I do not have any comments on the hotel except for the noise from the main street. I am quite a light sleeper and having a room with an open balcony to the main street can be torturous experience. Opt for a room, one without a balcony, facing away the main street if you are a light-sleeper. The cafe and restaurant on the 9th floor offers excellent view of the district. Xem tiếp

The staff at the front desk are couteous and very helpful. The hotel is located near the night market and various shops and eateries including the water puppet theatre. Breakfastcould be better but overall it's value for money and an enjoyable stay for us Xem tiếp

aircondition very weak.. some kind weired smell on and on.. coming up.. ugly man worker .... did ugly things .. agoda booking unber checked but their computer got some problem.. this ugly man holding me and asked cash.. but .. my credit card paid out..alredy.. that is why i had rejected paying again.. this ugly man holding me almost 40 mins then.. let me go... after finding his problem.. anyway i am not recommading this motel.. just name is hotel... strongly.. fxxk yxx Xem tiếp

Nice cosy hotel close to Lake of the Returned Sword. Very good and tasty breakfast. We took a taxi to the aeroport at the reception for 15 USD. Only one minus is that we found bloodstains on the blanket. But immediatly after my request it was changed. Xem tiếp

I have stayed at this hotel on and off for over 5 years. It has maintained a good standard of service and cleanliness; the breakfast is amongst the best for similar priced hotels. For me it is a home from home and have always been happy and comfortable there. Xem tiếp

The hotel located at center of the city and walkable distance to several places. Staff is very courteous and the whole hotel is clean and neat. Room size is little bit small but the facilities and cleanliness is good. Breakfast is yummy and nice view from 9th floor. Xem tiếp

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We upgraded to room 801, the VIP suite for only $15 per night and it was worth it! Great balcony high above the street, jacuzzi tub too! The staff was great and always helpful. I would recommend going out to eat other than free breakfast however, as the room service food was only mediocre for the price. One small complaint/recommendation would be for the hotel to move the towel rack from above the tub to above the toilet and install a some sort of holder for the shower hose. This would make standing up for a shower much easier for Western guests who are accustomed to standing. I would absolutely stay here again. Xem tiếp

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. As it was near the street a little noisy biut not so bad it couldn't be blocked out. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Without asking we were given a late checkout and transport to the airport was organised for us. Staff always seemed concerned we were safe and always asked if we had maps (provided free) and cards with the hotel name. Xem tiếp

Our stay was nice. Nothing less, nothing more. We've been there 2 nights. The hotel staff was very nice - it's run by two guys (if I'm not mistaken!). The building looks a bit like it is waiting for the next refurbishment, but it's not unusual in Vietnam. It's not in a very bad shape - don't get me wrong. Just, you know - the time is merciless. WiFi - in public spaces, not in the room . Get the one with a view to the river if it's possible. Have fun! Xem tiếp

Staff are extremely helpful, friendly. We were able to walk to the market and shopping areas of the old quarters. Very handy to restaurants and plenty of street food about. French quarters are close by and walkable. The room was tidy, the bathroom was a bit tight but functional. City view room can be a bit noisy with road noise, but nice to have a view. Nice stay. this is one of the many budget hotels located in the bustling viet nam old town. service at the front desk was prompt and friendly with fluent english. the room is small, window-less and non-descript but everything worked well, including the heater, which was very welcome in the bitter hanoi winter. the breakfast served was tasty, just that service was a little brusque. overall, this place had been good value for money for a short stayover. We chose the Lucky Hotel as it was located on Hang Bong Street and we only had 3 hours for shopping for Silk products the following morning.The staff were very friendly, spoke English and helpful to us.The rooms were small but spotlessly clean and were good value at that price.The breakfast room on the ninth floor provided a more than adequate home cooked breakfast. In the morning we were able to walk outside and start our shopping.The staff held our luggage until 12 noon as the hotel has a late check out which suited us. Xem tiếp
