Booked via Agoda but on arrival hotel said no room . Had booked 5 rooms , and had to split into 3 different hotels due to this . Xem tiếp

Booked and paid a room thru Agoda. Came to hotel around 4pm and front desk say "sorry" no available room as the hotel was fully booked. Wow.. they say technical issue with Agoda. I will not use agoda anymore. This happens to me 2x already. In Hanoi's old quarter, i booked 2 rooms but only 1 room is available. Say Agoda system issue again. Xem tiếp

I stayed in the hotel at the end of the year. I was worried it was too much noisy for the new year festival. But the hotel on the 5th floor was good enough to sleep. Clean. Highly recomanded. Xem tiếp

Stayed for a night during the tropical thunderstorm so was pretty much rained in. And the storm pretty much seeped into the room. The front lobby is currently under heavy renovation and I had to walk through worksmen and dust to get to the lift. Just a truly bad time to be staying here as I'm sure without all these factors in play, it would have been fine Xem tiếp

It's nice hotel in great location, easy to access to major city attractions. We have a nice clean big room with river view. very comfortable bed and nice bathroom as well. What is really missing is longer period for breakfast which is quiet short specially for cupels which enjoy late night walk. Breakfast time is from 6-9AM and first time we missed breakfast for 10 minutes they didn't want to do something for us, not even a sandwich. We here some people are still eating but they didn't let us in restaurant. Personal is friendly just so far if you agree with them about everything, if asking for something different they just behave strange quiet impolite. Any way I travel a lot around Vietnam so far and I can recommend this hotel as a very good one. Xem tiếp

We arrived late and the staff at the reception was very cold and not friendly. We booked a deluxe romm with river view. In fact there was only a small window with river view. The room was not cleaned and the walls were full of humidity spots.The room was also small. We were wake up by phone at 6 am by the reception to tell us there was not buffet available for breakfast because there was not enough guests in the hotel. The services provided and quality of room are far from a 3 stars hotel. Xem tiếp

The hotel is near the river. Easy access to the river. Hotel did not turn out to be the same as the photos. There is a nice restaurant selling delicious chinese cuisine just across the hotel. The staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious. Xem tiếp

very nice hotel. rooms were large and spotless. cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. front desk was another story. not friendly and not as helpful. they seem to be in a bad mood during our stay. hotel is located near the river. so much to see in the morning and evening along the river. locals are about on the entire riverwalk. beautiful view of the "new" part of danang. very surprised by the size of the entire city.
