Nice cruise, great cruising plan around Ha Long Bay, Ship manager and crews are nice and helpful. Hot water for shower is the only problem, overall great experience. Xem tiếp

Ha Long Bay Cruise is a must do. Margaret Cruises have a nice boat, clean, spacious and comfortable. The meals included with the cruise were excellent. The excursions were well organized and a great way to see things. Staff did their best to accommodate to the best of their abilities. The biggest criticism I would have is in regard to beverages. Coffee, tea, juices and water are not included with most meals. As a 5 star cruise one would expect not to be nickel and dimed for such things. All in all a great experience though. Xem tiếp

Despite external factors (overcast and rainy) it was still a good trip to Halong Bay. One of the nicer boats in the area, nice rooms, plenty of food and Mr. Popo was very attentive. Smooth pick up and drop off service as well. Xem tiếp

Our tour was a lot more expensive than the other boats but worth it (when you saw the standard of the other boats) Everything on the interior and exterior was extremely well presented, fresh looking and made you feel comfortable. The staff were lovely and the food on board was amazing. The basic room was more than enough, with very comfy beds. Xem tiếp

Facilities are good. Activities weren’t great. Squid fishing was canceled without any notice! The deal was inclusive of 3 meals but drinks wasn’t included even water! No coffee and tea for breakfast!!! And the happy hours was poorly organized. Xem tiếp

Initially my booking was with Margaret Cruise but was informed that it was under maintenance during my booking period. Hence the company had transfer me to their sister company cruise (President) without any additional charges. Upon confirmed my booking, I have received the confirmation message from the management team. Ms. Kate is the correspondent personal and we have email closely on the information on the changes of the cruise and the transportation arrangement. She is very helpful, responsive, patient on all the correspondent. On the pickup day, we are very happy to know that the transport for pick up is a luxury limo van and the van is spacious and comfortable. We have a comfortable journey reaching to the harbor. When we reached the harbor, we were excited to see the cruise and the internal build up is big. We were welcome by the cruise staff and drink. The Cruise Manager Mr. Lee was helpful and staff are very kind. We had a pleasant meal and the room is so comfortable. Xem tiếp

I booked a deluxe room for me & my friend and just completed our 2 days 1 night tour. My first impression when i came aboard is there were few guests (just over 10) but were warmly welcomed by all their staffs (over 20). Maybe this cruise is new and there are not many guests at beginning. Howerver, I highly appreciate the way their staffs served us. They are so friendly and smiley. They took care of us well both on and off board. And no problem in communicating cos they speak English quite well. Secondly, food are too much and the favour is really good The outlook from the room is wonderful. We could watch the Bay by just lying on the bed or relaxing on the sundeck is not the bad option. Halong Bay is so amazing at all ! Some things should be upgraded like the reception area is too crowd and some guests have to stand to wait before getting on the boat. 今回、妻と4歳と1歳11ヶ月の娘と4人で参加しましたが、とても思い出に残る旅になりました。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで娘たちも喜んでましたし、一緒に搭乗したゲストの方々もフレンドリーで安心できました。 部屋は4人で寝るということで、特別に大きなベッドを入れてくれました。キングサイズよりも大きかったです。 夕食は子供の分もコースで料理を出してくれて、子供たちが食べれないのを見ると、気を利かしてくれてフライドポテトを作ってきてくれて、子供たちは喜んでたくさん食べてました。 子供たちの分の料理を残してしまったことはとても申し訳ありませんでしたが、マーガレットクルーズのスタッフの親切さを感じられる出来事でした。 天気は曇りでしたが、それでもハロン湾の景色の凄さを感じることができました。アクティビティの洞窟めぐりは特に良く、参加して良かったなと感じました。 マーガレットクルーズは、料理も美味しく、スタッフも親切で、搭乗するゲストも品のある方々で、とてもオススメできます。 またハロン湾に来るときは利用したいと思います。 Xem tiếp

12살, 9살 어린이와 4명이서 2개의 객실을 이용했습니다. 이 배 규모는 5성급 크기는 아닙니다. 스파는 마사지를 시설이였고, 스위트 룸을 제외하고 발코니가 없는 아담한 배입니다. 방 크기도 작은편입니다. 욕조시설도 없습니다. 스위트룸 4개만 있다고 합니다. 룸은 2층에 10개, 1층에 8개, 3층에 4개로 45명정도의 고객이 최대 탑승합니다. 저희 가족은 특별히 마실 물을 준비해서 배를 탄것은 아닙니다. 많은 분들이 식사 때마다 물을 가지고 오십니다. 바를 운영하시는 매니저 분이 음료를 주문받을 때 아무것도 주문하지 않는다면 죄송합니다. 밥을 4번이나 먹기때문에 더욱 그렇습니다. 식사 시간에 물 정도는 무료로 주시면서 주문을 받으면, 더욱 좋을것 같습니다. 11인승의 스피드 보트를 배 뒤에 가지고 있으며, 2~3번 나누어서 카약등의 장소로 이동합니다. 보트가 적어서 2~3번 나누어서 이동합니다. 해피아워는 핑거푸드에 칵테일이나, 주류, 음료를 사서 먹는 시스템입니다. 클럽룸 라운지의 무료 시스템은 아닙니다. 모두 달러 가격입니다. 맥주는 2~2.5$, 칵테일 6$, 물 1$ , 소다 1.5$ 직원은 친절하고, 음식의 양도 맛도 좋습니다. 크루즈의 1박은 만족 하지만, 저는 Executive Loung service, BUTLER SERVICE를 좋아합니다. 그런 크루즈는 아닌것 같습니다. 규모는 작고 노력하는 크루즈라고 생각합니다. 아고다에서 주소를 변경해줬으면 합니다. 주소가 다릅니다. 다른 장소로 찾아가서 택시를 탔습니다. 가족과 함께여서 당황했습니다. 房間很乾淨、漂亮，還有附一大瓶水，餐點也都還不錯。坐小船出去的活動也還蠻好玩的。但是船上的活動有點陽春，春捲教學卻沒有準備足夠的材料，我們有些人最後都沒料包了；夜釣小卷也沒有人主動來教，我們去問才拿出幾根釣竿讓我們自己釣，蠻失望的。還好因為下龍灣的風景非常漂亮、船的整潔、外觀、設備..等也都不錯! Xem tiếp
