Nhân viên hỗ trợ tốt, đã giúp tôi đổi ngày. Tuy nhiên tôi đặt chi nhánh mới, phòng ốc nhìn mới và sạch. Nhưng với lý do hết phòng đưa tôi sang chi nhánh cũ, phòng/giường nhỏ và cũ kỹ. Mặc dù tôi kiểm tra thời gian đó chi nhánh 2 vẫn còn chỗ trống. Tôi không hài lòng với cách làm như vậy. Xem tiếp

Mình đã ở đây 3 ngày 2 đêm. Ưu điểm: Nhân viên thân thiện, phòng sạch sẽ và giá tiền rất hợp lý. Nhược điểm: mình ở phòng 202 mùi đồ ăn thông từ bếp qua ống hút mùi trong nhà vệ sinh gây hơi khó chịu 1 lúc. Tóm lại: Mình sẽ quay trở lại đây và giới thiệu bạn bè. Hy vọng bên New Saigon cố gắng khắc phục tình trạng mùi thức ăn xông vào phòng thông qua ống hút mùi trong nhà vệ sinh. Xem tiếp

phòng rộng rãi vừa đủ, rất sạch sẽ, giá rẻ, vị trí thuận tiện đi lại ăn uống. vì ks nhỏ nên front desk làm việc chưa chuyên nghiệp lắm nhưng cũng tạm chấp nhận. sẽ quay lại. Xem tiếp

we arrived at the place at around 3:30 am. we found out that we were transfer to another hostel. the hostel we stayed is ok, breakfast is good. room is cleaned. recommended for budget traveler. Xem tiếp

We book this hotel but we are suprise that we are transfer to another hostel. The location is nice, near bus station. The receptionist is very approachable. I like the restroom very much - clean. The hostel itself is affordable. Xem tiếp

The hotel is somehow difficult to locate since I am arriving 2 in the morning but good thing the owner let me check-in on earlier time. the breakfast is great as well since it has wide variety of choices. The place is clean and nice. My only issue is the bed foam, it is quite new and the foam is hard it is like brand new so it is somehow stiff but all is OK. Xem tiếp

I stayed with strange people. One man seemed to be a mute and deaf person so he made lots of noise when he ate chips and sausages. Another man played comedy without plugging his earphones in so it was really loud and annoying. Both of them had towels around their bellies only for the hostel didn't have the regulation to not being naked. The dorm room wasn't soundproofed and not well ventilated. Xem tiếp

I needed a shelter in the Usagi storm. The dorm room wasn't soundproofed for I heard the footsteps of the people in my dorm room were so thick. Plus the footsteps from upstairs were so heavy, too. No toothbrushes were provided. And they didn't give me back my ID when I checked out that morning. The breakfast was so so but the cook prepared it in 20' though I ordered vegan stir-fried noodles. I didn't know that this hostel has 2 more the same hostel,lol.When I arrived at the property,I was passed to another hostel and to another hostel again.Later i found out three hostels are owned by one. The first one where I stayed was good. I've got big room, modern toilet and shower room. Decent breakfast for free. On my last day, I was moved to another hostel nearby,my room was also good,nice ambience. Xem tiếp

The beds aren't as comfy as other hostels for a similar price and the Wifi was a little temperamental, but not significantly worse than many other places. Spacious dorm room, friendly staff and good location for the backpacker street, close enough to walk in a couple of minutes but far enough way to be pretty quiet at night. Xem tiếp

We went here around 2am we felt that the building was close but they advised us to just hit the doorbell so someone will open for us. The reception was on the other building. The room is clean, the bed was a bit hard but for the price it was okay. Something I don't like is they don't offer us towels and shower just smell stinky it's like smell of sewage. We stayed in the private room here and a dorm room in their partner hotel. Both experiences were great. The breakfast is in another building in which you also have to check in. It would be nice to have staff in this hotel too or some seating area downstairs. I would definitely stay here again! Xem tiếp

I really had a good stay in this place. I was in a room of 8 people.They let me check-in really early, the room is clean, the breakfast (where you can choose if bread or noodles and coffee or tea) was good and most of all it was accessible to the tourist locations. Please note that the place for breakfast is 2 hostels away from the hostel itself but it was not an issue for me because I consider it as my morning walk. hahaha Xem tiếp

the staff was so helpful when I booked the wrong hostel😂 and also there is a local market outside the hostel so very convenient to eat breakfast and buy some fruits, just don't buy the bus ticket there because it's 70000 dong more, all they do is just ask a guy to walk you to the bus station, so there is no free pickup so it really doesn't worth it, I could have walk there myself using map:/ Xem tiếp

Their house is super clean and new. Many choices for breakfast. Near to pubs and restaurants. Everything is good. It will be perfect if it’s nearer to city. A lot of walking (I did that😩) if you don’t go by taxi. Xem tiếp

When I back from outside, the staff exchange my room stay to another hotel without telling. They took my belongings from bed and leave it, until I back only they tell me to shift to another hotel. They give me the reasons that because another guest book my place, so I force to shift to another hotel, that hotel is lower class than previous, I felt that it has been cheat and not fair to me, the dormitory room is very messy & space very small, the other peoples are making noise there. They didn't give me any compensate regarding this matter, I felt that it's not value for money, which I choose the first hotel is not match with what I want. Really disappointed with it, I hope other guest will consider about this will happen in future. Xem tiếp

Clean and simple rooms. Nicely maintained and the bathroom is a well set out. Very friendly staff and the free breakfast is a welcome bonus for the price. Property seems newly decorated and in comparison to the place we stayed previously to this one, it's head and shoulders above it. Xem tiếp
