As indicated in the title, everything abt the cruise was perfect, amazing tour guide(name:wind or phong in Vietnamese) , extremely friendly and funny, and perfect english. Food was excellent too. The only thing was finding small cockcroaches in the room. Saw atleast 5 of them. They only came at night, so i accepted the room during hand over. I suspect other rooms has no such issues. So if you're handled a room key with no number on it, which is on the first floor or ground floor, please reject it. Price booked online is definitely more expensive then bought direct in hanoi as we compared what we pay for with some of the other travellers on the same tour. Xem tiếp

The cabin room is rather clean and spacious enough for a couple. I wouldn't say it is perfect but it is good enough for a night stay. Food is rather good for the first & second meal, the last meal before disembarked is rather disappointing. Varieties of food can be improved, can serve others seafood like prawns, shellfish rather than only fish for 3 dishes. Generally the food is acceptable, serving 8 courses for a table of 4. This cruise was the perfect amount of relaxation and fun. The boat is fairly new and fancier than expected. Arthur (the host) is very well spoken in English and made the trip truly memorable. I recommend this trip to anyone Xem tiếp

we get an upgrade like those mentioned in previous comment before. overall the cruise is nice and the food is nice. whole concept in the cruise is pretty westernise. staffs are friendly and helpful. with the money you pay you enjoy good service from them. Xem tiếp

We were actually upgraded to Silversea Cruise (4 star) which is apart of the same tour company I believe, so my review is actually for them, not Luxury Imperial Cruise. The rooms on the Silversea Cruise are lovely and super comfortable. We loved the service and the food on the boat was beautiful, delicious and really nice quality. The facilities are great and the staff were professional courteous and fun too! Tony was a great tour guide and really looked after us and kept us informed about our activities. We weren't coerced to participate in the activities if we didn't want to, but we had the choice which was great. I would definitely go on this cruise again, but we would probably skip the night on the bungalow as its a big step down in quality from what you experience on the boat. It's a great little escape and it is pretty, but it's more backpacking style facilities, whereas the boat is more luxury. Unfortunately the water isn't that clean where the bungalows are, so we didn't swim. Xem tiếp

Picked us up from hotel from time recommended and followed trip outlines pretty accurately. Our guide, Lily, was pleasant throughout trip and boat staff was also very nice as well. It was one of their birthday's at night, so had fun on the top floor at night with guests and staff. Food was better and more than expected. Halong Bay was great to see, and through crowded at beginning our boat did get away from some of the others at times. I wish we would have had some more time for swimming, but overall was good, fun trip! Xem tiếp

We were upgraded to the new boat this company has! It was the best boat we saw of the many cruise boats in the bay. Excellent quality and a good variety of food (all meals were included). The room exceeded our expectations. The bath had a jacuzzi. Plus the scenery was spectacular. The tour guide who accompanied us on the entire trip was friendly and had a good command of English. We were picked up at our hotel in Hanoi, taken by bus to Halong Bay to get on the cruise ship. Afterwards, we were taken back by bus to Hanoi to our hotel. Everything was included in the price. We got a better deal booking in advance with Agoda that we could have gotten in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Small and basic cabin, 80% wooden make The Royal Palace, the china pagoda looks' cruise. Well meals each served, reasonable price for the beer, good experiences for away from internet surf and TV entertainment. Xem tiếp

I booked imperial cruises but we ended up on silversea cruises which ended up being a more expensive cruise so a bonus. The boat is very clean and nice and has happy hours. They took us to.Ti top island which is worth the hike but maybe not the swim. Then you go kayaking around a pearl farm - great place and views! The next morning you visit surprise cave and this is an amazing natural wonder. It's a massive complex and lives up to the name. Well worth it especially if you get upgraded to.silversea cruises Xem tiếp

Staffs on cruise is helpful and nice. We are 3 in a room and it is attached with bathtub. Along the time on cruise, you just need to relax, enjoy the activities and views, all the meals are well prepared and served. Xem tiếp

My boyfriend and I had an enjoyable time on the Halong Bay Cruise - we were upgraded to the Silverseas cruise and did the 3D2N option with one night in the bungalow. The staff were all extremely hospitable and the food was great as well. The only downside was that we were unable to visit CatBa Island during our stay in the bungalow because they said there was a police issue. However, if you are younger and want more of a party boat, this wouldn't be great for you as most of the passengers were older and the itinerary was more catered for them as well (i.e. there were quiet hours). We got upgraded to Royal Place Cruise, overall it as good trip, even the tour guide was very help full and informative. The food & stay & activities were good, the only downfall was that since the Typhoon Storm was very active at that so all the cruises was reduced to 2 days 1 night, we had to leave to harbour as early as 6.30am due to whether and the cave was so full & pack do to that reason. I wish to back to Halong Bay again & spend slight longer time there. Xem tiếp

We were transferred to Royal Palace Cruise under the same operator. Overall, the tour guide and cruise staffs did well but the facilities need improvement. My family enjoyed the activities outside the cruise but the interior and rooms of the cruise needs upgrading and retrofitting job. Xem tiếp

Our guide Tony was excellent! The itinerary of the cruise managed to pack many activities in such a short amount of time which we were grateful for. We got upgraded to the Royal Palace Cruise, so the first night on the boat was through them and we loved it. Staff was just amazing especially Alex who was so informative and kept all the activities very organized and timely. The second night in the bungalow on the beach was great as well. The food was very good and we had fun kayaking around. Looking at some of the other boats, this line definitely seems like one of the nicer ones. The scenery is stunning and we wish we could have stayed much longer. Xem tiếp
