What a nice place. Very modern, a stones throw from the 86 bus to the airport and plenty of places to eat near by. When I stayed, I was the only one in a four bed dorm room so it was like having my own room. Facilities were great and the staff were great. Xem tiếp

Michelle's got the service from picking me up at the airport to the apartment. great apartment with nice view, the service is good. Good choice for anyone who couldn't find any apartment in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Love our stay in the apartment. Host of the apartment is very helpful and provided support to make our stay wonderful. Near to train station, Vinmart and mall to get all the necessary stuff for daily use. Great experience. Thanks a lot ! Xem tiếp

- The room is on the 4th floor, cozy and very clean - It is only 2km away from the Old Quater - The host helped me to book a ride to the airport - Good value Highly recommend Michelle's to the other visitors . Xem tiếp

Michelle’s is very lovely decorated and you’ll immediately feel like being at home. The balcony is cute and nice to have dinner or breakfast there. The kitchen is good enough to cook a meal and there’s neigh storage space in the fridge. Michelle is a great help when it comes to exploring the city though.I booked the tour from Michelle’s and had a wonderful time.I would certainly recommend Michelle’s to other visitors and would go back myself. My husband and I have been travelling to Hanoi back and forth for business/family visit. And we’ve finally found our second home! It is so rare to find a fully equipped apartment in centre with a safe and quiet neighbourhood. We are not so much into hotels since we want a place with different areas rather than a room. The kitchen is spacious, the balcony is airy and the bedroom/living room are so comfy. We loved to have conversations with the staff. They were available all the time to offer us helps. Now we make new friends in Hanoi, which is so delightful! We will, for sure, come back to Michelle’s on our next visits. Thank you for everything! Xem tiếp

It's a colonial building renovated into a service-apartment-like inn. Nice room, spacious and fully accommodated for long-term stay. Very nice view out at the balcony. Good location, about 15min walk to the central & old quarter, 5min from the train station, but the street is really tranquil especially at evening and night time, great for someone who needs a good night sleep like myself. Staff was nice, self check in and check out were made pretty easy with minimum wait. Information was made easy talking to the staff via her Whatsapp. Great value overall, compared to the same standard 3star hotels I normally have to stay in. Thanks. Xem tiếp

考雅思的首选，出入都算是方便，房间清洁还是OK的。Thao简直是个宝藏女孩，很开心拥有这么特别的一段回忆～保安阿叔人也非常好，虽然他听不懂，自己也讲不明白，但是笑就对了啊！很喜欢这么一个小民宿，这里的人，真的好好哦～咖啡店还有一对龙凤胎，也是超级可爱。唯一要提醒的是，距离还剑湖有一段距离，反正我几乎都是出入靠步行，这里有非常多，值得慢慢走着去发现的美好～ Xem tiếp
