Tôi đặt phòng cho ba mẹ tôi đi du lịch, phòng superior 2 giường đôi. Nhìn trên hình ở Agoda thì phòng rất đẹp, tuy nhiên ở ngoài hoàn toàn không như hình và mô tả. Phòng quá tối, phòng có 2 đèn thì bị hư 1 đèn, đèn còn lại lù mù. Tủ lạnh khô, lâu không dọn, còn đồ cũ khô mốc. Cầu thang bộ quá hẹp, không an toàn cho người lớn tuổi. Nhà vệ sinh sạch, đủ nước nóng lạnh. Gối và chăn, drap giường ẩm mốc. Tôi sẽ không ghé lại nơi này lần nữa. Xem tiếp

room is nice but service is not good. hot water wasn't there for the 4hrs we stayed and when asked during checkout they said we have to on a switch which they didn't tell us when checking in. breakfast is too basic, bread omlette meant literally normal white bread and they couldn't toast them because their toaster was not working properly. great location if you need to take the railway train as it is just opposite the hanoi railway station. it is very convenient. there are many options for food available around the hotel and there is a 24-hour convenience store just beside the hotel. the hotel is about a 15-min walk to hanoi old quarter or you could just rent a motorbike to send you there in less than 5 minutes. We selected this hotel as we were travelling by Train to Sapa and it was at the front gate to the Train Station. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy, the staff are very helpful and obliging. I train tickets wer being delivered to us and they were late in arriving so the Hotel Manager requested our contact details, he then started phoning about and eventually made contact (out of business hours), spoke to a person and shortly after, the tickets arrived. Good hotel and facilities. Only problem was communication- receptionist was very helpful when asked but had to go downstairs to get heater turned on and hot water. Breakfast was fine, attempt at western quite poor- opt for the noodle soup. It's excellent : ) all in all, for what you pay it's reasonable but just a few small things could have been improved to make it better. Xem tiếp

Wir wohnten in diesem Hotel, weil es genau gegenüber dem GA HA NOI (Bahnhof) liegt und wir zu Fuss den Nachtzug nach Sa Pa erreichen konnten. Für diesen Zweck oder für eine preiswerte Sightseeing-Übernachtung ist dieses Hotel hervorragend geeignet. Kein Luxushotel, aber weit mehr als ein Backpacker Hostel. Xem tiếp

ハノイには月に1回程度、長期出張がありますが、このホテル同価格帯の3つ星以下のホテルでは、費用対効果は高く感じます。作りは新しい方です、ロケーションは駅の近くですが、観光地には多少距離があるので、観光には適しているかはわかりません。海外で普通にタクシー乗れる人なら観光目的でも問題ないとは思います。部屋は奇麗に清掃されています、設備面、スタッフ対応でも特に問題は感じませんので、書いた事以外で不満な点はありませんでした。部屋にあいかわらず窓が無いのは残念でした。あとホテルのせいでは無いですが近くには英語が通じる商店はありませんので注意して下さい、ただ隣はベトナム人の家族経営の商店です。私は多少ベトナム語が話せますが、コーラとビールの値段が店番によって毎日変わるのはちょっと受けました。蛇足ですが、孫娘15才くらいで正規価格→孫息子→お父さん→おばあちゃん、という順番で値段が上がって行きます。おばあちゃんが担当でも2倍の値段くらいですので、観光出来てる日本人(外国人)は笑って見逃すか、孫娘の店番の時に来店しましょう。ちなみに「おばあちゃんでも、「でもあなたの孫の時はこの値段だったよ」というと同じくらいの値段にはなります、あくまでベトナム語で、ですが。 Xem tiếp

New Moon Hotel lokasinya tepat di depan stasiun kereta api Hanoi- lao Cai. Lokasinya sangat strategis untuk tourist merencanakan berlibur ke Sapa. Karena malam hari bisa langsung berjalan kaki ke stasiun dan pulang dari Sapa Pk. 04-05 pagi juga bisa berjalan kami ke hotel. Daerah sekitar kurang rapi, tapi cukup aman. Lokasinya juga tidak terlalu jauh ke kota tua (Old town), dengan naik taxi sekitar 40.000 Vd. Jangan lupa pakai taxi Mai Linh atau Vinasum supaya tidak over charge. Kamar cukup besar dan bersih serta bisa akses WIfi bila bawa Ipad/ HP dg Wifi. Makan pagi di Restoran hotel di Semi basement cukup bagus dengan menu yang cukup bervariasi. Harga hotel tidak mahal, menurut kami New Moon Hotel cukup value. Kami berlibur dengan 3 anak2. Xem tiếp
