Tôi book phòng qua Agoda theo phương thức Pay at Hotel, nhưng khi tới nhận phòng lại được khách sạn thông báo đã hết phòng, và do không có thông tin liên hệ của khách hàng trên Agoda, nên đã không báo lại Xem tiếp

The location it’s not the best one, it’s not far from the old town but the place where it’s located it’s not really nice, I’m not picky but the bathroom where really dirty and the sheets didn’t look clean neither. It doesn’t have lockers. Despite that the rooms are big and comfortable and they have private bathroom. Xem tiếp

Dirty bed with mossy pillow. No air conditioner. There are 6 beds in one room not 4 beds as describes. In case you only care about price, agree that it's cheap so shouldnt expect too much on quality. Xem tiếp

No Locker in room!!!! They have a boxes without Keys. Not so idéal when travelling with expensive luggage. Location is not very great. It's quiet but 30 minutes by walking far from the old Town. No breakfast included....Would be good to consider this option. VEry clean though. Mattress too hard!!!! pillons too high. Xem tiếp

The room itself was really nice. We had the double with a balcony and it was a great size, with a good size bathroom and all the facilities you'd need. However, one of our towels was a bit tatty and had a big hole in it. Also, the shower was either cold or too hot to use. There were also a fair few ants in the room but that's tough to avoid in Hoi An! For £9 a night, it was pretty reasonable. However, everything else cost more on top of that. You don't even get bottles of water included with the room (as was the case with every other hostel / homestay we stayed at in our 5 week trip) - it was an added cost. The same is true of breakfast. On Agoda, they advertise a breakfast for 40,000 dong. When we tried to order we were told they don't do that and we have to order off their main food menu. This menu is incredibly overpriced compared to other local offerings - a portion of spring rolls being $6.30! You can get them for less than a dollar at other places in town. Scrambled eggs on toast is $4 - which is over double what I paid for eggs benedict at a western style bakery in town. Finally, the staff are very, very eager to sell you their extra tours and services. I read a lot of reviews saying the staff were friendly but that wasn't really our experience. Sure, they would ask how our day was every time we saw them... But only as a lead in to selling a tour / mini van / activity etc. It gets a bit tiring saying no for the 5th time... We did book a couple of tours through them which again seemed a bit disorganised. We did the 'Grandma's cooking class' which was advertised at 600,000 dong in the leaflet they gave us. However when they rang to book, the price had gone up by 70,000 dong as it was 'last year's leaflet' so we had to pay more. However, at the end of the course we were given more leaflets which advertised the original price so I'm not sure how true that is. We also booked the 'sunrise' trip to my son for what they said would be $14. However this doesn't in Xem tiếp

If you are looking for somewhere clean and comfortable then this is the place! Warm and hospitable hosts and the location is great - short walk from Hoi An's busy Ancient Town but far enough for peace and quite. Rooms are well equipped with everything you might need. If you are working while you travel like me then Wi-Fi here is super fast. They have motorbikes and cycles to rent so it's super easy to get around town. They also serve great food if you are not in the mood to go out and eat, there is also a communal area for guests to chill and get to know each other. They can also arrange tours whilst you're in Hoi An. I strongly recommend Mina Le Villa as your hub while you're in Hoi An - for the price you will not find anywhere better and you will not regret it! Xem tiếp

Although it has the looks of a bungalow but floors were dirty and dusty, as if it haven't been maintained for a while. there is a back kitchen where seemingly employees were processing birdsnest on the kitchen floor. Front counter staff, whom I think is the female owner or wife of owner started hard selling me on bus tickets for when I'm leaving and trying to get me to upgrade to a private room. there wasn't even a smile when I reached. Seemed to discriminate against Chinese (I'm Asian) but the moment I showed my country passport upon request, attitude slightly changed better. Asked if there was any keys for rooms or main gate, which I believe most travellers would ask, in case we reach back late or doors get accidentally locked. Was told there isn't, which is perfectly fine. but said that will have to reach back to the house by 11pm cos they need to sleep. I wasn't angry about this, cos I understand some home stays have such regulations. if you're not particular about this. then it should be fine. Ended up booking another hostel at a similar price with much more friendly staffs and folks around. And leaving this place 30mins after I checked in. Just my opinion that it didn't give me any good vibes. Xem tiếp

We read that the owners were so nice and wanted to help but in reality, they just want to use you to make more $$. They will harass you every time you enter/leave the property to find out where you are going and how they can facilitate your travels in order for them to make more money. It became incredibly annoying. The shower is either scalding hot or ice cold. Not enjoyable. The room is nice and the beds are comfy. The bike rentals and laundry services are overpriced. Even the airport shuttle they tried to charge 10.000 vnd more than travel agencies. I wouldn’t stay here again Xem tiếp

The receptionist was lovely and very helpful, the dorm I stayed in was good and clean off the street so it was quiet and had a fan so it was nice and cool. The property is a little way out of town but I enjoyed the walk as it showed the more hectic side of hoi an, overall a great stay Xem tiếp

We loved our stay at this hotel. My personal favorite was the bathtub. Tasa was so kind as to pack us Banh Mi for our bus trip AND when I stupidly forgot my phone on the charger at the hotel, she came all the way to the bus stop to drop it off.
