Khách sạn đẹp, giá tương đối, gần nhiều chỗ ăn uống tuy nhiên nhiều khách TQ ồn ào làm giảm đẳng cấp của khách sạn. Xem tiếp

Bể bơi của khách sạn vừa nhỏ, vừa xấu, nhìn là không muốn tắm. Khách sạn hầu như là người TQ, bữa sáng đã không ngon, quá ít đồ ăn để lựa chọn rồi mà xuống ăn sáng lúc hơn 7h sáng thì những đồ ăn có nấu cùng tôm, hải sản (ví dụ mỳ xào tôm, hải sản) thì đã bị lũ khách bẩn thỉu TQ nó bới và chọn sạch tôm và hải sản, chỉ còn lại mỳ và rau), đi thang máy thì trong thang đã có 4-5 người cả trẻ em đứng trong mà lũ TQ thô bỉ vẫn cứ chui vào và chen lấn cả trong thang máy, ko cần biết bên trong đang có trẻ em và người già. Mình đã đi Nha Trang lần này là lần thứ 3, cũng ở mấy khách sạn, nhưng mình thấy khách sạn Nam Hung này phòng ốc nội thất khá mới vì khách sạn mới xây. Vị trí cũng khá đẹp vì gần biển, chỉ cần đi thẳng là ra biển luôn rất thuận lợi cho đi lại. Xem tiếp

The hotel is convenient to access. However, room quality does not meet the price. Online photos are not what you receive in real life. We stayed in a VIP room, the room is very small and facing to the West (extremely hot in the afternoon). Staff provided a piece of poorly photocopied paper listing facilities (hair drier, glasses, towels...) in the room and told us to check; some lights burned out; bathtub is clean but some bolts were not in place; towels smelled bad; old AC; very cheap and old bathroom items (shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, toilet tank leakage...); blanket cover doesn't buttoned properly and the inner linen jumps in it. The breakfast is from 6-9 am with not too many options to choose (that's fine though) and not very tasty (personal choice). I haven't check out the swimming pool. Overall, service is okay, room quality is bad (for a VIP room in that price range), food is not so tasty. Not recommended to anyone. Xem tiếp

It has cockroaches and a very dirty feeling. There are stains on the curtains. None of the staff seem interested or care to try to communicate, the concierge watched me struggle up the stairs with my luggage but didn’t help me. The tv wasn’t working, we reported it to the cleaner by sign language and she rang, but nobody came to fix it. It’s very noisy, easy to hear other guests talking and shutting doors. Xem tiếp

this hotel is very calculative . when check out time . receptionist as us to pay 20000. for mineral water .and laudry bag suppose to put my dirty t shirt they also want back .they should put plastic bag no recommend to stay . Xem tiếp

On arrival we were met with an unwelcoming attitude. Told we must leave our passports at reception, I asked if they could copy it instead, the receptionist said she needed to keep our passports to show the police if they came to check who was in the hotel. Eventually she called her manager and it was agreed a copy was sufficient Cleaner mopped floor round my feet during check in. Meanwhile our luggage was put into a lift with other guests, luckily we noticed this. Cockroaches in bedroom, I stood on one during the night. Staff blatantly walked into the bedroom to check if a guest had left items without ensuring it was a suitable time to do so. Reception said we should have put a table across the door to prevent this happening! Basically barricading the door. We were woken at 6.45am with cleaners dragging chairs across a floor in a nearby room, reception said we should have booked earlier for a better floor (7pm). The Nam Hung hotel has one of the best locations and is located conveniently in the midst of a number of eating joints and convenience stores. The stay could have been great, except for the bad experience with the hotel staff. The sad part is the hotel staff has such poor communication skills that it is impossible to share your concern with them or get the attention of higher authorities during the stay. I would like to share a few aspects about the hotel, with other Agoda users :- (a) The staff is absolutely unprofessional and it is impossible to communicate as they don't understand any language other than vietnamese and neither do they make an effort to understand your efforts. Even the street side vendors are better in terms of communications than the staff. (b) The moment you check in you are handed a long list of inventory of the room. You are expected to inspect things like cloth hangers, mirrors, wash basin fittings, etc and report any problems immediately to reception. Otherwise the list mentions prices in USD $ which they will charge from guests at the time of checking out. (c) The rooms are infested with cockroaches. I even had a few in my luggage after I left the hotel ( must have got into my open bags and suitcases, when I stayed there). (d) The swimming pool in un-clean and doesn't seem to have any filtration mechanism. There are no bath towels and it hardly can be called a plunge bath which has murky green water and is full of slimy covering on the stairs and the floor. (e) The staff takes your passport and keep them for the entire duration of your stay at hotel. There doesn't seem to be any way for them to explain the reason for this, as they can't explain their actions due to lack of knowledge of english. (f) The room cleaning takes precisely 2 minutes, They just replace the complimentary water bottles and take away the garbage from the room. That's it ! (g) The breakfast is just about bearable. Very basic hotel. Not 4 star hotel. Pool and pool bar was totally closed and we never knew why. Gym very small with no air conditioning. Breakfast moderate and restaurant very very small and too many tables. Staff with very bad english language. Rooms ok and clean. Tv picture bad and internet slow. The best thing was that it was only 8 minutes walk away from the beach. Average breakfast. Most of the staff could speak Russian or Vietnamese, only a few was English speaking. Xem tiếp
