This was a great little find set in an alley off of the Main Street but close to everything. Thuy and her husband Minh went out of their way time and time again to drive me places, set up a tour and even invited me to join them for a large family dinner the first night. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt. Breakfast was fabulous too! Xem tiếp

Minh is a really sweet host with a lovely homestay. It was much better than expected: large room, good bathroom (with bathtub), great A/C and refrigerator. Location is really close to the city center but still in a really quiet area where to rest. She is really caring and she organizes everything for the best prices we could find. We totally recommend her as a host. The only negative point was that during our stay the card machine did not work with any of our cards so we had to use cash instead. Hard to find fault with this homestay. Quiet location, just 10 mins from Old Quarter, friendly staff, good comfortable rooms. Some minor criticisms: would be good to be able to refill water bottles from 20 L gallon (for free); only frosted glass (with translucent tape) on door window; the cost of bus ticket to Hue they arranged was twice that available from agents (but no problems cancelling when I found cheaper options). A brilliant homestay! Very friendly staff, perfect location for exploring Hoi An old town within a short walk and the facilities were superb. Bath and shower in the private bathroom and many extras, also the room was very big. More like a hotel room! Our only negative was we felt a little bit inundated with information on tours etc, but the staff were smiley and helpful. Also breakfast (we paid to try one morning) was a bit overpriced at $4 pp. Xem tiếp

The owner Ms Thuy is very helpful and warm. She introduces us where to visit and what we will be expecting on our arrival. If you want to visit any places / travel to airport, you may ask the owner for their packages. We received free breakfasts for our stays =D Around 5~10 minutes walk to the ancient city. Although there are mosquitoes at night and my gf received a few bites, the overall experience is great. Xem tiếp

Nice homestay on the outskirt of ancient town. Walking distance to ancient town. Property also provided bikes which I used to navigate the town. Also, rode over to the beach one day. The owners are very nice and willing to answer all of your questions should they arise. Keep in mind this is a homestay. There are kids on the property which you will hear. Not advisable for those interested in sleeping in late / turning in early. The rooms while they can use a deep clean (e.g., spider webs, dead bugs on the wall) were comfortable. Drinks in the minibar provided complimentary to guests. I would recommend Minh Phat for those seeking a budget stay while in Hoi An. Xem tiếp

Cả gia đình mình, gồm 8 người lớn, 2 trẻ con, đã ở Minh Phat Homestay 1 đêm khi đến Hội An. Cả nhà đều rất hài lòng khi ở đây, chủ nhà vô cùng thân thiện, dễ thương, phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng mát. Bữa sáng cũng rất ngon nữa. Từ đây đi bộ ra phố cổ cũng rất gần, đi ra biển Cửa Đại và An Bàng bằng taxi cũng chỉ khoảng 5-10 phút. Lần sau đến Hội An, chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại đây. Xem tiếp

We were welcomed with water and the lady at the front desk went over a detailed list of things to do around Hoi An which was awesome the room was great comfy bed and nice bathroom with a bath tub. Would 100% stay here again we stayed 2 nights and I would have stayed longer. Xem tiếp

The accomodation is operated by a family. When I stayed there, the owners were very nice n helpful in introducing me every details of the tourist spots and day tours. An unforgettable experience to me is that the owner rode me to the bus terminal on motocycle for catching the last bus to da nang when i found that i was out of time to get there. We stayed 2 nights with Minh and his family, who were lovely and helpful in booking our day trip to the My Son ruins, as well as coordinating a driver to take us to the airport in Da Nang (with a side stop along the way). Our room (Rose) was simple but well-equipped with a private bathroom, air-con, and mini-fridge. It was everything we needed for our stay. Food was available if we coordinated in advance, but we did not partake so I cannot provide a review. Location is a bit out of the touristy zone near the river, but only a 15 minute walk or so. Nice to get away from the crowds a bit, and easy access to some of the cheaper (but still delicious) restaurants and cafes. Note - this is also the family's home, and there are children living here. Don't expect absolute quiet in the early mornings or around dinner time, but they're lovely and sweet kids having fun playing. Xem tiếp

- The owner is hospitality. When we reached, she recognized even we did not talk to her about reservation yet. She gave us a range of useful information to visiting around the Ancient Town and good restaurants. - Room has adequate qualities - We stayed in the 1st floor, it is a bit wet in the toilet. - Location is near the Ancient Town. This was our second homestay in Hoi An. The couple working here are the sweetest! They give you lots of information and move the earth to help you. Rooms are very big and clean! Bed is comfy and the shower is amazing! Xem tiếp
