Their staffs were really friendly and helped us a lot to get a car to Hoi An and Hue. It's quite near to the beach. The facilities were also enough, but I think it would be better, if they would have something to separate a toilet and shower space. Xem tiếp

Enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and wifi worked properly. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast was great and the staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommended. 😊 Xem tiếp

We were disappointed that the room was extremely bare. Nothing on the walls, one fluorescent light. Went back on to Agoda to see the photos and not what was pictured. No art on the wall, not flowers in room. Completely bare. With that said, it was room was clean and the bathroom was good. Definitely no frills in the room. The lobby was very nice, although we spent no time there. Upon check-in, the girl looked at us like we were tired and disheveled, which we might have been, but we were friendly. She did not offer any information except for breakfast time. Very basic check-in; least welcoming of our 3 weeks traveling through SEA. We liked the location to the main beach street. Xem tiếp

I use a wheelchair and they were very helpful in making accommodation.! There is wheelchair access but do not expect US standard for wheelchair access......this is still one of the best for access you will find in the area! Thank you Staff and Ownership!! Xem tiếp

This is a very new hotel. Everything seems new and clean. Room size is average and equipped with necessary facilities. Bed is comfy, towels, pillow and bed sheet all look new and clean. Breakfast is good. We took a day tour to Hue from the hotel which was well arranged. There r a number of eateries nearby. Town center is within walking distance (if u want to walk). We walked to the town center and took a cab back. On return to the airport, hotel receptionist helped us to call cab, which was a metered cab. Fare is very reasonable. Xem tiếp

First of all, the room didn't look like the pictures. It was blue and drab. Thank God we only stayed there for 2 nights. There was also noisy karaoke opposite and that was really bad. But the main gripe is the staff. We arrived late and they checked us in. At the front desk, we asked about taking a train to Hue. We asked them if they can help us book a train online and they said they couldn't and pushed us to get the private car instead. Our objective was to ride in the train so we were adamant. So we went to buy at the station but could only get the one-way. Taking a risk, we went and had to take a taxi back. Which ended up pricier than the private car. However, we still would have done that as we wanted to experience the train. I don't understand why the staff couldn't understand that and also to help us book online. This really left a sour taste in the mouth. Before we settled the bill, we were told that if we pay in USD they could give us back USD. later, they told us they could pay us back in Dong. Which of course meant we lost out on the exchange rate. Overall, this hotel was a good pit stop and nothing else. Breakfast was at least decent but nothing else positive to say about this place. The hotel located near the beach & 15 min by taxi from airport /city ctr, it's very clean with nice & helpful staff, I was surprised by the supreme breakfast & big room with such cheap price ~ It's better book the local tour & private car by local tour office ;) Xem tiếp

We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room for 4 nights to have the added space for our crawling baby. The room was large with a comfortable king bed. The bathroom spacious and clean. We had a small balcony looking onto the street. Internet was free and fast. While not the most attractive part of Da Nang, the hotel is just a short 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants and anything else is easily accessible by taxi or motorbike. The hotel offers motorbikes for rent at the standard rate for most places, 150,000 VND per day. Breakfast had a choice of western breakfasts cooked to order. All tasty and filling, with a small buffet of fruit, home made yoghurt, juices, coffee and bread. Also on offer Vietnamese breakfast such as mi quang and bun bo hue. The staff are really what makes this hotel. Everyone is so warm, friendly, smiling and helpful. We will definitely be back again. Xem tiếp

Staff were very friendly, forthcoming and welcoming. This is a sweet Boutique Hotel that offered us a large double room for our short stay at Da Nang. It is located 5 minutes walk to the seaside and approx. 20-25min walk to Vincom Shopping Mall and Song Han bridge to get to the city. The hotel offers laundry service to a reasonable price and can arrange motorcycle rental or taxi transfer for you. As for breakfast, they offer you a choice of three set breakfasts and additional side options. We had a good and hassle-free stay here and would always come back, when we are around Da Nang again. The staff was very kind and even prepared a early breakfast to us because we would fly 6am. But room smelt cigarette and there were some ashes behind the bed left by the last customer. Besides that we had to share the balcony with a neighbor, which was a bit strange. Xem tiếp

- super friendly staff, very helpful, remember each guest. My friend was vegetarian and they offered to write her a note in Vietnamese about her not eating fish or meat so it would be easier to order food in local restaurants - very lovely those girls behind the counter! - they organised everything for us! A taxi ride to the Marble Mountains (driver waited for us) and also the bus to Hué - rooms are super super nice! Big bathroom, balcony, lots of windows, high quality furniture - great value for your money - beach is only 5min walking distance away from the hotel - not many restaurants around this place though Xem tiếp
