This hotel attempts glamour, but it's the kind of "glamour" that a Vietnamese government official would have experienced in Moscow circa 1980. It literally felt like I had traveled to a nice hotel, but in the 80s. Everything was fine, just terribly run down. Depressing really...someone once loved this place. Xem tiếp

I went to this hotel with my Family Group and too disappointed about this hotel. Hotel facility is rather old, feeling darkness. Hotel market their pool is suite for family however they only free 1,7m deep pool. This is only for adult, not children. If children want to swim in children pool, we have to pay 150,000 VND/person. And attitude of Receptionist and Bellman are not good, I can see the word "I am not welcome family with children, thus business man is welcome" in their face. The water is not clean, entrance-hall is hot, air-conditioner breaks down... Oops, please do not receive family travel group if they are not welcome. I have to pay too expensive fee to buy uncomfortable felling. No, they are not my choice or my friend Xem tiếp

There is a huge construction in the building, just in front of the rooms. I cannot understand that they are receiving reservations while the building is under construction - not a supplementary construction, they were making stairs in the middle of the building! you can smell bare concrete, wake up early due to the noise and be scared of constructive materials. Swimming pool in the roof-top, also not cleaned up, actually not quite pleasure experience. wi-fi good, kind staffs, nice breakfast, nice view. Xem tiếp

Note to management of Nam Cuong: It is bad form to question guests as to the status of items supposedly “missing from the room” but were never actually there in the first place. No we did not steal your “small towel” or your “coffee spoon”. However in cases where small and petty item are missing best to view it as the cost of being in the “hospitality business” rather than attempt to shame & humiliate guests at check out. In addition we recommend the following changes to the hotel: 1. Just because guests do not eat the bread and croissants at breakfast does not mean they should be put out again for a second day (and certainly not for a third). If food is stale or spoiled guests will quickly notice & write negative reviews. 2. Not all guests smoke! However as your hotel is “100%” smoking you should advertise it as same so non-smokers can find alternative accommodations. Xem tiếp
