Phòng rộng, nhân viên nhiệt tình, đặc biệt là nhân viên giữ xe. Khu vực trung tâm, đồ ăn sáng rất ngon. Tuy nhiên mạng wifi rất tệ, rớt lên rớt xuống và khăn phòng không được sạch lắm, sàn nhà đi lại cảm giác không sạch. Xem tiếp

Lần thứ 3 ở khách sạn này, nói chung mọi thứ đều ổn, từ độ sạch sẽ trong phòng cho đến nội thất. Bạn nhân viên nam trực đêm rất thân thiện, nhưng bạn nhân viên nữ làm ca sáng thấy lạnh lùng mà ít cười với khách, có thấy cười với khách nước ngoài thôi. Xem tiếp

Wifi cứ ban ngày là kém do khách sạn ở dưới tầng 1 làm quán cafe và cơm văn phòng luôn nên ban ngày mà lại dùng chung wifi nên rất kém . Dọn phòng thì như ko dọn . Phòng vệ sinh đồ cũ vỡ kính trong phòng tắm nhưng ko thay thế . Mất tiền gửi xe dù là khách ở khách sạn ???? Xem tiếp

Nice large room and bed . Staff pleasant ,some have limited English but enough to answer most requests. It is a business type hotel . Good restaurants nearby and a supermarket at the end of the lane. A couple of minor things Breakfast is ok but could have more selections and include a fruit plate as most other hotels do . Also the toilet cistern leaked on the floor of the bath room. The hotel also serves meals but we eat out at local restaurants for lunch and dinner . Over all a pleasant stay and the ladies serving the food were charming. Xem tiếp

We arrived at 2am and there was a staff member waiting at the entrance door for us. Check in took less than 3 minutes. The elevator was only a few steps away from the check in counter. Our room was huge! Comfy bed, large bathroom, hot shower, big TV with a few channels in English, bottled water, refrigerator, hot water kettle, tea, coffee, foam bath soap, shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap, remote controlled AC, smoke detector, plenty of electric outlets to charge our gadgets. The free breakfast included in our advanced booking was superb! Six different meal choices were available and four different drink options. The meal portions were more than adequate and extremely delicious. If I am able to visit Vietnam again, New Life Hotel will be my choice for a great stay. Xem tiếp

It was my first trip to Saigon staying in district 3. The property is nice and for the price it is good value for money. Rooms are great, well maintained, excellent wifi and choice of English TV (if you really care) channels. Can be better on the food. The breakfast was just ok (nothing great). I just ate lunch once and it was well priced. Overall I'd stay again. Xem tiếp

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and quite charming. My sister and I had a twin room with a small balcony that overlooked the busy streets. We really appreciated the clean shower and bathroom. Breakfast was good, and it's very convenient to eat in the lobby restaurant if you don't feel like walking anywhere. The fruit juices are so refreshing. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The only downside was that there was a power outage on the block, and we couldn't get to our rooms (electronic cards), so we waited in the lobby for over an hour, but the staff were very patient and kind and served us tea to try and accommodate us. Overall, a really great value for your money and really enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. It's not extremely close to the city central, but we had no problem getting Grab bikes and cars for about ten minute trips to Ben Thanh, restaurants, and museums. Second time staying, this time one night before our flight to Hanoi. We got a room not facing the street this time and my bf loved it. It was quite and we got a good sleep. Room (302) was big and spacious. Breakfast was good as usual. Xem tiếp

Great location at distrect 3. Room was clean and spacious. Aircon was great. Only minus is if you get a room facing the street you might get bothered by the trafic. I didnt cause Im not a light sleeper. We ended up staying for more nights with the receptionist matching the price on Agoda for us. Overall we liked our stay and would gladly return :-) Xem tiếp

Exceed the original expect! Only have one disadvantage is the location pretty far from the central HCM. But, the service/ equipment are all perfect! The room also big and clean, really recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp

It has all basic stuff you need. Hotel is in District 3, short distance to CBD where you can use grab/ uber to commute. Make sure you request a room with window. My room doesn't have window so it feels like prison at times but I'm hardly in the room so it was ok. Xem tiếp
