Mọi người đều rất nhiệt tình từ nhân viên đến quản lý. Phòng sạch sẽ vì được lau dọn thường xuyên. Có free bia và ăn sáng. Vị trí ngay Quận 1 nên đi chơi rất thuận tiện. Xem tiếp

Hôm mình book phòng giường đôi bên luci nhưng qua đến mấy bạn nói là đã hết phòng, mình đã trả tiền trc nên mấy bạn chuyển mình qua 1 ksan khác cùng hệ thống bên đường nguyễn trãi, tuy nhiên khách sạn k dc như bên lucy và mình k thik lắm huhu Xem tiếp

Good little hostel near everything worth visiting in Saigon. Breakfast could be better, it’s only bread with jam and instant coffee. But the place was super clean and bathroom/shower is big which I really liked. Xem tiếp

A totally great place to stay when you're looking for a budget stay. I stayed one night in a private room. The room was clean, especially the bathroom, and the bed was soft which was nice change from the usual hard beds in Vietnam. I would stay here again if I come to Ho Chi Minh City in the future. I booked for this address on Agoda. On the morning of check in date, before arriving, I called the hostel to confirm my booking. The reception said the hostel in this address was full then they moved us to another hostel named Goco hostel in an another address. I didn't agree then the reception suggested me to cancel my booking with their hostel on agoda. I didn't do that. If I cancelled within few hours before check in time, I will not be refunded, such a cheating hostel. I had no choice, had to go to the replacement. Oh dam, such an old filthy building which was renovated clumsily. I was very disappointed with this hotel. Please be careful when booking your room here. Xem tiếp

Usually Vietnamese people are extremely friendly. But i don't know why, staff in this sh!thole are very, but very awfull! For any reason they will shout at you, they will verbaly abusé you! Touriste should avoir this place!!! Xem tiếp

I booked one month before and when we arrived, staff will tell you that the room is unavailable due to maintenance issue. They wanted to move us to their other hotel which is far. Because i read from review here that they did the same to others, I insisted that i wanna see the room if it really has a problem. If none, we can call police and discuss that they are faking the problem. The staff did not show us the room but allowed us to stay here. Xem tiếp

Luci's staffs impressed me the most. They are polite, helpful and passion in caring for the guests. For example, wake up call early in the morning and earlier than scheduled breakfast, just to ensure their guest wont miss flight. Not to forget about the free beer as well. The family room is clean and comfortable, with good value for money paid. Location is within walking distace to a lot of tourism spots, with good food stalls just nearby. Parents, siblings and I really enjoyed staying here. Xem tiếp

This was a great budget option for a night with our three young children. We stayed in the room with two double beds and two single bunk beds. The kids were happy to have the bunk beds. There were no exterior windows in the room but that wasn't a bad thing as the kids slept longer as we could make it very dark. The included breakfast was simple - toast with jam and coffee or tea. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and kind to the kids. The hotel is up a small driveway slightly off the main road, which makes it quiet and safer for young kids. Xem tiếp

I had to move to Goco Hostel (another one under the same owner) as Luci House was fully occupied although I had made a reservation in advance. 8-bed dormitory was extremely cold as the aircon was On at all times. Even a bottle of drinking water was very expensive at the hostel. Xem tiếp

Luci's rooms are spacious and clean, located near the backpacker area and within easy walk from most of the attractions within Saigon. The only downside to our room was that it lacked an outside facing window (seems there are only 2 in the property), but the aircon and fans worked great and we had a huge bathroom! The staff are lovely and helpful, although we found that the room rate and laundry was a little bit on the expensive side, but this seems to be a standard in a capital city. The breakfast is very basic, with toast and local jam, but it's definitely better than nothing. We loved the bonus one free beer a night. Thanks to the kind staff, we were able to hang out in the common area, keep our towels to shower after checking out, as we had a late night bus to catch. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend. Xem tiếp

highly recommended for backpackers! room per night is worth the stay, since location is in the heart of D1 and you can roam the streets or do food trips. breakfast is free, which consists of bread and jam; free coffee and tea too. Xem tiếp

When we’ve arrived to the place after booking evening before we were informed that room isn’t avelieble and we need to go to the another place. We booked that room second time only because we knew what to expect.. at the second place Goco that also belongs to the same owner was much worse. We couldn’t sleep due to noises in the building and also wind was moving our doors so we thought that someone wanted to get into our room. That was one of the worst nights in Wietnam and also AC was dropping so badly that we had floor wet as guck :). In my opinion it couldn’t happened also have in mind that we’ve arrived at 6pm so they had all day long to inform us about the situation. Very bad experience Xem tiếp
