I had made a booking in this hotel and made a full payment via agoda. However, when i reached that hotel for check in, they told me that the hotels are full and there’s an error with agoda system. End up i need to look for another hotel just to stay a night. The owner/staff is not being helpful at all in helping us to look for another hotel instead they just told us the hotels are full in hanoi on saturday weekend. That’s ridiculous! And for the refund, they insist on giving me a refund when i demanded to do a cancellation via agoda. As my payment is in Ringgit and they just wanted to refund me in Vietname Dong and the worst part is the amount is lesser than what i’ve paid. Overall the experience is extremely bad and i will never ever book this hotel again nor recommend to anyone. Xem tiếp

Located almost at the heart of Old Quarter which is fantastic since it's easy to walk to the most visited locations in Hanoi. All the staff was courteous and super helpful at all times. They gave us an upgrade to the biggest room they had and it was always cleaned and well presented. We did have a small issue with the water heater leaking a little bit but nothing that ruined our day. Most of all I enjoyed the breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

We tried to book in advance for Christmas and it was a great deal for two nights. Me and my partner tried to stay in nice hotel with good value. We arrived at 10:30pm then they told us no room available then tried to put us in a hotel which is one star and review only over 6. I read all reviews before I booked it and same situation happened to others too, but I believed it might just a mistake. Then we moved to another hotel almost 12pm, we didn’t have dinner because of this happened. Exhausted day but the hotel we stayed in was in the night market and bar area, room was loud at night and morning I heard all staff from dining place talked very loud and plate hitting sounds. I couldn’t sleep more than 5hours after a tiring day. I would say the hotel might try to make extra money to send. People to other hotel. Beware! Xem tiếp

the hotel room is very deluxe with this discount price.big ,nice clean room,wooden floor,and taste good breakfast. Staffs are professional and nice. there is just one Small problem on the hot shower..the water could not be easily heated in the morning,so i was waiting for more then 5-15 minutes to wait the hot shower in the morning. but in the night,the hot water comes too fast,and i almost be burned in the first 5 seconds.i believe it should be the problem of this region water supply Xem tiếp

4인방 이용하였으나 비추천함. 샤워시설이 고장났으나 고치는데 이틀 소요. 화장실이 하나인데 4명이서 사용해야 했고, 그 상황속에서 샤워시설까지 고장났는데.. 바로 고쳐지지 않았음. 심하게 화가났으나 화가났다고 바로 고쳐지는건 아니었음. 몇몇 직원은 굉장히 친절해서.. 계속 화를 낼 수없었음. 대응이 많이 느린것임. 호텔조식은 가성비 좋았고. 환전도 가능함. 위치는 만족하였음. Xem tiếp

Vi boede 6 nætter på MF. Louis hotel. Flot værelse som har alt det skal have, samt et meget sødt personale. Personalet er klar med hjælp hele døgnet og er imødekommende og venlige. Hotellet er lokaliseret på en stor vej, men som er hyggelig med lokalecafeer. Små shoppegader og gode restuuranter er i inden for meget kort gåafstand. Xem tiếp
