There was only 2 sockets in the room and the window was not able to close when I got there. However, the staff repaired it right after receiving the complain. The hotel location is good, in the center of Hai Phong, within walking distance of many restaurants Xem tiếp

I understand this is a cheap hotel at £30 a night but even then it’s £15 too expensive. I stayed in the VIP 6 suite. Let’s start off with the good! Location is perfect, right next to 2 gyms with in a 2 minute walk. A big highland coffee cafe opposite, 1 min walk is a nice Japanese restaurant named Sushi Yakiku. On the same road is Pizza Hut. Also a legit massage parlour across the road. There is a KFC near by with in 5 minutes walking distance. Apart from the location, it’s down hill from there. Walked into the room which is on the ground level (no windows) which I don’t mind as I don’t open them anyways and I always have the aircon blasting but as soon as you walk through the door, you can smell moulding that’s coming from the walls. The bath tub had burn holes marks and looked very dirty! The hot water only last 4 mins before it has to reheat. Don’t know how long it takes for the water to boil again. They have an extractor fan between the door and outside corridor which you can turn off but doesn’t close fully... this means mosquitoes can Fly in which is what I experienced. I stayed 1 week and change hotels to Classic Hoang Long Hotel which is slightly healer but much better. I had the VIP suite at Monaco hotel so God knows how bad the normal rooms are Xem tiếp

Bare bones accommodations. Rock hard bed. Weak air conditioning. Smoke gets sucked into room. Breakfast is minimal and the people who serve it are aloof. No hot water but you won't want any. Xem tiếp

No complaints about my stay. The room was huge, as was the bathroom. Location is right across from the Hai Phong Museum in the heart of the downtown. Very convenient for the high speed ferry to Cat Ba Town. Xem tiếp

We were only staying overnight in Haiphong as we were catching an early hydrofoil to Cat Ba, and the hotel location worked well for this. It's a 10 minute walk to the port and also just a few streets away from a pleasant boulevard that seemed to be a hubbub of activity in the evening. As well as being close to the bars and restaurants. However, you wouldn't want to spend more than a night here. The bed was rock hard, the pillow was thin and we barely slept, luckily there was a working tv and air conditioning to keep us entertained through the night! The room was very cramped but luckily we didn't need to unpack so this caused us little issue, but for anyone staying longer it would be too small for a couple. The room was also a little dated/shabby which made it feel more grubby than it probably was. The bathroom was clean and modern and a pleasant surprise having seen the room. Despite all this, the room was very cheap and if you are only staying a night it will suit your needs. Although beware breakfast doesn't start in time for you to eat before the 7am hydrofoil to Cat Ba. Xem tiếp

We chose this hotel only for the location, close to the harbour to go to Cat Ba. You can certainly find a better place in Hai Phong with the same budget. Xem tiếp
