Giá hợp lý, vị trí đẹp, gần phố đi bộ Bùi Viện, gần chợ. Rất sạch sẽ do yêu cầu khách để giầy dép ở tầng trệt. Nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình và thân mật, hiếu khách. tiện nghi vừa phải do đã lâu năm. công trình phụ cần lắp hệ thống thông gió tốt hơn. Khách sạn có nét riêng là quá sạch sẽ, nhưng bắt khách bỏ giày dép ở tầng trệt thì tôi chưa từng gặp, cũng khá thú vị!!! Xem tiếp

This place checks all the boxes for it's price line. Simple clean functional rooms with hot water, natural light, and good Wifi. Staff are super friendly and speak good english. The girl at the desk helped me exchange money, and book my bus to Dalat. A bit noisy at night but to be expected in this part of Saigon. Still avoids most of the madness of Bui Vien. Xem tiếp

The location is great, very close to anything you’d want to do. You can walk fifteen minutes or so to Ben Thanh market. AC was very strong. Hot water. Breakfast was a bit weak, not many options. But the staff is very sweet and helpful. We stayed in the family room with the balcony, which was huge,. It was nice to sit out there and look down at the traffic and the people. Xem tiếp

We took a deluxe window room which was large, comfortable and spotless. The staff were very helpful and even though there was no lift were able to use an ingenious pulley system to deliver our bags to the room. it was an easy walk then to the second floor. We had the pleasure of meeting the delightful Madam Cuk who was a generous and gracious host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return on our next visit. Xem tiếp

At first I was quite surprised to see that we were dropped off at Madam Cuc 168 when I booked specifically for Madam Cuc 127 hotel. Knowing that there are reviews about scams involving cab drivers dropping off clients to other hotels bearing almost the same name as the hotel they have booked for, this caused me a considerable level of alarm. But after a few inquiries, I was told Madam Cuc 168 is only an extension of the 127 hotel which is actually just right across the street. We had the best time in this hotel. Breakfast was included in the dirt cheap price, it was really close to Pham Ngu Lao Street which has a lot of great restos and it also offers tours around HCMC. The hotel staff are also very friendly though language could be a barrier. This hotel is not for travellers with knee problems. There is no lift and climbing up to the 4th floor could be challenging. The hotel is fine, but why are they overbooking. And if they do, this is between the hotel and Agoda. I shouldn't be turning up to a hotel at 10, 10:30pm to be told that there is no room for me, and that I SHOULD CANCEL my Agoda booking and go somewhere else. This is the whole point of a booking. In the immortal words of Seinfeld "I don't think they understand the booking system". They are lucky to not get less stars. Xem tiếp

I booked in for 1 night and ended up staying 6 nights. The location is great. There are usually xe om riders close by to take you to Ben Thanh area for 15000 dong. The room I was in was tidy and adequate. The fridge, air con, fan, hot water, lift all worked. The staff were great. Booking a tour at reception was quick and easy. Xem tiếp

Disgusting Hotel. No water broken bed they never changed my bedsheets during my stay same bedsheets same stain spot they only fixed bedsheets.. smell from previous guests was left at pillows..Dont book into this hotel if you dont want to ruin your stay in Ho Chi Minh city Xem tiếp

It’s. Good to arrive. Upon arrival. From the airport. But like every place. Arrive mid day. On. Then you are not waiting for a room. It’s cheap and. Cheerful. Very basic. Rooms. But staff. Are great. & helpful. Anna the counter wonderful. She will pug you in to what you need. Simple beeakfast. But it’s FREE!!! And ok. My only comments. It’s. Noisy. Area. BUT. HCM. IS !!! every place. It's one of the typical small hotels you will find in the neighborhood of Bui Vien area. With this in mind, it’s a great value guesthouse with natural light, an air conditioner, hot water, good Wifi, helpful staff and an elevator. A little walk from the busy Bui Vien area and a bit noisy at night but to be expected in this part of Ho Chi Minh and you still avoid most of the madness of Bui Vien. Xem tiếp

Stayed at Madam Cuc for one night and was overall satisfied. We were on the fourth floor and could here some street noise but not too bad for us. It isn't the best place we stayed in Ho Chi Minh but definitely not a bad place. Xem tiếp

We stayed here for three nights. The staff is super nice and friendly, and it is close to the walking street with lots of restaurants. There is a bar directly next door though and they play music extremely loud. At 3:00am we were still waking up to the music. We used earplugs and a white noise machine and it still didn't drown out the music form next door. The windows don't seal properly so it was almost as if we couldn't close the windows to keep the sound out when the window was actually closed. We kept checking to see if we had somehow left it open because the noise was SO LOUD. We slept terribly for three nights and luckily didn't have to stay any longer than that. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel booked a taxi for us at 4 am and it was ready and waiting! Great service, light breakfast and we've already booked another stay here when we come back to the city in a couple of weeks time. Xem tiếp

Scarily, we came back at 1130pm one evening to find the hotel locked up! We spent 10 mins ringing doorbell and banging and shaking on metal chutters before we were let in. The hotel gave no prior warning to closing times. Xem tiếp

We really enjoyed our stay at Madam Cuc 127 in Saigon, and chose it based on a recommendation in our Lonely Planet guidebook after feeling overwhelmed by all the accommodation options in the city. We found the price very reasonable and the location excellent--steps from a local market (Cho Thai Binh) with great street food, and walking distance to lots of other city highlights. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early. Our room was clean and spacious with high ceilings and windows--a rarity in Vietnam for the budget traveller! The hotel also felt extra clean because guests leave their shoes on the ground floor by the staircase (note that there is no elevator). Breakfast consists of coffee/tea, bread, jam, eggs, and fruit, and is served on the ground floor by reception. Laundry service is also available--I think our big load came to around $6 USD. I would highly recommend staying at Madam Cuc's if you are on a budget and do not require frills such as soap, a hair dryer, etc. I would definitely stay there again if I ever get the chance to return to Saigon!
