I told the reception staff that I needed my room to be make up by 2 pm. Came back from lunch about 3 pm still not done. Told the reception to do it and she gave all sort of reason and what irked me was that they were very busy and priority given to checked out room. They did it but after a long argument and left a BAD taste. Xem tiếp

The staff was not friendly and we had issues with the TV taking an hour to warm up and no hot shower until the evening. Also don't like booking a certain room and then they tell you they only have one room left where they have to push two beds together. Not happy with the stay. Xem tiếp

It's a good value little hotel in the backpackers area, found in an inner lane with entrances along Phamngulao and a sidestreet. clean, and the staff are reliable. They serve breakfast of eggs, fruits, bread, noodles, coffee or tea. Great value for money. Xem tiếp

Had a comfortable experience here, clean and tidy rooms which were serviced sporadically but all in all presented good value for money. Tucked down an alley-way off the main road, the hotel is steps from walking street with everything you need handy. Breakfast on the roof-top was a nice way to start the day. Xem tiếp

I booked for one night and was so pleased i extended my stay for four more days This hotel is located in a quiet alley away from all the hustle and bustle noise . The daytime reception MI is a wonderful and helpful person who can help you with all of your needs.... I will be back :) Xem tiếp

This is a hotel in a great location in Ho Chi Minh city, there are plenty of bars and restaurants but it is pretty quiet being just far enough away but within walking distance of everything you need. It is very close to a bus station and they can orgainse good value tours. I would highly recommend Xem tiếp

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, they also helped organize reasonably priced tours for us. The only problem we had was the air conditioner did not work in the first room, however they fixed this that evening by moving us to another room. Would recommend this hotel as I feel its good value for money. Xem tiếp

The service are good as staff is friendly. The room are still OK as the decotation was not so nice, overall it still fine for me. Have a one night stay here before I head up to Dalat city. Location are good as you can see many foreinger surrounding the city and many restaurant around. The good thing is your room will not experience any noisy or get wake up during you dreaming. Xem tiếp

quite place concerning its location near detham. reasonable price but accommodations are not so good. all staff are kind but i have to ask them to set toiletries. but if you want to hang out in detham with many foreign people and find quite place, this hotel may be the answer. Xem tiếp

Agoda what are you doing? How on earth is this place on your list!? Room was moldy and a.c. could have supported a legion of bacteria. That and the hordes of mosqitoes made this dump a very memorable stay worth telling friends about for years to come. Legend. Xem tiếp

Staff is not approachable and he had difficulty communicating with us in English. Breakfast served from 7am only and we were not able to avail it during our 2days stay since our tour starts at 7o'clock in the morning on our first day and we have to check-out earlier on the second day to catch-up with our bus schedule going to Cambodia. We requested to prepare it earlier or at least have it pack for us to take it instead but the male staff denied it. However, before leaving the hotel we met the lady owner(I guess) and she's very approachable unlike the receptionist we met. And she's very apologetic for the inconvenience brought by the hotel rooftop renovation(though were not able to use it). Location is okay. Anyway, will recommend to friends for the spacious room they provided to us and hopefully staff will be more accommodating and flexible to customer's request next time. Xem tiếp

Location - close to nightlife, coffee shops, convenience store. Staff - I don't know (6/10) Room - just enough for a family of 5 Bathroom - they provide toiletries and towels. But we don't use hotel towels because we always bring our own.
