We have enjoyed about our staying. Brand new hotel, nice rooms in general, beautiful enviroment, super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast you can choose from 12 options and what is worth to mention they are unlimited. Places for improvement: Dears, we are yours customers and we are leaving our money at M Resort so please be kind and let us have some relax which we deserved, because it is not so nice when you are trying to have some rest next to the pool and comes builders works with their machines, making noise and trying to prepare their job asap.. Cmon a bit more respect are welcome. As well in the rooms are some brock :) if you staying in the 1floor you can hear how your neighbour is flushing the water in toilet, because sewerage goes through your room :) Xem tiếp

The two pools are lovely especially the one up on the hill that overlooks some greenery and trees - tranquil and peaceful:) Breakfast with the menu options is excellent - the Vietnamese noodles (pho) are especially well done:) so are the fruit platter and eggs done in anyway you like. Highly recommended as the price range is very reasonable for a spacious big room with wide selection of cable channels:) Xem tiếp

A very clean and nice hotel with excellent staff (they were super helpful and nice). The room are huge and decoration is fancy. But the hotel is very closed to the main road, so from the restaurant and one of the swimming pool you can easily hear the traffic. M Resort provides return airport transfers, but please do check with them on the timing as they have schedules to follow. The place is beautiful, but it is not 100% complete as there are still renovation going on at the back (near the second swimming pool), but it didn’t affect us as our room was at the front. The area is not too bad, 5 mins away from town by taxi and the beach is approx 5 mins by walk. Breakfast was super good with variety of choices, and you can eat as much as you can! The staffs are all super nice & friendly and they are super helpful too! We had a great stay here and would recommend to others too if they are coming to Phu Quoc! Xem tiếp

The resort is located in downtown Phu Quoc so it's convenient to take a walk at night. Friendly staff. Eco-friendly resort with a lot of greeneries. Healthy breakfast provided. Love it. Xem tiếp

The 2 nights that we stayed at M Resort, I think we were the only ones. The place is new and had a unique style to it. We loved it. The room was huge with 2 king size beds surrounded by greenery. The pool was fantastic and my word, the breakfast was surely the main highlight to our stay! This is resort is definitely recommended and the location was perfect. Far enough yet near enough. Das M Resort ist einfach ein Paradies wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Rezeption und der Frühstücksbereich sind freistehend. Wir hatten eines der figttree Zimmer. Das Zimmer war wunderschön es roch leider nur sehr feucht , an unserem ersten Abend haben die Nachbarn über uns geduscht und leider ist uns das Wasser die Wände runtergelaufen. Die Mitarbeiter waren aber sofort steht bemüht das Problem zu lösen und es zu reparieren. Das Frühstück war wundervoll von verschiedenen Früchte bowls bis hin zu pochierten Eiern auf Avocado Toast war alles dabei :) besonders hübsch angerichtet wird alles man könnte jedes Essen fotografieren und als Food Blogger durchgehen ^^. Wir würden alle male wieder in das M Resort kommen und es auch jedem anderen empfehlen. Xem tiếp

非常好的酒店，入住体验令人惊喜。到机场有工作人员接机，大约10多分钟就可到达酒店，每一道早餐都非常用心，我和先生都觉得比jw万豪的自助早餐好吃，尤其是pho和椰子碗，餐厅服务生也非常可爱。房间有草帽可以带出房间，还有前台小哥哥带着我逛酒店，一处处示范哪里适合拍照。 Xem tiếp

首先酒店提供免费的接机服务，这点非常好，酒店员工非常热情帮忙提行李，从接机到送进房间，服务还是非常到位，迎宾饮料很好喝，房间干净整洁有一定设计感，早餐是点菜式的自助，不限量，餐厅有一位会说中文的小哥非常友好。提两个缺点：办理入住有点慢，应该加快速度简化流程，房间里的迷你吧应该免费提供饮品。 Xem tiếp

На основании отзывов booking выбрали данный отель на конец своего отпуска (5 ночей). При заселении были очень сильно разочарованы: - с нас взяли депозит в размере 500 тыс.донгов за каждый день пребывания (обратите на это внимание, если планируете этот отель на конец отпуска); - номер абсолютно не соответствовал фотографиям на сайтах агрегаторах. Сотрудники отеля предложили в качестве замены 2 номера, которые тоже не соответствовали фотографиям. Выбрали номер с видом на бассейн, который находился на 2 этаже здания ресторана. Основные минусы пребывания в отеле: 1. Не соответствие фотографий действительности 2. Отсутствие уединенности (территория отеля, и что важно,бассейн выходят на одну из главных улиц острова с большим трафиком, отделяясь только редкими кустами) 3. Маленький бассейн 4. Шум в номере (2 из 5 дня, которые мы находились в отеле был шум рабочих за стенкой и шум на улице) 5. Очень темные номера, с маленькими окошками 6. В номере были тараканы (возможно, появились после того, как сотрудники опрыскивали растения на улице, но ни в одном отеле на острове больше их не встречали) 7. Небольшой выбор завтраков Плюсы отеля: 1. Отзывчивый персонал 2. Красивая и очень необычная сантехника в ванной В результате чего, чтобы не портить окончание отпуска мы выселились из отеля на 3 день. Персонал отеля пытался отговорить и в качестве компенсации предложили ваучер на проживание на 5 дней в ближайшие 3 месяца, но так и ничего не прислали до настоящего момента. Xem tiếp
