Chúng tôi chỉ có 1 đêm ở Hội An. Tuy chúng tôi cũng là người Việt Nam nhưng ở phía Bắc vào, nhưng có quán nhậu vỉa hè vẫn tính với giá khách nước ngoài. Chúng tôi cứ nghĩ người dân ở Hội An cũng như người dân ở miền Trung nói chung. Là rất hiếu khách và ko có kiểu làm ăn chộp giật như vậy. Điều này gây ấn tượng rất xấu đối với du khách. Có lẽ đó chính là lý do vì sao tối hôm đó rất vắng người ở khu phố cổ. Khác hẳn so với những gì tôi thấy vào mùa hè năm 2010. Rất thất vọng. Xem tiếp

Khách sạn tương đối sạch sẽ, nhưng trong phòng ko có tủ lạnh, tivi ko co cap,dặc biệt thái độ của bà chủ khách sạn rất khó chịu và hách dịch, ko có tính chuyên nghiệp. k/s này chỉ đủ tiêu chuản là nhà ngỉ. Xem tiếp

the hotel is really good and you have everything you need close to you. the form costs 5$ p.p. not per for the whole room! you can rent bicycles and you can refill your water :) Xem tiếp

I've read earlier that some guests have found the staff to be dishonest, but I still decided to give Lucky House a try as I was more concerned over cleanliness. But it was a mistake. We were a group of four and rented two motorbikes from them for the day. When we returned at the end of the day, the owner told us that we could use the motorbikes for free the following day til noon. The next day, when we got down from our rooms, the owner was nowhere to be found and the staff insisted we pay the additional rental. Asked them to call the owner to verify his promise, they said the phone was spoilt when it was merrily ringing away just a while ago. And all of a sudden the staff couldn't understand English. But ask them about the transport we're booking through them to return to Danang, and the staff could understand English again. Be careful, the owner appears friendly when he meets you, but he's just out to fleece you. The "taxi" they arranged for us was just USD 2 cheaper than a normal taxi but the vehicle's probably from pre-war, with no A/C, wires hanging around, and the shifter about to come out of its socket. We had a nice stay in lucky house, had two large beds in a standard twin room. Very close to main attractions ie bars, restaurants. In a quiet area. Can hire bicycle to go to beach. Friendly staff. Although they close doors around 11pm but receptionist sleeps inside Xem tiếp

We hd a very comfortable stay at the lucky house hotel, comfy bed large bathroom with seperate shower and air conditioned! Deffinetly value for walk, it was roughly a 5-7 minute walk toward the walking streets but the road down is far from boring it will feels centrally located and the cheaper resteraunts are along this street which is ideal for breakfast and tea! It's also a 5 minute walk from where the sleeping bus drops you off! Great location, also if a motorbike taxi tells you that no cars are allowed to this hotel IGNORE them, we did and made it there perfectly fine with cars constantly driving past! Xem tiếp

I stayed for 3 nights and everything was fine. Although located on the main road to An Bang Beach, there was no problem with traffic noise at night. Plenty of options for breakfast and meals within a minute by foot from the hotel. Booked bus to the airport for US$5 Xem tiếp

The staff working were very friendly and smiling. The rooms were a good size and clean. The location was very good. Weak wifi in one room. However, there was a musty smell , quite strong in the first room and a bit less but still there in the second room. I left due to odour. Xem tiếp

Very unhappy with our stay at Lucky House. I rarely complain about guest houses as I have been travelling SE Asia on a shoestring for 4 months and find positives in everywhere we visit. However I was made to feel like a criminal in the most bizarre of circumstances. On our first of three nights, we arrived back after dinner to find two staff members in our room rummaging through our bags! We found they had been through jewellery and electronics bags - and even my Pringles! Shocked and confused we expected an explanation, but on two occasions was literally laughed off and suddenly no staff could speak English. Instead we were given feeble excuses about police searching the premises earlier so they were hiding our belongings. Eeerrmm, what?! Not once did they apologise or offer a satisfactory explanation. We were flashed a police report in Vietnamese but when I asked to photograph it (so I could have it translated) it had disappeared from the building. To make matters worse, once my partner and I were trying to calm down and piece together this suspicious jigsaw, another Vietnamese staff member let herself into our room unaware we were in there. Needless to say we spent the rest of our stay feeling unsafe and confronted by the nervous/false smiles of staff. We would have checked out had we not already paid our money. Funnily enough on the last day, it became clear that the owner did speak fluent English. Now I still have no idea (or apology) why this all happened but I refuse to mention any positives of Lucky House because I am shocked by how I was treated. A sad experience of an otherwise lovely city with plenty of budget guesthouse options. Avoid. Xem tiếp

I prebooked this hotel largely from the reviews that I had read. There was some confusion when I arrived and handed over my passport and booking number. The room was fairly big but had seen better days. There were a few windows that lacked any covering so at night the room was very bright and not good for sleeping. The street in front is a busy street. There are better options in Hoi An. Xem tiếp
