I missed my flight and need to book a room for the next day flt. Of course Im looking for a cheap price and found this, the hotel is kind of old, has a private toilet with tub and cold ac but you can feel that its not properly maintained. The staff in the afternoon is so accommodating but the staff on the morning around 6am for my check out was sleeping on the floor beside their table and I need to wake him up. As i have made a complain before, we did paid full amount through agoda RM70.63 but when arrived, the staff mentioned that they are fully booked and transfer us to another hotel. We agreed as we expect the hotel room might be the same with one that we booked but it was totally diff and when i search for the hotel (Vinh Hostel) and it only cost around RM40. So again, when the staff transfered us, we were so shocked and immediately agreed. And btw how do you aspect us to find another hotel on that time just because u said u guys can refund our money? Mai Phai has been my regular Saigon hotel for the last 8 years or so. I am always satisfied with the facilities and the staff and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for budget accommodations. It is in the middle of the backpacker district so the are is swarming with foreigners, mostly young, and some not so young. The park across the street is a nice place to sit in the evenings and practice English with students. All types of food available within walking distance if you are burned out on com ga. Xem tiếp

Hotel needs immediate Renovation, bed are worst feeling sleeping on cement. Worst hotel I have stayed. Room have ants and dust everywhere... stain everywhere! No powerpoint for charging. Very old building and I don't feel safe ! Xem tiếp

First of all, anything other than the attitude of the front desk are ok, as I'm paying for the room, I'm totally fine with the condition of the room. However, I find it totally disgusting with the way the receptionist cheating money out of their customer. At 1st, they said they do not affiliate with Agoda.com during my check in, which I find it a bit strange, as my booking through Agoda.com gone through just fine, than she brag about Agoda taking people money & blah blah blah........ I find it outrageous for Agoda.com to affiliate itself with such dishonest & totally disgusting business partner. For anyone who would like to go to this hotel, either u do it through walk in, or not at all. That's my piece of advice!!!!! Xem tiếp

We were provided 1 set of toothbrush for our 4 days stay in a triple room. The bath tube is not connected to a pipe, when shower, the water will flow to the toilet floor. The room is clean. I love the breakfast fruit platter. On the last night, the electric power was triggered off. The aircon was off and the toilet was in darkness. There is an elevator in this hotel and recommended tour agency is just at the hotel basement. You can walk around the area to look for souvenirs. You can also walk to Ben Thank market. Staff on reception are very friendly and there is a safety deposit box at reception to leave your valuables. Travel centre just below was very handy - we used this to book a day trip to cu chi tunnels and our transfer to the airport. Xem tiếp
