Ks ko có máy sưởi, đưa rước từ sân bay tới ks chỉ có 5km với giá 120k, giờ giấc chậm trễ mặc dù đã thông báo từ trước với ks Xem tiếp

Not really my bag but it might be for others. Room was small, pillows full and hard, towels thin and with holes, no coffee or tea in room. Corners were dirty. Shower drain smell spread through the room so if you take a shower you must close the door. Shower was weird, in the middle of the bathroom and got everything wet but good shower head. About 15 minutes of hot water. Airport shuttle is a private driver in a small car. You only get one way. You pay to get back to airport. It was only one night for us, if I had more, I would have moved to better hotel. Service and people....outstanding! Xem tiếp

They have one of the best home cooked meals in Mai Chau. The staff (the family) was very nice and accommodating although it might be a bit difficult because they do not speak that much English. They helped me get to my destinations in the best way. I stayed there for 7 days by the way. The place was tranquil, the people were nice and food was delicious. I would love to go back to Mai Chau and stay there again. Xem tiếp

The Hotel is close to the Hanoi airport, but you still need to get a taxi or use their driver. I think his rate was 100k D. There is not much to do in the Hotel, but the rooms were clean and spacious. All in all a good choice if you want to avoid the city traffic in the morning. Xem tiếp

Had transit at Noi Bai Airport for about 15 hours. Arrived at airport 9pm, so I just took Grab from airport to hotel which only costs 50000vnd or RM9. Check in was fast since I made payment already. It's very cheap. The room was quite spacious and there was one small refrigerator. I called receptionist asking about hot water or drinking water, and they sent me a bottle. One bad thing is only that the receptionist can't speak English well. They told me to come down at 12pm for free shuttle to airport, but turned out they departed out at 11.30 am. At least that's what I could understand from them. But the owner or the receptionist did sent me to the airport using his car and it's free. Very nice. Too bad couldn't try their massage. Xem tiếp

We pass one night at the Luxury Airport Hotel because our flight was very early in the morning and we had a very good experience. The staff was very kind and the bedroom was perfect to stay one night near to Airport. I really recommend the Hotel. Xem tiếp

The water flow is very slow if you stay at very top floor, the fridges is a bit slow to cold the water bottle but if you leave it for a day shud be fine, theres no TV, windows is very small and the view just ok, they have internet but not very fast, the breakfast and staff very friendly and helpful Xem tiếp

"Luxury" is a bit of a stretch but the hotel was adequate for the purposes of our stay, which was just somewhere to rest our heads before an early flight. Because it is so close to the airport, no taxi will take you the hotel so I would highly recommend pre-booking the shuttle from the hotel. We didn't and ended up paying twice as much as we should to get to the hotel. Xem tiếp

The hotel was clean and the rooms were quite large. The staff were very helpful and the free transfeR to the airport was good (although we had to share with another couple - bit squishy in he car). The beds are quite hard though, so unfortunately our sleep before our long flight was not a good one. Xem tiếp

After 30 hours of traveling with my cat (flights, layovers, etc), it was great to get to a hotel and relax! The room and bathroom was really nice for Vietnam :) the staff spoke English well and were so helpful! Cooked a free delicious breakfast, walked me down the street to help me get a good deal on a SIM card (local phone plan), and helped me get a ride into Hanoi the next day! So friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable and the heater worked well making the room comfortable (because it was winter so around 60 degrees F). The free coffee in the lobby blew me away it was so good! The area around the hotel wasn’t fancy, but everyone was friendly and there were some cool shops around. A cab ride to the hotel would be 200k vnd or like $8 usd, but if you have Grab that’d be cheaper. They offered to pick me up from the hotel and got me a private car to the city. So affordable and so much value! I’ll definitely stay again if I need to! Thanks again Michael the manager! Xem tiếp

Pros : Clean hotel with facilities, friendly staff. Cons : Since the hotel near airport highway road, the traffic noise is unbearable the whole night. If the hotel change to sound proof windows it would be wonderful. Xem tiếp

For a low rate, breakfast and trip to the airport included what could ever go wrong? 1) It was freezing and their AC doesn't do heating so the cold was very unforgiving. 2) I could smell cigarette smoke coming in. 3) perhaps it is just me but I feel that my room sway =/ really crossing my finger that the whole building don't collapse. However if the temperature has been over 22 I would recommend staying here for a night but stay away during winter. Xem tiếp
