Khách sạn nằm phố cổ, tuy nhỏ nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi, các bạn nhân viên cực kỳ dễ thương, bữa sáng rất ngon và được phục vụ rất chu đáo. Nếu có dịp ghé HN mình sẽ tiếp tục book phòng nghỉ ở đây. Mong ks tiếp tục phát huy những lợi thế của mình và làm ăn ngày càng phát đạt. Cảm ơn các bạn❤️ Xem tiếp

So với tất cả các khách sạn xung quanh,Phòng ở Mẻacus rộng rãi và thoải mái hơn rất nhiều . Địa điểm gần bờ hồ và nhà thờ lớn ,các tiệm ăn, thuận tiện đi lại. Moi Dịch vụ của khách sạn không thể chê bất cứ điểm nào , đặc biệt là bạn nam lễ tân rất dễ thương :-* :-* Sẽ quay lại nơi đây mỗi khi công tác tại Hà Nội ====== Compared to all the hotels around, the Meracus Room is more spacious and comfortable. Tôi hài lòng về 1 đêm ở khách sạn này. Chúng tôi đi với em bé 2 tuổi và có đề nghị khách sạn cung cấp cũi em bé và được đáp ứng ngay. Phòng suite rộng rãi, cách âm với bên ngoài tốt dù khách sạn nằm ở mặt đường. Bữa sáng được phục vụ tại phòng cũng ăn khá ngon miệng với nhiều lựa chọn. We loved this hotel...location is perfect... staff are friendly and welcoming... breakfast was better than most 5* (don't miss the eggs benedict) and big bright rooms!! For the price this was the best value hotel we've stayed at for many years... 😁 Xem tiếp

Special thanks to all their staff. They looked after us very well. All staff were great from junior to senior management. Service was excellent. It makes you feel on a good holiday. They even decorated our room and we had a lovely cake waiting because we were celebrating our anniversary. The room was clean. I would recommend this hotel. The room and service from all staff members were impeccable. The room was very clean, quite soundproof (considering the location is in central Hanoi/old town), and prepared to be very comfortable. It’s a classy hotel, always with fresh flowers in the lobby and some in your room and with very professional breakfast service. The staff remembered all of our names, including those of our kids, and were always ready to assist us. On the way to the airport, the one staff member made sure that the taxi would only charge us a fixed amount and not over that amount. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Xem tiếp

The family room was huge & spacious, true to the photos, and despite overlooking the street, it did not get noisy at night. Hotel was well located near the lake & more touristy parts of the old quarter like the night market street. However, there were many issues with the room over our 2 night stay. There was only one aircon in the middle of the room on top of the single bed, insufficient to cool the entire room. It was actually warm at the side of the double bed & the dressing table. The aircon was still the same after the staff came to help. The metal tubing on the shower had came off on both sides and although the reception promised to change it on the next day, it was not done. The blanket on our second night had a tear at one end, while a towel had a hole. We received our laundry delivered right to our room. But we fohnd an extra red underwear that did not belong to us and stains on some of our tshirts. Kudos to the bellboy who could speak Mandarin - he was bery friendly. Xem tiếp

I decided to see reveiws of this hotel. It was grateful morment for me to staying here. The hotel was small but inside room were wide and big. at that time, the staffs gave me a window room. It means grade up in free of charge. mornig buffet was order system . So I can eat warm breakfast. And also they were very helpful and warmful. Pros: Great location - hotel is in old quarters, it’s close to the Hoàng kiem Lake and other attractions/nice restaurants Super attentive staff - the manager remembers all the names of the guests, they greet you with smiles and enthusiasm. Very helpful on all the issues. Awesome breakfast! I was a bit concerned when I saw the small restaurant that served breakfast. Thought it served buffet but it turned out a great ordered food breakfast. The menu has a great variety and the chef is a 5 stars one. I felt like I had eaten some food at a Michelin restaurant. Cons: We noticed that our air con was not functioning well on the first night and we informed the manager the next morning. He found someone to fix it and it’s run well on the second night. The manager offered us to change to higher floor for our third night stay as they needed to double check on the machine. good location. walking distance to Lake. Visited the lake on Friday night, the lake is so lively and happening. The staffs are so friendly, polite and helpful. The Hotel is well equip, rooms were spacious and clean and well located in the heart of the Old Quarter and is walkable to most of the landmark. I paid for a 3 star hotel (which I personally feel should be a 5 star) and received a 5 star service. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra miles in making our stay memorable and carefree. I am extremely overwhelm by their service. Breakfast provided was great, there is plenty of option and it was delicious. Everything exceed my expectation and I would definitely stay in this hotel if I visit Hanoi again. Yeap....I’ve said it. OMG....what a stay!!! Glorious, magnificent & undoubtedly the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Though small beyond words, amidst the bustling old quarters, you’ll need a magnifying glass to find this jewel In a haystack. Needless to say, you’ll need to experience the wonders of this jewel by yourselves. Trust me, you’ll thank me. Service : Beyond Excellence Room : Good Breakfast : Beyond excellence Thank you for making our stay an Unforgettable experience. Kudos to Bao Nguyen, Thang, Lam, and another bell boy, apologies for forgetting your name. My bad. FYI, Meracus 2 is strategically located in the heart of old quarters in Hoan Kh ian, where all the hustle & bustle & haggling prices are at. Shop till you drop basically. Seriously, I wouldn’t change a thing about Meracus 2 right now, even if it doesn’t have amenities. If you need Manicures & pedicures, left right centre you will find them In abundance. I’ve found this little gem recently and it become my favourite place to stay in Hanoi. Large room, nice decoration, super friendly and helpful staff. I rated the staff 4* on their internal guest sủvey, but I should put it 5* (pls help to amend if you read this review Mr. Manager). Hang Trong is a very nice street to explore old quarter of Hanoi. Double deluxe doesn't have windows, but it's well designed and beautiful with the glass wall between bathhrom and bedroom which gives an impression of a spacious and stylish room. The bathroom has walk-in shower and bathtub seperately, with actual bathroom being more spacious than an average bathhrom. Bathroom in Junior Suite room isn't seperated by a glass wall and is smaller than the deluxe double room.Its shower is over the bathtub. Xem tiếp

This hotel service is tiptop! Very happy with the stay just new to improve in the toilet, that should provide hair conditioner and there was someone knocking very loud and opening my door on last day morning when I check out. That’s the only rude happen to me. Please check and inform customers when you need to do some cleaning or repairing. Thanks for all the services given to us ! Xem tiếp
