thực sự mường thanh đang đi xuống. lễ tân không còn hướng dẫn chi tiết như trước. ăn sáng 6-9h mà 8 h xuống đã không còn gì. có lẽ thời kỳ khó khăn nên nhân viên cũng cắt giảm triệt để, thang máy chỉ mở điện 1 thang chờ hơi phê. Xem tiếp

Hi guests. I book this hotel 17 march i go breakfast and order omelet and tea she bring me omelet with ham,i say her i dont eat Ham she go back kitchen and some second bring me bread and omelet so terrible all brad so cold and omelet inside have FLY die already i think all omelet make before hour and service to customer not fresh one ,actually i stay this hotel otjer branch like danang/Nha Trang perfect but Hanoi branch Terrible staff dont vare customer lazy Manager’ i talk maneger name Ms Nga she say sorry but just sorry..? She say i give u free water I really Hate like that staff terrible terrible pls don’t book this hotel if u like breakfast and relax stay..! Never back again.! We checked in early evening to no hot water waiting then they moved us to another room and the battery for the keycard lock didn’t work lack of low batteries, so we had to wait in the hall for 15 mins before assistance came. The walls are paper thin and we could here all the going on’s with others throughout the night. Highly disappointed especially on Valentines Day too. Xem tiếp

If you need to have treatment or visit friends at the main Military Hospital 101 in Ha Dong then definitely go here. Just 50,000 dong maximum for taxi - around £1.75p English each way and hotel will phone for one. Reception at hotel beautiful and airy. Reception Staff excellent. Breakfast ok with enough buffet for all including egg station, bacon, sausage etc and loads of Vietnamese/ Chinese food. A two minute walk from the hotel is shops, cafes, KFC, banks and Banh Mi sellers. Yes indeed if we had to back to that end of Hanoi would definitely stay there again. Xem tiếp

with the location of Hadong district, far away from center of Hanoi, you can not pick any hotel better than this place. Thank god when they have this hotel in that location,otherwise I have to stay in the cheap, un-cleaned motel along the street. I checked in last saturday and the hotel was full with japanese, chinese tourists. No need to evaluate the comfort, sanitary, staff...because you have no other choice if wanna have a place to stay. Room cleaner can open my room door any time without ring a doorbell after my family check-in 15 min (we already lock inside but still she can open only by a ID card??? Xem tiếp

We were given an upgrade to a vip suite. It was an amazing room. Lots of room, bathroom facilities were amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed it. However, its location was quite a long way from central Hanoi. Taxi services were available but it was difficult when most drivers didn't speak english and the tarrifs changed considerably. Xem tiếp

I have stayed in 3 star hotels as good if not better than this hotel. The staff are not very helpfull.More for vietnamese travellers.I was even asked if my g/f was my wife did we have papers.Hey were we really in HANOI??? Xem tiếp

We booked this hotel for the gym, the pool, the 4 stars and the fact that is was not in the city center; just to relax for 2 nights after staying in the center of Hanoi .but none of them where good! The gym was only a bike and a treadmill (so no dumbbels), the pool was filled with sewer water and the hotel is next to a highway, so very noisy. In the hallway they played elevatormusic very loudly till late at night. There was only hot water for a minute or 2. The breakfast was bad, unless you like to eat white bread with butter or traditional Vietnamese breakfast. The restaurant only has tables for 9 people or more and the local guests were extremely loud all day and night (there were several wedding parties). There is no safety deposit box in the room, the staff's English is very poor to practically nothing and it's allowed to smoke in the entire hotel. In the morning we decided to book a tour to Mai Chau, but there was no tour agency. Luckally one of the staff had a friend in a tour agency, so she arranged it for us. 必要があり宿泊しているがいつもがっかりさせられる。　今回はアゴダから提示された料金にサービスチャージとVATを載せて請求してきた。マネージャはその場におらず電話で抗議をしたが聞く耳もたず。また午後6時のレイトチェックアウトをして宿泊料の５０％を支払う条件は理解していたものの今回宿泊した通常の部屋の料金ではなくスイートルームの５０％を請求してきた。これらのことは全て訂正させたものの今回の宿泊に限らず、何かしらホテルスタッフの誤解や情報の齟齬によるトラブルが結構な確率で発生するのには閉口させられる。 Xem tiếp

한국 여행사들이 싼값에 많이 사용하는 숙소같으며, 중심가와 떨어져 있습니다. 호안끼엠 호수에 가려면 거진 40분을 택시타고 가야합니다. 하노이를 잘 아시는 분이 아니라면 그닥 추천하는 호텔은 아니구요. 저는 근처 병원에 병문안와야 할 일이 있어서 이용했었습니다. 호텔은 건전 마사지는 아닌거 같아 보이더군요. Xem tiếp
