I've never met that dirt in a hotel room in my life, there were spiderwebs, cockroaches and rats in a hotel. There were no stairs in a hotel ( just elevator) - in case of fire there would be no way to leave the building from higher floors. Staff hardly speaks English. I do not recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp

I booked VIP room but hotel gave us standard room, as they said the room is not available. my friend who used to book at the same time also were given the same excuses. We got the VIP room the next day when the room has vacanted after we made noise about it. Such a dishonest hotel and will not stay here again. Better to stay nearer to Benh Thanh street rather than this hotel area. Xem tiếp

Good location which are very close to famous Ben Thanh market, night market, shopping malls, tourist attractions, local tour agents. The breakfast provided were simple and nothing much. The room has fair decent size for two person. Xem tiếp

Hotel location is on a busy street in District 1, right on Saigon center. Easy to go to many entertaiment places without pay for Taxi. Room is clean and staff are friendly. The room space is not so small but it's OK if you stay with a couple. There are many luxury hotel surrounding this hotel and you can easy to change if you want to change your mind. If you are looking for a economic rate and the hotel right on the Saigon center then this hotel can be the first choice. Xem tiếp

Ban Thanh Market, Independence Palace, Notre-Dame Basilica Cathedral are all in walking distance. Great dining place nearby. Near Circle-K family mart. Taxi easily available in front of hotel. Tour company on site. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Xem tiếp

Serving non halal breakfast . Luckily they offered us fruit and boiled egg. Room musky even big. Staff friendly but couldn't understand english pretty well. No iron neither nor iron board, but offering ironing service for 10,000.00 dong but you can demand for the quality once your shirt or blouse delivered to you and the service applicable after 7.30am. They have tour desk - renting a space at their so called 'lobby'. The agent and staff are very helpful and they assist us to communicate with the hotel staff. we arrive at 9.00am. the hotel allowed us to check in early. we get VIP 1 room. there are 2 king size bed and family area with 2 big sofa (can sleep on the sofa). very nice room. bath tub with 1 Jacuzzi and hair dryer facility. however breakfast is non halal. It was to be expected. The staff was accommodating after they accidentally gave our VIP room away. The happy tours representaves were polite and helpful and most their tours were a lot less expensive than the online agencies. Xem tiếp

I am surprised by the room size as I stayed at Lien Phuong Evergreen Hotel for my 3rd night. Mai Vuong claims to have bigger room size but is actually not. It is almost half the size. Room service is not done properly. There are cigarette buds in the toilet bowl when we check-in. The free toiletries is not replaced (opened ear bud packet). Buffet is just simple to give you energy to kick off your day. The place is run like home-style hotel. It looks like they clean the place when your are around. Run out of breakfast on day 2 even though is only 9am. Of course the only English speaking staff offers to give us egg (salted egg and fried egg) to eat with plain porridge. It is kind of him also to advise us to be careful with our belongings when at the street. The room is small enough and thus they should do better at room cleanliness and breakfast serving. I booked standart room with an extra bed. I paid. But when i come and check the room, theres no extra bed. When i complain with the receptionist, he said standart room dont have extra bed. But i paid, and he just said to ask agoda for my money. Its very late at night and i cant do anything except i receive what they give to me. Xem tiếp

A very helpfull staff which some of them can speak in english and some of them not. They even provide to us the maps so that easier for us to go and find any place to visit. easy to get public transport and around 3 min walking distance to ben thanh market. Xem tiếp
