Very helpful staff. We arrange the transfer from/to Hanoi with them and it was perfect. Staff on board super friendly and nice. Amazing room with balcony to enjoy the view of Halong Bay! We definitely recommend Mon Cheri Cruises! Xem tiếp

Ship was really nice and clean as in pictures. We had bathtub and massage chair in our room and it was simply amazing, especially with the views.
Food was really great. Lunch as buffet with plenty of choices. Dinner was like in luxury restaurant, 5 course menu, all meals were delicious. Early breakfast as buffet with possibility to make eggs any style. Late brunch before leaving with free drink.
Drinks were little bit overpriced, but not that much as we expected. Each meal they also provided free water or sometimes juice so no need to worry about that.
Activities were fun and well organized.

Mon Cheri Cruise is so PERFECT in every aspect. I would surely recommend this cruise to everyone who wishes to spend memorable time in Ha Long Bay.
1. Really really nice, friendly, polite and helpful staff, all are so great that they make the trip so enjoyable. We particularly remember Miss Jenny for her cheerful tour guide service and all arrangement on cruise, Mr. Nahn for his interesting magic show. Miss Lan for her great service during all meals. Their service truly deserve many tips from the customers. (tips are all voluntary, don't worry - no one asked for any tips)
2. Rooms and facilities are all well-maintained and clean. Our room is Ocean suite with a balcony. Larger suite like this has a massage chair inside, we enjoyed the massage chair a lot. Balcony gives you a magnificent view in Ha Long Bay, so relaxing having a cup of coffee or a glass of cocktail there.
3. great food throughout the trip, especially the lunch buffet and Pho in the breakfast time!

We highly recommend the three day/two night trip! Great staff, delicious food, gorgeous views. The day trips are fun and well organized. The spa is lovely. We have to commend Mr Lam for his wonderful day tour, sense of humour and excellent customer care. He took care of my elderly mother so well and showed the rest of us a really great time. He made our trip! The room could have done with a little attention and care, the room smelled badly, the safe was missing, as was the fridge, and the bathroom light didn’t work. We wondered if maybe pirates had been in the room. The staff were very responsive and fixed most of the issues except for the bathroom which still smelled like a pirates den. Still well worth it! Pros:
Friendly stuff
A nice and new boot and rooms.
Foot was ok (Breakfast is not a breakfast, a bit bread , offered fried eggs but take super long, had only one pan)
The older guide Brian was very nice and also good in guiding and managing the tours (the other stuff from the boat are very young and less experienced)
Cons:
Dinner - music was super loud, could not understand my partner - very uncomfortable
When they serve the food they did not inform in advance what they will serve, suddenly the clear the table
Super unsafe transfer from the tender boat to the cruise ( there is now plank) one guest fall between the gap of the two boat’s.
The trip to the hospital cave is boring - useless.. Xem tiếp
For this price, you would certainly expect a better quality of service. The boat has some nice features but is far from luxurious.
The tours are poorly planned and repetitive. While I do recommend staying for 2 nights to fully enjoy the cruise experience, the trips were all around Cat Bah Island (a waste, considering the Bay has over 1000 islands) and the guides could barely speak English and even pushed us to consume overpriced products on the island (probably from their friends and relatives).
Getting on and off board is nightmarish - the waiting area on the port is way too small and confusing. If you miss the on bird process, they’ll charge you over 80 dollars to get on board.
Wi-Fi doesn’t work, is there just for show.
The rooms are probably the only consistently good thing about the boat - all spacious with nice AC.
Meals were appropriate on amount, but bland compared to Vietnam standard.
Not recommended for young people or anyone that value a unique experience on the bay. Xem tiếp

We had a fantastic two days on the Mon Chéri cruise. Every part of the experience was well thought through to create the best customer experience. From pre cruise communication and transfer from Hanoi through to the excursions - we couldn’t fault anything. The staff were really friendly and attentive and the facilities were lovely. The barman (Mr Nahm)even entertained our teenagers with magic tricks and card games and I saw the staff taking care of another family’s baby so they could relax and eat. We loved the kayaking in the caves and tai chi at 6am on the top deck. An unforgettable two days. Definitely recommend. Xem tiếp

Definitely recommended as the cruise does provide you with an amazing room + experience. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. The only let down was the dinner as I didn’t find the food to be the best. The following mornings breakfast and brunch before leaving was far better. Xem tiếp

I and my family of 4 adults 1 child are first visited Ha Long bay, it’s impressed us by the nature and how Peacefully the Bay is, the staff ware so friendly, the rooms
Is clean and Morden, only the waiting room at the port is very hot and the the traffic isn’t organizing well yet, better you depart early, because the board sailing at 12:30 pm.
Anyway, stay calm and drink lots of water to due with the hot until you are on boarded, after that the cruise will taken care for your hold trip. Xem tiếp

Everything is handled is planned for you from pickup to drop-off. They made it totally effortless. The rooms are spacious and the activities were entertaining enough to keep you happy. I must say the staff were outstanding with their hospitality and service. The bartender Nhah (pronounced Ngyuen), deserves a shout out for going over and beyond in making our trip fun. He was very passionate and caring to our needs and even performed a few card tricks for us. Highly recommend looking for Nhah. Xem tiếp

Pros: excellent staff service, professionalism and attitude, you feel like a king when you board the cruise. Room are superbly comfortable and very clean. Excellent good night sleep. The ship is very new.
