A gorgeous boutique hotel located pretty close to the airport. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Swimming pool is pretty nice. Hotel is currently serving A la carte breakfast instead of buffet and it was ok. Xem tiếp

I hd a lovely stay, this is a new hotel, they've spared no expense, marble everywhere! Staff are very courteous, you can see some are new but they certainly try. The room was lovely, loved the bathroom. The pool was great, maybe a bit small for a hotel this size, but during my stay because of corona virus, it was quiet, so I had the pool to myself some days. This is a stunningly beautiful hotel. Construction quality is excellent, with great attention paid to the smallest details. If this hotel were located in any American or Western European city, it would easily be charging $600+ per night. Even in Saigon, similar hotels charge much higher rates simply because they have "Hyatt" or "Marriott" in their names. Despite the luxury of this hotel, it also feels very comfortable. The basic rooms are very spacious. I would be happy to stay here for an extended period of time. The pool area is very nice/large/relaxing -- the photos don't do it justice. Food and drinks are a bit expensive, but there's plenty of other nice places to eat/drink within walking distance. Location is good because it's on a quiet street, but also close to some major sites like the War Remnants Museum and Independence Palace. The neighborhood is relatively calm, but also just a $3-$4 cab ride away from the popular areas in District 1. Fantastic all around. Xem tiếp

The Mai House Saigon is a gorgeous hotel with a spacious and luxurious lobby. Check in staff & concierge were very friendly and the iced blue pea drink and cold towels provided a soothing welcome. We booked a one bedroom apartment room which was clean and cosy. It was good to know that precautionary measures were taken due to the current CoVid-19 virus situation, and the room was kept at 26ºC to keep the virus at bay. The King bed and fluffy pillows were very comfortable; the toilet and shower stall was beautifully designed (I loved walking on the black mosaic floor); the doorless bathroom area took some getting used to, and after a while, you appreciate that the separating curtains add a nice soft touch to the bedroom; the sofa in the living room was long and spacious; the minibar was complimentary and refilled daily. The location is a little far from District 1, but we didn't mind the 15 minute walk. Besides, taxis are very affordable and easily available. Xem tiếp

the hotel is amazingly luxurious. there was complimentary dessert upon check in and the service was excellent. only downside was the aircon is not individually adjustable, we're having a hard time to adjust it. it just stopped when it reached a certain temperature. it didn't help even if we set it to the coldest 16c, it still stopped. pretty disturbing but apart from that, everything was perfect! This hotel is not only very modern but also very Vietnamese. Every props in a room were so antique and cozy. The bed was comfy. Most of all, Thien An at the reception was best. She knew how to communicate with a customer and kindly lemme know when is good to leave to the airport because it was lunar new year. Many appreciate that! Xem tiếp

Quieter than the District 1 but still be able to walk to the main attractions or you can just grab a taxi for a short ride for almost nothing. The rooms are nice and bright and still smell of new furniture paint which I found slightly unpleasant. The house keeping is still on working progress; I had a piece of broken glass stuck on the foot and not to mention the smoky faulty new hair dryer Alert!! There were a group of noisy Indians running up and down of the corridors at anytime of the day without concerning other guests, apart from that the hotel is fine for 4 days. We didn’t have any meal at the hotel it was because there were just so many other good cheaper options nearby. Xem tiếp
