I used to spend 4 nights in this hotel. Even though the location of the hotel is in junction, it still calm & quite, so could concentrate my business properly. The all the staff, reception, restaurant, lobby, etc are very nice and really helpful. Xem tiếp

I stayed 2days from 16th until 18/Dec. I stayed for the first time with my friend's introduction. All the staff were kind and very gentle. Because there is a washless toilet, it is the best for Japanese. And cost performance is good but I got into trouble though It was negative point that there was a person in a country not talking loudly or keeping order.that. People in that country make everyone uncomfortable. I think the hotel should choose guests. Xem tiếp

I stayed 2days. The locatoin is good. And cost performace is good. In addition, the toilet is the best because it is a japanese washlet.Employee is kind and good. We booked Nesta on Nguyen Thuong Hien str but during check in they transferred us to a smaller and older Nesta hotel on To Hien Thanh str. The room was very old with unpleasant smell. The excuse for the transfer was electricity failure. We agreed thinking that the reason was genuine but we saw bigger group checking in after us at the newer Nesta hotel. We arrived late at night and check in was quick and easy. The next morning we asked where the pool and gym was only to be told there wasn't one. We were extremely upset as there were other hotels in the area for similar price that offered pool and gym. The manager wasn't there at the time so we went to breakfast then came and saw him. We showed him the site that advertised a pool and gym. He was very apologetic and offered a free room upgrade. As we were checking out the following day we felt this would be more unconvenience to have to pack up and move. We counter offered with a complimentary foot massage which is in fact almost a full body massage. We could see the manager was genuinely upset by what had happened and wanted to help rectify. We did appreciate this however were still upset at the fact that we did not have access to a pool or gym. It was a very pleasant stay in Vista Hotel Hanoi. I was in a business trip. When I checkin at the hotel, I notice my mobile phone has gone. I should have carelessly left it in the taxi. I told the reception staff about my lost phone and they ask me for the taxi receipt. They are so helpful to call the taxi operator for me. With their effort, we finally get contacted with the taxi driver and the staff asked him to take back my phone to the hotel. I would say I would not have get back my mobile phone with the kind assistance provided by the reception staff. I really wants to say thank you to them (and to the taxi driver as well). And The hotel is value for money in the region. The location is same as Nikko hotel and I love walk to the attractions (e.g. Hanoi Cathedral). The room is big and tidy. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

Price was cheap so I did not expect anything great, but this was a great hotel to stay. The room was spacious and very clean and has a kind of nostalgic feeling to it. The bathroom was also clean and the staff was attentive. The surrounding is relatively calm (well, you get the noise of motorcycle anywhere you go) and there are some good looking restaurant/cafe or tasty noodle place. Firstly I tried to stay Htel Nikko Hanoi the conference was held, but coudn't due to full occupancy.Then I tried to find the other hotels around there. This hotel is not only one of the nearest hotels from Hotel Nikko but also quite reasonable service they provided. All staff are friednly and kind. Size of room satisfied me with its facility. We have a great stay in the Hotel. The Manager is very approachable in helping us where to shop. He gave us also a tip and reminder in dealing local people in Hanoi. We have a hard time communicating in some staff because they don't know English language. But overall all the staff are very friendly. I suggest that hotel staff must undergo in English Language training. Thank you, and I hope to be back in Vista Hotel again. Xem tiếp
