại xứ biển. khách sạn tuy không nằm ngay mặt tiền hoặc có sea view nhưng phù hợp túi tiền và rất sạch sẽ. phòng còn mới và nhân viên rất thân thiện. từ khách sạn ra bãi biển cũng chỉ mất 5' đi bộ. điều đáng tiếc là do công trình kế bên khách sạn đang xây, nên hơi ồn nếu ở những lầu thấp như 1, 2. nhưng không sao, chúng tôi đã có 1 kỳ nghỉ rất thoải mái. chúng tôi sẽ tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ tại agoda và khách sạn ngọc thạch trong những chuyến đi tới. Mình đã đi du lịch Nha Trang nhiều lần nhưng lần này là lần đầu đi có 2 đứa nhóc. Nói chung phòng tuy không có gì đặc sắc nhưng cũng khá sạch sẽ. Có vẻ cách âm không tốt, nguyên đêm tới sáng cứ nghe lục đục suốt, rất khó ngủ. Đến sáng còn có nhân viên dọn phòng xộc thẳng vào phòng mình định dọn nữa?! (mặc dù chưa trả phòng, vẫn còn đang ngủ). Thái độ nhân viên thì không nhiệt tình cũng không thờ ơ, cảm giác hơi chán. Xem tiếp

The hotel was good . Great location . Bathroom great water pressure good Great restaurant to go is cyclo good cheap beach bed are dream down the beach from Louisiana brew house. You get good towels and drinks are cheaper. Movie theatre is good value for movie popcorn and drink. Xem tiếp

Overall I enjoyed my stay there. The bathroom was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel seems somewhat new still. The location is about 1-2 blocks away from the beach and is very conveniently located. The staff is also very friendly. My only warning is that next door there is another hotel being built. Construction begins at 7 am and it is quite loud. It didn't disturb me much because I needed to wake up at 7 am anyway for tours or for sightseeing. Xem tiếp

Excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly, centrally located to everything, very clean and spacious, only downside was there was a building site attached to the hotel with a lot of noise other then that for the price your paying well worth it Xem tiếp

It was good. The duder at the front desk was friendly. When we arrived from the airport, the cab driver had scammed me and charged me $30 or something ridiculous like that. As soon as the bro at the front desk saw it, the veins must have burst out of his forehead. He immediately started yelling at the cab driver. "Why would you do that? This is our hotel and our city and you are ruining it for my guest here! SHAME AND DISHONOUR UPON YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!" The cab driver began apologizing profusely, but oh ho ho BOY was it too late. I let him feel my wrath. I asked him for his ID, to which he claimed that he was new so he didn't have one. HOGWASH! I knew it was a lie. However I let it slide since he had already been shamed by the hotel guy, and, best of all, the hotel guy got him to lower the price down to about $10. Yeah, that's more like it. All and all the hotel reminds me of a bro who has another bro's back aka my back. Xem tiếp

I enjoyed staying at hotel, the stuff was friendly and helpful. Manager speaks English very good, and helped me with booking snorkling trip and ordering taxi.Hotel is only 5 min from the beach, close to restaurants and shopps. Xem tiếp

We had a really good stay here. It is a 2 min walk to the beach, right near restaurants, bars, shops etc. The staff were all friendly. The rooms on one side of the hotel are great with big windows and small balcony, but if you get one of the rooms on the back of the building they have no windows, and are pretty stuffy and dark. We were given the room with no window upon chek in and I strait away went bak downstairs and asked for a room with a wimdow and showed them the picture that was advertised with a balcony with ocean views. They lauged and told me that the pictures are photoshoped, wich I found hilarious and still demanded a room with a window, they gave me a room with a window and told me it was a free upgrade, but one catch on the last night I had to go back to the other room as it was reserved on that night. I found this pretty funny but was ok with it as the new room was very nice for the price I payed for the room. The hotel is great value. But beware that the pics with the balcony opening to the beutiful Palm trees and ocean view are photo shoped. There are no rooms with an ocean view and you will most likely be given a room with no window. But on the upside, the rooms are nice, large, clean and cheap. There is a little stall right across the road that sells amazing baguettes. And theye were so good me and my girlfriend got at least one every single day. And they lady that sells them was so nice. This was a great hotel . Note able was the enclosed shower which kept the toilet and bathroom floor dry unlike others we stayed in . It also had a lift . Wifi was fast and reliable . No meals served but a multitude of restaurants within 50 mts . Rented motorbikes which gave us a great opportunity to explore further afield . I would happily stay here again . This location is excellent. Its on a small street that connects the two major streets with nightlife that caters for foreigners. So its super close without getting the worst of the noise. the room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioner and wifi worked well. the staff was friendly but their English level was pretty low. They let me check in at 6am and extend my stay an extra two days. Xem tiếp

Booked a double room during yet and we're given a massive room with 2 double beds. Room was spotless with air con, tv and fan all working. The shower was amazing and the staff extremely friendly. The hotel was in a great location just off main street with lots of restaurants nearby. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Xem tiếp

Good place and a great value. It's not in the middle of everything so t s a little quieter. Right across the street from the best part of the beach and some decent beach restaurant but only a short 10 minute walk to the bar and restaurant area. Staff is helpful. my friend and i really enjoyed our stay at ngoc thach hotel. the room was very spacious and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. the hotel is in a great location, just around the corner from why not bar but it is not noisy and if offers plenty of privacy. we would definitely go back there if ever in nah trang again and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and great accommodation. I went for a diving tour that I booked through this hotel receptionist. The tour guide took my dive log, didn't return to me. I already left Vietnam, I try email to hotel management but was not reply by anyone. :( I lost my dive log! Besides that, mosquito found in room 704. Xem tiếp
