The Mercure was a little too far out of town for our liking but I knew that before hand. But the walk was more difficult than expect however taxi's are cheap and plentiful and they do offer complimentary transport into town. The junior suite was really nice although the shower over a spar bath was a bummer.The staff were attentive and a little intense at times but thats obviously the training from management. Hard to get the balance I guess. Pool is fine although it can be noisy depending on how many kids or Chinese are in there, both can be very noisy. Breakfast was too Asian for me which is a shame, I expected more from the Mercure. I didn't like the idea of people in the swimming pool wearing non swimming gear, I though that would be considered unhygienic. That alone was a no no for me and put me right of having cooling dip after that. Overall it was a nice stay, with reservations. Xem tiếp

Worst Mecure I ever been, it had ruined Mecure brand, room is dirty, extremly old. breakfast is horrible, i will not come back again and recommend to anyone because Hoi An has a lot better hotel with better price Xem tiếp

My partner and I stayed at the Mercure for 5 nights. We were greeted in reception with some much appreciated watermelon juice, by the lovely Ha (who I need to mention was absolutely brilliant throughout our whole stay). We had a suite which was a good size, particularly if you're there for a few nights, as we had a little space and didn't feel like we were living on top of each other. The hotel offers complimentary bikes on a first come-first served basis and they were available to us every day. The old town is a very leisurely 10-15 minute bike dawdle into town, which we liked because we were out of the hustle and bustle but could pop in and out without any hassle. We can't speak highly enough of the staff, all of them were absolutely fantastic and would bend over backwards to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend! Xem tiếp

stay was amazing experience in Hoi Ann. Hotel staff were very friendly and always accommodating. We had one of the front rooms of the hotel, a little noisy but nothing we couldn't handle. We had Teenage kids and they had no complaints, the hotel is situated a little way from centre of Hoi Ann but nothing a push bike or taxi couldn't fix. Xem tiếp

Staff were excellent throughout, always very friendly and accommodating. My room had a lovely pool view, although balcony was too small to sit out on. It was well maintained throughout the stay and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable, with a good selection that was always restocked on request. Hotel was between the ancient town and Cua Dai beach (not the best one by any means of the two accessible form Hoi An). However, bikes, free of charge, are available to travel to either or beyond. Lovely swimming pool of a reasonable size that was not overly used. Overall, a very positive experience. Xem tiếp

We stayed in Mercuce 2 nights. The location of hotel was good, easy to go to the beach or to go to ancient town. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The beautiful swimming pool was good with warm water. Bicycle is free to use at anytime. Shuttle bus to city and private bus was available at any time. The staffs were very friendly. However, the door is not fit in the frame, we could hear all the noise outside of the room, the noise from other guests walking/talking outside and from house keeping service staffs. No tooth brush and tooth paste in bathroom. The breakfast was poor and boring. We paid total $48++ more for breakfast and it was disappointed. Xem tiếp
