Tôi rất vui đã tìm được một căn phòng rất ưng ý. Nội thất đầy đủ và tiện nghi cho mỗi phòng, Nhân viên ở đây cũng rất thân thiện, vui vẻ, hòa đồng, lịch sự, luôn hỗ trợ giúp đỡ bất cứ khi nào tôi yêu cầu. Xem tiếp

KTV is beside the building. The entrance does not easy to find. there is no staff on the front desk but only the security guard. Xem tiếp

the word balcony is misleading . its not a balcony but a metal roster in front of a window. other than that its cheap and facilities are what you can expect for this price. . Xem tiếp

Reading all the other ratings I feel like they were in a different hotel. Maybe they are bought so be careful with the ratings you trust. Pretty eye opening! The room was definitely not clean. We slept on our own towel because there were stains on the sheets. In the shower we only went in with slippers and the sink leaked so in the bathroom there was water on the floor. We booked a room with balkony (for extra money) so we could have some sunlight in the morning. The balcony is in fact just a railing. Also it is impossible to sleep before 2am because of the karaoke bar next to the hotel. It's very loud and you could feel the bass a little bit. The door of the room had a window in it with frosted glass and from the outside there was light shining in all night. So really fun times! The lobby was already a little shady and you could use the elevator only going up because the Ground button didn't function. Really the only positive thing was the nice receptionist but that's not decisive. Xem tiếp

The host and others from the reception and staff made our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and nice, also very good with a good view from the balcony. They welcomed us very nicely and we extended our stay for more nights. Xem tiếp

Everything is good. They have items we need like TV, hot/cold water, AC, high speed wifi, etc. The location is close to Duc Ba Church, shopping mall, and even close to the airport. Good place! Xem tiếp

12 comments before me with 9.8 point are fake. I travel to HCMC 4,5 times a year but this is my worst experience. 1. No staff for check in. There is a security staff who seems nice but can not solve anything. I needed to make a phone call to confirm the hotel address then asked them to open the shutter door so that I could enter. 2. There are ants on the bed. I guess about 20 or more 3. I needed to make phone call again to ask them change the room for me. And the staff innitially told me that there is a better room but I need to pay more or they will only change the sheet. 4. Eventually I got a better room (room 504 in Agoda photo, one of their best rooms) but it was also terrible. It may looks exactly same to the photo but the sheet was dirty and unwashed for several days already. 5. There were mouse running in the ceiling all night and I could not sleep at all. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Really bad experience and I Xem tiếp
