Nothing special. Floor mat towel never change while I staying there for 4 days. If stay at lower floor, it will be annoying of noise from next room and motorbike sound. Xem tiếp

Nothing special about this hotel. Is hard to find, it was in a alley. The bed was hard. Stay here because it near to my company. No dustbin inside the room. Is quite expensive for the price offer. Can get cheaper & better room in the city centre. Xem tiếp

It's clean and cheap, but the location is not good... It is not easy to find the hotel... When I reached hotel around 10pm, the staff couldn't understand English at all, it's difficult communicate. Xem tiếp

Good location, although difficult to find. Room is of good size and reception is very helpful. Bed is very hard. The biggest problem is unwanted solicitation by street walkers who knock on your room door. Definitely not suitable for families travelling with kids. Xem tiếp

It is okay hotel but difficult to find it out, taxi or car can't come in that small road. The staff is very friendly and open. I will come back this hotel if i want to stay in Hanoi for 1 or 2 nights. Xem tiếp

I stayed there for 2 nights and noted that although the entrance to this hotel is not so favourable, but upon checking in the room is so spacious, clean and quiet environment during night time. I like the room with modern fittings design and friendly service provided by the Hotel. I will be back to stay there again for the coming trip to Hanoi. It is easy to find cafe, food, massage centre and hypermarket in its neaby. I will strongly recommend it to all my friend who wish to stay in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

スタッフは英語が喋れない人もいるようですが、だいたい通じます。 清潔感があり、賑やかな通りから少し離れているため、ホテル内は静かな方だと思います。 場所は地元の人でも迷うので注意してください。 まず、AgodaおよびGoogleMapで表示される場所は違います。 ホテルは、Tran Duy HungとNguyen Thi Dinhがぶつかるあたりです。 Tran Duy Hungに面して大きな建物があるので、その裏の道を直進すると看板が見えてきます。 ただし他のホテルの看板があるので、通りからは看板が見えず、一番奥の壁にぶつかるところまで進まないとわからないと思います。 1 Nguyen Thi Dinhの路地を直進すると、途中、路上カフェがあるT字路にあたりますが、かまわず直進してください。 右折した先に34、35の番地が見えますが"そちらの37"はただの民家です。 Xem tiếp

チェックイン（夜８時ごろ）、チェックアウト（朝６時半ごろ）の際にフロントのスタッフが英語の通じないスタッフでした。私は事前予約で決算も済ませていたのでよかったですが、タクシーの手配やスーツケースを置かせてもらう場合は注意が必要です。 部屋はきちんと掃除がされており、タオル等の交換もきちんとしてくれていました。 出張での利用であれば十分コストパフォーマンスもあり問題ないと思います。 Xem tiếp
