I am not very sure about this hotel. I booked a superior room in this hotel in May, 2 weeks before my actual visit on June 9. Upon our arrival, unfortunately somehow all the room were full booked, hence we got transferred to another hotel under the same management, Hanoi L'Heritage Diamond. It was a 4 star hotel, and we got room upgrade from superior to deluxe. Oh, and the management managed our transfer from Luxury Old Quarter to Hanoi L'Heritage Diamond, so I think all were good, though I can't say anything about the services and room conditions in Luxury Old Quarter Hotel. We love our stay with Luxury Old Quarter Hotel. They gave us a room at the back of the hotel that has no window, but it was great because we finally had a good night of uninterrupted sleep. It can be difficult to escape from the relentless noise of traffic and people in the Old Quarter. Great service, smiles from service staff, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, high-quality sheets and duvet, good breakfast, excellent location, free wifi! Thank you! Xem tiếp

The bell hop at this hotel has the biggest smile in SE Asia! What a lovely welcome from him and all the staff. Luxury Old Quarter is tucked down one of the Old Quarter's MANY narrow winding streets. Sidewalks are parking spaces for motorbikes, so walk carefully and keep your arms by your sides... Room was small and narrow, but very comfortable, with extra pillows and washcloths provided, as well as a big enough glass to pour a cold Sai Gon beer into. Breakfast buffet was in the mezzanine, again, not much space, but comfortable and generous. Would recommend. Xem tiếp

Thoughtful staff make a very nice Birthday Decor in our room on my request. Very friendly staff and can speaks very good English. Love the strategic location of the hotel, just walking distance to the weekend night market. Lots of eateries around the hotel. Xem tiếp

We stayed 3 nights. Small hotel but big on service! Staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Directed us to currency exchange at nearby bank for better rate than at hotel. Also patient in giving directions. Location was central but not messily congested street -short walking distance to lake and night market. Corner room was big and clean: beds were comfortable. I booked a superior twins room but when getting confirmation, the hotel staff asked me for extra charge if I want a twins room b/c they just offerred double bed. I was unhappy with that b/c i was not informed in advance before booking. Then they offered us with an upgrade from superior to deluxe room with either twins or double bed at my discretion. Really good service. The only downside is that the aroma in the room was so strong that made me feel headache. I prefer the milder aroma. Xem tiếp

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for just one night on the way to Halong Bay . The staff was extremely friendly, calm and helpful! the hotel reception welcomes you at the door with a welcome tea and Vietnamese candies, and personally guides you to the room to explain all details for you. So friendly!! The room has a fresh fruit basket, and complimentary goods. The rooms: the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are quiet, the internet works great, the rooms are extremely clean and everything is new. Nice view of the streets from the room. We booked trip to Ninh Binh that was great. Tour guide was helpful and driver was also nice. They communicated with us through phone number once we booked a room and explained us lots of useful info about that. The rooms here are superior to competitors in the area. I have stayed at 3 other hotels in Hanoi and this is the best. The rooms are immaculate and modern, with sumptuous design and lighting.
