Mình chi?thuê 1 ngày tại đây vì lí do công việc nên mình chỉ buổi tối ngủ chứ k lưu trú ở phòng lâu. Đầu tiên mình vào p cất đồ và đi luôn vì mình có cv phải giải quyết vs công an, buổi chiều mình mới quay về và mình đi tắm thì thấy cái nắm tay cửa rụng ra và mình vào nhà tắm thì nhà vệ sinh vẫn còn chất thải nhưng mình nghĩ ở có 1 hôm nên cũng ko xét nét mà xả đi. Sau đó rời khỏi phòng và mang cái tay nắm cửa báo vs nhân viên, hôm sau mình check out trả phòng nhưng vì lí do cv nên mình thuê xe tại đây và để hành lý lại vì nhân viên yêu cầu thế, buổi tối mình trả xe thì bên Lyn yêu cầu mình bồi thường. Mà thật sự mình ko hề gây ra, mình mang xg báo ngay và sau đó là mình bị giữ lại bắt phải bồi thường, nói là trc khi dọn phòng nv dọn p đã kiểm tra kỹ mới cho khách tiếp theo checkin và k vấn đề gì, nên bây giờ mìh phải chịu, xong sau đó mình nói luôn là kiểm tra kỹ thees tại sao toilet lại vẫn còn chưa dọn. Mình thì thông cảm cho bên họ vì lúc đầu mình tới nvien rất nice, các bạn trẻ cũng ngoan, nhưng ai ngờ mình lại phải chịu cái cảnh này. Hy vọng những ng đến lưu trú tiếp theo nên check kỹ phòng rồi hẵng vào ở, đừng dễ tính quá lại thành mình sai nhé các bạn Xem tiếp

Overall I was happy with my stay because of the cost so you have to adjust your expectations. The Best parts were the friendly and helpful staff, location away from the main road, and the free laundry service. They do need to improve on things like cleaning rooms daily, serving breakfast on time, i would also say serving breakfast earlier because a lot of the tours require you to leave early. Hotel is a bit hard to find but location is perfect and the area is not too noisy. Staff were very helpful and friendly, their service was exceptional. Also the breakfast menu was great, especially the soups. Room was fine, very clean and the bed was very comfy. The only downside was that there were no hangers, even at reception, and that the mirror is oddly placed in the washroom, which makes it quite useless. Also, to pay with cards, there are fees, which isn't convenient. Overall, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and we'd recommend it. Xem tiếp

Stayed for a total of 3 nights with my wife. Would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Ho Chi Minh City! Why? Super friendly and helpful staff, the room is clean and neat, their breakfast is superb especially their Banh Mi, the room rate is very affordable and it’s located in the city centre! Our stay in Lynnwood was excellent and we particularly love the staff who has given us really warm hospitality! The staff were very nice, friendly, helpful, and treated us more than being like guests! We arrived late in the airport and they made sure there was no hassle and we'll arrive safely in the hotel. The staff also were very friendly to give suggestions of where to go and what places to explore in the city. The room was clean and smells really nice. They also provide good breakfast and even packed it for us when we had to go very early in the morning to travel going out of the city. Everything is just walking distance from the hotel such as the war remnants museum, bue vien, ben tanh market, among others. We definitely love our stay in Lynnwood and will definitely stay here again when we visit Saigon! Xem tiếp

Pls kindly do not recommend this facility for foreigners. When I was looking for booking , Agoda was giving high recommendation to this hotel. I got surprised how Agoda can give this much recommendation after reaching the hotel. IN FACT I LOST TRUST IN AGODA. I used to recommend all my friends to book through Agoda. Now I am afraid. Even the local driver find very difficult to locate the facility. It is a residential house bit inside. I met lot of other tourists from doha and Paris . They all booked through Agoda and very much frustrated. Washroom / shower area is very small. Staff were helpful. When I gave my credit card they told me there will be an extra charge for credit card. I told let me talk to Agoda and will pay afterwards. Suddenly they told me It is okay, no need to pay extra . Pay the amount mention in the Agoda booking receipt. But service and facilities is zero. One small water bottle as welcome / complimentary drink. Second day need to pay. No tea / coffee . Breakfast is a two bread with an egg omelet and piece of bacon. Facility is clean , but two days there were lot of mosquitos. Very difficult to open cupboard as bed is very close to the door. Door can open only 30 degree. My suggestion , please make sure that your staff / rep visit the facility before giving this much recommendation. Agoda might be getting premium for putting on top. But foreigners like us is suffering a lot. So my kind suggestion to visit the facility. Xem tiếp

It was a wonderful experience. It was my fisrt time to Vietnam. The boutique helped me arrange taxi from airport to exhibition center and then from there to hotel. A lot of people in Vietnam can't speak English, this arrangement made my trip very convenient. Xem tiếp

Great location. Short walk to the Bui Vien walking street and some of the best restaurants in Ho Chi Minh. Just a 2 min walk to the highest rated Pho restaurant (Pho Hung) in Ho Chi Minh. And the staff was just amazing. They were really nice and helpful. Gave us a map of the surrounding area told us where to visit, places to eat ect. Xem tiếp

This place was perfect because I needed somewhere quiet, with fast wifi, and conveniently located. The air in my first room was not cold but when I mentioned it the staff quickly changed my room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel was so clean too. I highly recommend. Xem tiếp

We just checked out today. The hotel is down a little alleyway which could be difficult to find at first, but it is very quiet. A lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with booking taxis and so on. Would highly recommend the Vietnamese breakfast option! Xem tiếp

We stayed in a very clean and cozy room. The hotel is well located in district 1, which is very convenient. Very gentle and accomodating staff. Nice breakfast was included. It was good to have laundry service right in the hotel. Definitely come back! Xem tiếp

Great little value hotel option, and the staff could not be more helpful if they tried, outstanding service. Whilst all staff were super friendly/helpful, 1 particular (I believe a young lady by the name of Ms Yan who was in attendance during my 2 night stay) was an absolute legend, she simply couldn't do enough including demanding to carry my (heavy) suitcase up 5 flights of stairs (of course I didn't let her, well, we kind of shared the job, ahem), and calling a Grab taxi for me (on her personal phone) to clarify a pick up. The hotel itself is small, off the beaten track so nice and quiet, though the flip side to that being its not easy to find (a problem for some Grab/taxi drivers) but was never a big deal. The rooms are very clean, and well presented, mini-bar/fridge, AC, small flatscreen TV, hot water, decent size wardrobe, and a nice little breakfast that the staff will bring to your room (just tell them what you want the evening before, there's a little menu to choose from).
