We enjoyed the stay. One thing to note is that apartment resident can only access the outdoor pool for free and have to pay additional fees for indoor pool. If the weather is ok to swim outdoor that would be no problem Xem tiếp

With 65-Floor-Hotel, You can experience supurb viewpoint of Hanoi. Enjoy the aroma of west lake while taking a bath in your room. It will be one of the best moment ever in your life. Also, service was perfect and Evian Spa, Top of Hanoi was EXCEPTIONAL. If you are heading to Hanoi, I strongly recommend this spot for unique, luxurious experience. But keep in mind. This was my fourth trip to Hanoi but my first trying Lotte the Residence. No regrets whatsoever. The lobby waiting area was beautifully furnished and front desk check in was efficient and very helpful. My unit was in the style of an apartment with one bedroom, a small kitchen, a living room with dryer and washing machine. It was such a spacious place to stay for one person. Facilities such as gym, pool, sauna and japanese baths were part of the package and was fantastic although the pool was outdoor and quite cold during the October weather. Breakfast was on the hotel wing's 63rd floor with wide choices of western, local and Korean food. My favourites were the seasonal fruits, the korean pancake, pho and the latte but staff were overly efficient. On 2 days, they cleared my plates before I actually finished, thinking I had left. Staff were fantastic everywhere, housekeeping, cafe, front desk, bellboy and security. It was a little pricy but well recommended. Xem tiếp

It was a nice place but at 2 in the morning we heard someone fidling with packets and dishes In the kitchen when we checked there was no one there when we went back to our room there were noises again so we advised the recrption and they immediatly changed our room. There was nothing wrong with the new room It was actually very nice. There was definetly a inquisitive visitor from the other side in the old apartment. But harmless...... Xem tiếp

Staffs are all awful and never had like bad situations before since I stayed in Lotte. They don't know how to talk and leave behind anything they made bad things. I will never ever recommend to anybody. Xem tiếp
