Mình rất không hài lòng nhân viên tại cửa ra vào của khách sạn. Khi mình đi grab lại và bước vào khách sạn, tại các khách sạn hay resort khác mình đã từng đi thì nhân viên đều mở cửa cho khách vào. Nhưng ngày đầu tiên mình đến nhân viên khi thấy mình thì quay sang nơi khác giả vờ như không thấy sự xuất hiện của mình. Đến khi có khách nước ngoài vào thì nhân viên lại tận tình mở cửa. Tình trạng này kéo dài đến khi mình ra về vẫn bị đối xử như vậy. Đề nghị khách sạn huấn luyện lại nhân viên không nên phân biệt đối xử như vậy giữa người việt và người nước ngoài Xem tiếp

Mình đến sớm nhưng bạn lễ tân giúp mình nhận phòng sớm, phòng tuy hơi nhỏ (nếu là có trẻ em ngủ kèm) nhưng thoáng do có cửa sổ, nhà tắm hiện đại, thích nhất bồn cầu có hệ thống rửa tự động. Ăn sáng ngon miệng. Hi vọng ks giữ đc dv tốt bền vững.. Xem tiếp

The staff is amazingly nice, the rooms are very clean with really good amenities. Small hotel , decent breakfast with small cute little pool on roof with nice view. I would ask for window maybe but not that big of a deal Xem tiếp

Awesome location, $5 min walk from Ben than, short Grab rides out. Rooms are as described, it is clean with good AC. Pool is not swimmable, but good for a dip. A nice surprise was the breakfast. Coffee is not watered down, iced to make ca phe sua da. There's an egg station, where you can order your eggs any way you like, + omlette option, and they make pho/ bun bo hue depending on the day! The entire staff is awesome. Dexter at the front, the front desk ladies, and the cook who makes your omelettes/pho. Overall? Awesome staff and overall great experience for a couple that came in to town for the first time. Xem tiếp

Looks like a new small petite boutique 3 star hotel, very clean, white/cozy with modern facilities & great location - away from filthy & noisy area yet closed to all the landmarks. I didn't get the chance to use the rooftop pool coz busy looking for another hotel for my 2nd night as hotel is fully booked so can't extend. As for lightless small window, please note that it has no indication on any hotel agents website except direct hotel's website which says window with internal view (mine literally a few inches to another bedroom and I didnt see this till way after) which I wish hotel agents are not discreet about such thing & indicate this. I hate dark room or windowless which I can't really draw curtain out here because of another room facing and Saigon is full of windowless rooms throughout. Xem tiếp

The breakfast was very bad . The bacon is poorly cooked and I would recommend to not eat it . The pillows were horrible . I had a sore neck for the rest of my trip . The staff were great and the roof top pool is nice . Xem tiếp

We upgraded the room to include an extra bed for 3rd adult. Felt the bed was unstable and not safe to sleep on, we called for Housekeeping to check and ensure bed was set up securely. Housekeeping came and left. We called front desk, only to have her insist “all extra beds are like that, cannot be like normal beds”. We went to front desk to explain the situation and asked for someone to come and see the bed so they can understand. Front desk insisted the same, told the manager to repeat the same to us “all extra bed are like that”, refused to allow the bellboy who offered to help to come up. Since hotel staff didn’t want to check, we lifted the bed and found a wheel had fallen off... couldn’t fit it back. The helpful bellboy, Dexter John, was sent up to help us fix it back. The poor service from the front desk made the otherwise good experience distasteful. Clean and seemingly new rooms and amenities, tasty and good variety breakfast, toddler friendly rooftop pool. I stayed here for two nights during my training in HCMc. And it was a fantastic experience. You can find many good local restaurant and cafe nearby after a long working day. The room is comfort and clean. And the hotel is only a few walks from Ben Thanh market, Takashimaya shopping center and other main attractions. I will definitely come back here agai. Xem tiếp

This was a couples holiday so therefore I judge things slightly differently from my solo trips. This is a very nice hotel for a couple to stay in. The room we had did not have a window but it is nice and quiet and perfect for a deep sleep. The pool and the gym are quite basic but they make use of their limited space so they are not bad at all, just nothing special. The gym is a small room on the bottom floor which has a limited set up. The pool on the roof is super small but actually very nice. The only problem we had is that during the day it was literally full, which is not ideal but empty in evening times. Staff are very lovely and helpful and it is in a nice central area. We actually wanted to extend our stay, which means we liked it, but it was full so we went to another hotel after it. While Checking In i Reached at 9.30am instead of 12am check in time - they insisted I pay extra money for early check in - even tough they had rooms ready WORST case at 1am while sleeping - I got up to worst nightmares - 6- 7 BED BUGS CRAWLING ALL OVER THE BED - ONLY CHANGED THE ROOM. No Hot Water for Shower not even medium hot water to de-stress after work Even after point out at reception no proper action or communication they paid for my fare to airport - which I categorically told I do not need them to pay No proper responsiveness - also inside small lane to getting taxis a bit difficult or need to wait Xem tiếp

Cosy and affordable hotel with nice breakfast spread. 5-6 minute walk to Ben Thanh Market. Surrounded with nice foods. 10 meter / 1 minute walk a nice hangout place at Chat Coffee Roaster with friendly staffs serving you nice. Xem tiếp
