We stayed at Ngoc Qui for a week and the hosting family was very welcoming. They booked us tours around the island and whenever there was a problem they solved it right away. For example, we rented a scooter at the guesthouse and we didn’t like it so we were able to change it right away. The communication was also easy because the son speaks good English and understands everything. One day the mom baked some banana cake and had the son give us some. It was very delicious. All in all we can recommend this accommodation and we would come back any time. Xem tiếp

The place is good located. The room was tiny and not clean. At the end of my stay, it was getting very smelly, not really confortable... be very careful with monney and keep receipts. The worst part was when the owner, a young Vietnamese, charged me 3 nights double. He got aggressiv and no way of getting my passport back. At the end, I had to pay the amount asked. He was treathening to call the police. Don’t recommend it! Xem tiếp

We arrived on a local taxi cab from Airport, but the driver could not find this Bungalos address on the main street, eventhough we parked the cab in front of the main dirty road alley which takes us to Ngoc Quý. Because there was no sign board on the main street, finally we found ít, the owners family were very friendly and helpful, they also rent you scooters onsight, they also have an open kitchen area for us to cook if we want, they also help you to book tours excursions on the Island, the room was open, roomy and clean, its a cozy stay, the road to N Quý is a tiny dirty road alley which barely fits a small taxi, ít was muddy when íts rain, in all the owners were extra friendly and helpful. Ngoc Qui is close to town. It's off the main road, so quiet, but close to lots to do. Wifi good. No restaurant, but there are several within walking distance. Staff were very helpful, above and beyond the call of duty, twice, when I was in transit from Phu Quoc to Kep, Cambodia. A caution: if you make a booking, make sure you get some sort of ticket/record. I will happily stay at the Ngoc Qui again. Xem tiếp

We booked a bungalow for 2 nights and got one that was fine but without a terrace. We then asked if we could change in a bungalow with a terrace, as we like to sit outside. That was no problem. As it was so nice there, we stayed another 9 nights and the owners gave us a very big familiy bungalow for the same price! The family who owns the place was great! Very helpful and always friendly! We asked if they had another electric kettle for us, they didn't had one, but offered us to use theirs at any time! Bungalow is great located, near to beach and near to a street with lots of restaurants and coop supermarket. And it is very quiet there! De l’exterieur on s’attend à un hostel très sympa. Mais l’interieur fait plutôt penser à une cage à poule. Aucun meuble. Juste un lit en béton armé et un frigo sale. Cote salle de bain, rien de plus. Une douche au-dessus des toilettes (mais nous avons l’habitude nous voyageons depuis 1 mois en Asie). Le bungalow n’est certes pas très cher (16$ sans pdj) mais comparé à ce que nous connaissons en hostel et homestay, cela ne vaut pas plus de 10$.. Seul point appréciable, les gérants super sympas! Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit et avons trouvé bien mieux ailleurs. Xem tiếp

Das Zimmer war nicht besonders toll, kein Moskitonetz am Fenster oder über dem Bett. Der Besitzer bot jedoch an, ein Netz anzubringen. Das Bad war nicht besonders gut. Das Waschbecken hatte ein Loch und das Fenster ging kaum zu. Die Badtüre war nicht verschließbar. Allerdings waren der Besitzer und seine Schwester so unglaublich bemüht und super nett. Sie gaben uns wegen den Unannehmlichkeiten sogar einen Roller für einen Tag umsonst und gaben uns gute Tipps für die Insel. Die zwei waren fantastisch. Xem tiếp

Wir waren dort für 4 Nächte. Nach der ersten Nacht wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt (keine frischen Handtücher, Mülleimer nicht geleert etc.). Erst nach Aufforderung wurde das Zimmer gemacht, dies dann auch sehr gründlich. Im Bad hat es extrem nach Chemie gestunken, Bett war sehr hart, viele Moskitos und Geckos im Zimmer durch undichte Fenster. Der angepriesene Gartenblick erwies sich als ein Blick auf eine Mauer und eine Terrasse hatten wir auch nicht. Es gab täglich Strom- und Wasserausfälle für längere Zeit. Die freundliche Familie bietet auch Touren und Rollervermietung an, dies haben wir allerdings nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Straße ist Moment eine komplette Baustelle und der Weg zum Strand (ca. 3 Min zu Fuß) daher nicht gerade der Schönste. Wir finden dass nur die Nähe zum Strand und zur Stadt (ca. 15 Min zu Fuß) für das Ngoc Qui sprechen, wir würden jedoch kein zweites Mal dort einchecken... Xem tiếp

Удачное расположение гестхауса. до моря за пару минут можно дойти. В номере был вентилятор, кондиционер, тв, холодильник - все исправно работало. До ночного рынка минут 20 пешком. Если пройти до заправки, в сторону аэропорта - можно зайти в местную едальню - нормальная порция вкусного супа с мясом - 20 килодонгов Xem tiếp

Останавливались всего лишь на одну ночь, потом было все забронировано, перебрались к соседям, цена была 1200 руб. Очень милый парень и девушка на ресепшен. Чистая кровать. Но все немного подубитое. Раковина текла. Перед сном увидели под кроватью большого таракана. И спать было как то не по себе. Нам до досталось бунгало без стульев и стола на улице. А мы же едем, не для того чтобы сидеть в номере, правда? Вообщем можно ехать, но лучше молодежи без детей. Кто неприхотлив. И для кого главное сэкономить. Считаю что на каждый товар свой покупатель. Молодежи будет ок. Если бы я была без ребенка мне тоже было бы ок. Пляж рядом. Кафе магазины тоже недалеко Xem tiếp
