Khách sạn rất tệ .Đề nghị khắc phục ngay 1/ Phòng khách sạn thiếu tủ lạnh, máy sấy tóc, máy nấu nước sôi, cafe .. 2/ Mạng wifi quá tệ , hầu như không sử dụng được 3/ Phòng vệ sinh trong phòng và khu vực tắm nước nóng rất bẩn thỉu 4/ Đã ở khách sạn mà khi ngâm tắm ở hồ vẫn phải trả tiền khăn tắm... 5/ Nhân viên chưa được đào tạo bài bản It 's terible hotel , please immediately improve followings : 1 / In the rooms there are not refrigerators, hải dryer, machine for cooking hot water, drinking coffee.. 2 / Wifi too bad, almost unusable 3 / Bathrooms in the room and swimmingpool areas are very dirty 4 / Guests stay in the hotel but when take a shower in the mineral pool which still have to pay for a towel ... 5 / staff have not been trained well Xem tiếp

Has to be the most horrible experience we ever had!! 45 minutes from airport we finally arrived after dark. From the outside everything looked OK. Shown our "Suite Bungalow" and to our horror, from the room literally moving from all the spiders and bugs everywhere. Not little spiders but huge ones!!! EVERYWHERE!!! Dried our dead frog in center of room, bed looked to be caved in so not sure if it was wet as was rest of room. We fled and had to get a small room but that room was filthy, and sheets had blood on them. Had to be cleaned. We were give a can of BUG SPRAY for our use. No kidding!! Had to contend with partying Vietnamese next door all night. We were going to eat at the restaurant but was told by staff member I would probably get SICK, so had to take taxi back to Hue for dinner. We left next morning, cancelling rest of visit. No apologies just, shown the door when we departed. This "Resort from Hell" should be condemned, and taken off Agoda website. AVOID the HELL HOLE!! do not choose this resort! this resort has few if any western guests. the resort operates for locals to come and party around the pool during the day/early evening only. we were the only staying guests, the room was infested with mosquitoes, cable tv is only vietnamese channels and wifi only operates in the reception area. the staff seemed reluctant to help in anyway and extorted money from us for use of a motorbike (resort is 8km to each of hue and 4km to the beach). if you do stay make sure you carry local currency as they have no facilities to handle credit/debit cards. My friend and i booked our stay at My An Anson over the net. At first we were very surprised when we arrived (it was at night)The place was empty, one staff member who didn't speak english, and no one else around. It was pretty spooky. Our bungalow was quite big but obviously no one had been staying there for some time (maybe never?) so it was very musty and a bit dirty. However, we stayed 3 night and we ended up loving it! The staff that did turn up were very nice, they were so helpful, even though they didn't speak english, or at least had a very limited command of it (more than my vietnamese!)The food wasn't very good so we only ate there once, but it was so quiet and peaceful, we loved our quaint bungalow, the pools were terrific and the massages were great, and so cheap! After talking to some people in Hue we realised that the spa resort is mainly used by Vietnamese people who go there aftre work or on the weekends, they are not really used to western tourists. I think it needs a good PR person as it is a great place and I would recommend it for anyone. If you take a bicycle you can bike around the area and see lovely little villages and markets, we loved it!! Xem tiếp

la saison n'avait pas encore commencée, le personnel n'était peut-être pas au complet, en tout cas d'énorme difficultés pour se faire comprendre aussi bien en anglais qu'en français. Le point positif est la piscine de souffre dont on peut profiter à tout moment de la journée Xem tiếp

Nous avons appris en arrivant que l`hotel etait complet. Il avait pris une reservation directe sans Agoda, sans le signaler a Agoda => Surbooking. L`hotelier s`en est rendu compte avant notre arrivee et nous a reserve une chamre familiale dans un hotel tres correct. Il nous a invite a manger un soir a son hotel pour s`excuser et a pris en charge les taxis entre son hotel et notre nouvel hotel. Conclusions : 1- Nous ne sommes pas contents car nous n`avons pas pu dormir dans l`hotel de notre choix et que le second hotel etait bien mais moins bien et notamment pas un hotel de reve. 2- Comportement cependant tres professionnel de l`hotelier pour compenser son erreur. 温泉がいいということで3泊しました。温泉つきのヴィラタイプを選びました。部屋は不必要に広いですが、薄暗いのが、難点。証明を工夫すれば改善すると思われる。温泉プールは朝から21:00まで。塩の味がする濃厚硫黄泉、源泉掛流しであろう。朝食付き。バケットやフォーなど6種類から選べる。近くに何もない郊外に位置し、夕食には困るだろう。歩いて30分くらいのところに小さな市場と数件の食堂がある。ホテルの前で30分おきの路線バスを捕まえることができる。近距離は6000ドン。温泉がよければ、評価が甘くなる人（私など）にはお勧め。 Xem tiếp

スタッフは明るくて親切。でも、町から遠いくていちいちタクシーで20分くらいかけていくのが大変だった。いろいろ観光する人には向いていない。自然がたっぷりでのんびりしているので、半日ぐらい温泉に入ってのんびりしたい人にはいいかも。温泉は強烈な硫黄の温泉で深いのもあって面白かった。 Xem tiếp

Te ver van het centrum af, geen shuttlebus die naar het centrum rijd waardoor je altijd genoodzaakt bent taxi te nemen. Groot resort alleen totaal niet onderhouden, weinig tot geen gasten. Kamers waren groot alleen 's nachts heel de badkamer onder de rode mieren zitten, smerig gewoon. Gevraagd of ze spul hadden om te spuiten maar ze kwamen met een veger aanzetten.
