Good hotel for couple to stay, near to beach and Restaurants, our room was clean, staff is very friendly and treated us very nicely. Their waiting lounge is very calm and choice of music is very soothing, Highly recommend this hotel in Da Nang Xem tiếp

We have stayed here for 4 nights and the service for the price we paid was exceptional . The staff are very friendly and service is personalised . We had no issues during our stay here and the facilities , cleanliness of the room and lobby services were excellent . Bathrooms were neat and clean . Breakfast was made fresh with their fixed menu but everything tasted fresh and great . The staff and the property maintenance calls for this property to be given 5 star status . I fully recommend . We (couple) wanted enjoy and relax in Danang and decided to get this Hotel. We arrived a bit earlier and the receptionist was able to give us a room already. The room was spotless clean, had a bathtub, big comfy bed and TV with Youtube and Netflix. The prices for the mini bar were good and not too pricy. The staff was always smiling and opened the door for us. They have a rooftop pool with a nice view and fresh towels. The whole experience was just amazing. We really loved it. But be aware: The area or almost all Danang is fully under construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel. On the first day they had some work to do in the Hotel, but the receptionist told us this at check in and apologized for this. I think this is really professional and straight forward. The room is clean and tidy. The bathtub is very large. What I love most is the staff, who were all very nice and always carried a smile on their face. The breakfast is great, and it’s only 5min walk to the beach. Xem tiếp

Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We travelled with a baby and were well looked after and always greeted with a smile. The vegetarian breakfasts were outstanding. The room was well set-out and had all that we required. We plan to return. Xem tiếp

We were only here for one night but it is a lovely hotel in a great neighborhood. Only problem was the amount of construction around the hotel which made it difficult for Grab drivers to get to us. Otherwise, no issues. Xem tiếp

We arrived to this hotel one woman and two children, after having two back to back mediocre 5* hotel experiences. We were struggling to enjoy the remainder of our vacation. The staff and director at Moon hotel helped change that. Upon arrival the door was open for us along with the tastiest blended drink we have had to date. The staff was respectful and prompt to every aspect. We were interested in Ba NA hills and the staff assisted us in pricing out all options and choosing the best one for us. Even asking us about the experience after to assist other travellers. The rooftop is boho chic and the girls loved the infinity pool which was perfect size for them. The sunsets over the mountains were unbelievable. The rooms were cozy yet cleaned to perfection, the housekeeping left a card in the key slot so the AC would be on for us, which one as an incredibly kind thing to do after we had been in 37 degree heat. Staff are friendly esp. The reception speaking good english and helpful. First night while I requested for power adaptor, they did not have. She ready it the next day, and she gave me as a gift when we checkout. They served wonderful breakfast, though I never tasted it all, the coffee is the best that tasted on my trip in Da nang. We had a great 2 bedroom apartment, a nice 10 minute walk to the beach, with restaurants, bars along the way & in the area. A really great little neighborhood. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was very decent (much improved from a previous posting). There was a mishap when we booked a tour--the pick up never happened BUT the staff was really apologetic AND did make a good effort to make amends...that shows you a lot when a mistake happens (as they do) and instead of a unconvincing 'sorry' they actually take action to make things right. Kudos to them. The rooftop pool(salt water)/area was pretty amazing with a great view. I would definitely recommend and stay here again, a real gem. Xem tiếp

Really beautiful new hotel. A stand out during our trip. The slammed apartment rooms are perfect for a longer stay, and behind the building is a driving school = quiet! Breakfast was the best we've had during our trip (when it was hot.) They went above and beyond, everyday was a surprise. Overall, can see this place doing great in the future. Location is prime, between here and the beach are the best restaurants/cafes. One note, be careful with your linens. Any spot or dirt you get on towels/sheets and you'll be charged for them, with the staff confronting you with pics of your "damage' the day it happens. Strange approach that they need to fix (a note in the bathroom about their policy would be better). Most hotels don't come after you like this for slightly stained linens. It is a hotel, after all.
