Địa điểm tốt. Ngay trung tâm, đi lại thuận tiện. Anh chị chủ ks nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Phòng 4ng thmai. Nóng lạnh, điều hoà chạy tốt. Phòng mới vào có mùi hôi.Nhà tắm k có đồ VS cá nhân. Ks k có ng dọn phòng hàng ngày. Chị chủ kiêm luôn cv dọn VS. Tất cả đều phải yêu cầu thì mới có. Ks k cho đi dép vào nhà thì nên có dép đi trong phòng cho khách. Phòng có 1 thảm chùi chân cứng đơ ở cửa nhà tắm nên đi ra đi vào sàn rất hay ướt, bẩn. Xem tiếp

This is good basic accommodation and well worth the modest rates. The family that runs the guesthouse is very friendly and the room was simple but sufficient. My room was on the 3rd floor and it was relatively quiet considering it's in the heart of the backpacker ghetto. If you need a late checkout, depending on availability you can negotiate a fair add-on cost. Xem tiếp

I good location if you want to be near the action but also want a quiet night sleep. In a very interesting allyway very close to the backpacker street. Allyway has other hotels,restaurants,shops,nail parlours,local life. Run by a nice family. Room is a typical Vietnamese room, no problems. Wifi was week in the higher rooms. Xem tiếp

The location is strategic.. Super friendly owner cum staff. It's basic and has all the basic amneties . Remember it's a homestay so don't expect hotel grade service. Towels should be changed everyday. Xem tiếp

Lovely family managing this guesthouse. Very well located in a small alley away from the noise. Wifi available on all floors. Will certainly return there (making sure that I don't forget that check-out time is 11:00 - and not 11:05...) Xem tiếp

I liked the fact it was in this narrow side road with lots of small local bars and shops and when you exit this road from bith ends you have lots of amenities close by. Only issue was our bathroom door which did not close properly but other than that good value for money. Xem tiếp

I stayed at this guesthouse for 5 nights. It's suited in a very good location, close to everything. the staff were nice and friendly. the place is really clean. My room was not daily serviced, but that's what I expect from a guesthouse. absolutely great value for money. Xem tiếp

The staff was friendly and the room was nice. Cheap beer and water available. Located in a fun alley right off the main bar street. Room was very quiet. Lots of stairs to climb and no elevator. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay, but we never requested it. I would definitely recommend it. Xem tiếp

The stair is height and narrow, that is difficult for moving and transferring anything, inside room don't have shirt holder and outside sharing toilet shower is too less water and door already broken. but overall acceptable to me. Xem tiếp

The room wasn't much bigger than the bed, don't know if this is the case for all rooms they have. The wifi was good though and the aircon worked perfectly fine. We were lucky to stay on the first floor as they have a lot of floors... Xem tiếp

I have been staying here since 2012 and I must say I didn't find any other guest house when I come to Vietnam. The place was a bit difficult to find when I first stayed here but when you get used to it, it's easy. I love how the place is near local restaurants so you can taste authentic Vietnamese cuisine and eat with the locals. The hosts were really helpful, you can ask them if you have questions and they are really happy to assist you. Xem tiếp

If you're on a budget trip, pick this guest house. It's 10min walk from ben thanh market, and has many places to eat all around it. Host was terribly helpful and friendly, and helped us to book and settle many things. Just try to get a room on a lower floor, as the first floor is actually on the third storey. Great stay. We went to ho chi minh twice. We discovered mai guest house the first time and decided to go back the second time. Pros: - location - quiet street - free water bottle when you arrive - very nice owner, always smiling. He is also very helpful with indicating where stuff is in hcmc - we paid 20$ - large clean room and bathroom - great ac - good wifi Cons: - nothing Xem tiếp

The "Mai Guy", as we called him, is very trustworthy. He has helped us and our two young boys on two trips now, always giving good advice and doing his best to be helpful. This is basic accommodation, but the price reflects that. We want a very clean, budget place, and this is the one. Xem tiếp

A really nice and clean double room. On the small side but it had a fridge ect. The family were really nice and always happy to see you and help if you needed anything. We booked the cu chi tunnel through them which was great. I would defiantly recommend. Xem tiếp

Ideal location in amongst the touristy backpackers/restaurant area, and walking distance to the big market. Only negative was that we stayed 4 nights and didnt get towels replaced or bathroom cleaned (our shower was in same room with toilet and water splashed over toilet and most of the floor) Xem tiếp
